It was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The bed linens were very comfortable and the rooms thoughtfully appointed.

I did not like the fact the first night we stayed we were woken very early -before 7 am-by alot of very loud foot traffic and the sound of furniture moving overhead. We were so tired from our travels since we had arrived late the night before and had hoped to sleep in. I understand it’s an old building but then rugs should be put on the floors. I have no idea what the people in 402-a family with 2 younger children -were doing but had they been walking on rugs I don’t think it would have been so loud. We did inform the front desk and they did speak to the family and the noise did stop.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel welcome and cared for. A special thank you to the gentleman who stood out with his professionalism, kindness, and warm smile-it truly made our days brighter. The room and bathroom were spotless and cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a kitchen in the room, which added a lot of convenience to our stay. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything you need to see and experience in Prague. We also loved the thoughtful touches: the complimentary drink on arrival, free water available throughout our stay, and the croissants left for us after a night out-such a perfect little snack! Thank you for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back!

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Even the driver who picked us up from the airport gave us the highlights of what to see and reception sorted out routes for taking in the sites. The room was huge with a lounge area and comfy bedroom. It was remarkably quiet considering how central the location was, a stones throw from the castle and St Nicolas church (with spy tower well worth the climb). Breakfast was lovely in a really pretty room again with smiley, helpful staff. The coffee is very strong and the sausages are frankfurter style all types of eggs that we ordered were cooked really well. Turn left out of the hotel and the first restaurant we came to was also great. Excellent food, wine and staff. The highlight of the trip for us was the Zizkov TV tower with amazing viewing pods, Cocktail / coffee bar and crawling babies by artist David Cerny. There is also a restaurant that we didn't try but looked fab.

The Xmas markets were a bit disappointing. Don't go thinking you will do all your present shopping as the stalls are mostly food and Xmas decorations.

Hotel Nerudova 211 is an impeccable family-run hotel: from beautiful, spotless, and quiet rooms with cozy beds to an amazing breakfast to a picturesque and very walkable location. The friendly and helpful staff gave fantastic restaurant recommendations, made reservations for us, and had tips on where best to go open-air ice skating. They even mailed our postcards as we ran out of time to bring them to the mailbox. We could not have asked for anything more during our stay (we even got a fresh layer of snow all over Prague and wonderful sunshine in January). Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable stay with our family and friends, you made it a huge success. And yes, the rooms are even more charming in person than in the pictures!

Leaving this beautiful hotel

Our stay at Nuredova 211 was absolutely perfect! The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds that made us feel right at home. The location is ideal—quiet yet central, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful retreat. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are the nicest people we’ve ever met, treating us like family throughout our stay. The owners are incredibly hands-on and always go above and beyond with thoughtful gestures, like leaving Christmas gifts for our kids and surprising us with homemade Christmas cookies. The café at the hotel serves amazing food, adding to the overall experience. It’s clear the owners genuinely care about their guests, and their warmth made our holiday even more special. Our kids were treated so kindly, which means the world to us as parents. We’ve already decided to return in March, and we can’t wait to create more memories at this wonderful hotel! Highly recommend! -One other thing to note about this hotel that is one of my favorite things is the staff valet parking your car for you!

The showers are a bit challenging, but I enjoy a bath anyway. It's so nice that they have soaking tubs.

Amazing boutique hotel not far from the Prague castle and Charles bridge. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. The owners and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate! The breakfast is delicious and worth adding to the stay. The rooms are unique and comfortable (although no air conditioning, because of historic nature of the building, if that is a must- we were given fans and that worked just fine). I 100% recommend this fabulous hotel without reserve!

There isn’t anything not to like.

The property was beautiful and charming. The entire staff was friendly and most helpful. The location could not be any better. The rooms were larger than I had anticipated. The welcome beverage in the cafe was an added surprise. Breakfast in the cafe was outstanding and the wait staff was incredibly pleasant. Awesome coffee in the cafe!

There is very little negative to include. The only problem I had was that the A/C kept the sitting room very cold, but was not enough to handle the actual bedroom. This is totally understandable in an old historic building and was really only a small issue.

We stayed in the presidential suite, which was perfect for our family—the kids especially loved the cozy nook bed area. A nice touch was that after the café closed, they offered some of the food in the lobby for free, which quickly became one of the kids' favorite parts of the stay. Overall, it’s a fantastic location and very comfortable for families."

Upon booking I asked if a fan was available since I need one to sleep and they said yes. When I arrived it wasn't there but was told they would bring it. We got home very late and it wasn't there so I had to sleep without it so that was frustrating but fairly minor.

My flight arrived as early as seven hours before check in but the owners and management welcomed me with such kindness and unmatched hospitality allowing me to check in so early, moreover, offering me a complementary drink. They sent a driver to fetch me from the airport; and he was a most professional gentleman, it was a pleasant experience altogether. The hotel is set in the upscale street of Nerudova, with the embassy of Italy next to it on one side and the embassy of Romania directly opposite the entrance, making it safe and secure location. The Charles bridge is less than five minutes away on foot, and the castle is within reach through the street behind called Thunovska. It is a perfect location within walking distance to all of Prague’s historic sites. I would like to rant about how clean, comfortable and excellent my room was, resembling the sheer elegance and utmost impeccable taste of the owners, but I will encapsulate my satisfaction in a sentence: Nerudova 211 hotel is absolutely a gem worth every penny. It is the little things that make for an impressionable stay with them such as the letter they write to you to thank you personally for staying there, the care kit with a lint roller for your winter coat, the iron or the shoe cleaning products so you can look polished even while on vacation without having to spend on it, that sets them above. So much care and effort has been and is still invested in their running of and service towards their customers at the hotel, it is not hard to see, that distinctly making it an excellent place to stay for anyone who has good taste and is visiting in Prague. That being said, I highly recommend it.

Everything 😍 one of the most beautiful Authentic historical hotel I have been in , the room , the forniture , the location , the staff and the breakfast . I love how they care about the small details such as the barcode they put in the room for recommendations of resturants and places to visit in Prague . The snacks in the lobby all the time available for all the custmers of the hotel . The reception are very helpful with smile . I love the hotel and definitly will get back to it when in Prague again 😍
