I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect and the welcome was truly warm and friendly. The room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the sheets are clean. One of the things I appreciated most is that the toilets are outside the room and there are several available, so you always feel comfortable and at ease — just like at home. Highly recommended!

One negative point I noticed is that some guests come back late at night and act as if they are alone — opening windows, and not caring about others. It would be really helpful if the management could establish and enforce some basic rules to ensure everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay

Lovely hostel. I only stayed briefly overnight but got in quite late. 24 hr reception desk was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was warm due to summer humidity. But windows were open and the area is quiet enough. This area is one of my favourite in Prague, quaint, beautiful and much more peaceful than old town. Beds were clean and very comfortable. I could choose my own so had one tucked into the corner. I stayed in 10 bed mixed dorm. Had a sofa which would be useful in the day time..Curtains on beds would be nice but otherwise all was great. Quiet room and great sleep- though that obviously depends on the people you're sharing with. Room was big and had separate toilet and bathroom for that dorm, just outside the bedroom. Also great as meant you didn't come out of bathroom straight into the dorm. Also more showers elsewhere. Small lockers good for a small backpack. Bring own padlock. And valuables safe at reception, if needed. Free tea! Didn't have time to use kitchen unfortunately so didn't go there. But big hostel in a well built building. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I needed a place in Prague.

Curtains on beds would be nice for privacy.

Great location in Little Quarter, just count on a bit of walk up a cobblestoned street from the tram in the square (better with a backpack). Very clean and a nice common space with a view of the castle. Not a social hostel, but a good night sleep. Has well stocked kitchen with a fridge. The reception was very helpful, when I found out on check-in that someone the 10-bed dorm took two lockers (so none was left), they put me in a much better 6-bed with only 2 other people.

Don't wait to book, around popular times the place is full. Also the price seems to be more expensive the later you book.

The stuff were super nice and caring. Free towels, locker keys and teabags (mostly tea is ~70 korunas around in the area so that was a HUGE benefit). Also reception girls have answered all my questions about stores in the area and helped me print my documents. It was clean everywhere, there were always toilet paper, soap, even shower gel. Also the location of the hostel is perfect - at reasonable price you can stay in the literal heart of the city. One tram station away from metro station (if you have a lotta bags and no money for taxi) and 4 metro station away from the Florenc bus terminal (metro stations are literally 2 mins away from each other)

The door in my room (204) was kinda hard to completely lock; also it was a little bit smelly in the room bc the only ventilation way (at least what I noticed) is a window and you can't open a window in a room full of other sleeping people at night

Everything in general was very good. I traveled alone and wanted to enjoy peace and quiet inside my room and that's what I got. I had a spacious, clean, warm room, decorated in a simple way, white as I like it, as the colored walls stress me out. Comfortable pillows, spotless towels, clean bathroom. The people at the reception were very friendly, especially Francisca. The hostel is close to the center, the old city, the food court, so you can get there quickly on foot. At the same time, it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets to rest peacefully when you return from your walks. I would stay here again when I return to Prague.

I liked everything. I just wanted to suggest the option of breakfasts included. The room I paid for was expensive for me alone but that was my decision. It is suitable for a couple or couple with a child. It would be great to offer a cheaper option for solo travelers who want to have space, privacy at a good price without having to share a room with other people. But perhaps the physical structure does not allow them to make that distribution of spaces.

I previously stayed in this hostel two years ago. Returning to this hostel, there are various things that I liked. 1) The beds are comfortable, clean, the place is tidy and well maintained. 2) The staff are very friendly! I was sharing a room with the hostel volunteer. Nicole does an amazing job welcoming you. She is very empathetic, caring, fun to talk to. I appreciate how she organizes evening activities! I participated in the painting one, and it was lots of fun. Thanks again Nicole!! She organizes other hostel activities from ice skating, to breakfast, to evening outings. 3) The individuals that stay here are very respectful, so I was easily able to get my rest. 4) After you check out, you can ask to leave your things in the storage room, which was helpful! 5) Just walk up the hill the hostel is located on. It is on the quieter side of Prague which is perfect for a walk in the morning. You'll stumble upon petrin tower and amazing views of Prague!! I will always recommend this hostel to anyone in Prague, and look forward to my stay. It's close to the tram stop, and if you are trying to get to the airport, it's an easy route from the hostel. 1 tram and 1 bus.

The bedroom was very large so you have lot of space. The hostel is in the old Pragua so you don't have any supermarket next to the hostel but the street is quite calm. The staff is very kind and take time to explain everything. You can also have a map of the city for free while you need to pay for one at the tourist office. You have socket next to your bed.

The kitchen and especially the fridge is too small for the entire hostel. People didn't clean what they use and so the kitchen was always very dirty and the sink always obstructed but I know that the hostel was not responsible. Beds don't have any privacy. There is no proposed breakfast.

First and foremost, the location is great! It is near a station for public transportation, especially the one that connects not only to the airport but also connects to the various famous landmarks like the Charles Bridge, the Prague Castle and the Astronomical Tower. On the facilities side, the bed is super comfortable. The linens are new as well as the comforter and pillow cases. We have a private toilet and bath in our room, but there is also a common toilet and bath so it was not a hassle for me. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hostel to my friends and would always book it whenever I go to Prague.

Most of the facilities here are chic and well maintained. It is located near Prague castle and Petrin tower but a bit far other attractions. Even though the hostel was nearly vacant during my stay, their staff was arranging events like visit to alchemy museum or a famous bakery etc. & that was quite good.

Lights - firstly, my dorm's lights (common) were out and everyone had to use their mobile phone to go to the toilet. It was fixed on my third day of stay. Also, the sensor based lights were slow to lit up.

The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The family room is situated on the third floor, so be prepared to climb some stairs. From the room, you can catch a glimpse of the Prague Castle, adding a touch of charm to the stay. Overall, the space is clean, tidy, and quite comfortable, making it a pleasant choice for travelers.

The heating system in the house felt insufficient for me, and it was a bit cold. Additionally, the bathroom in the room had an issue where water would splash out while showering.
