Location is great but it is up the hill. Tram stop is nearby and you can easily get anywhere you want. Charles bridge is 800m away which is also not far. Room is nice and clean. Check in is quick and easy, no staff needed. Was able to leave my suitcases at reception.

Hotel is located up the hill, so if you're not using Uber it's rather long way to go up with a suitcase from the tram stop. On the way to the room there were sofas with tared material, which is not nice and not beautiful. In reality hotel is older and more used than in the pictures. Windows of many rooms looks into the 2m2 yard, so if some of the quests are noisy, everyone can hear them. Boiler was making some noise but it is not a big problem, noise stops quickly.

Group of six fit comfortably in bedrooms, lots of room for shared sleeping. Good table and well stocked- kitchen. The hosts are attentive and helpful, on hand to answer questions and gave very clear instructions for sign in and sign out. Location was amazing very conveniently located to Charles Bridge. We also enjoyed the roof terrace. Would definitely revisit!

The bathroom particularly for the larger shared group was very ill fitted. The shower does not fit medium to tall sized people, and the eaves are incredibly low. For us that was manageable but might be uncomfortable for taller people.

The hotel itself boasted a convenient location and comfortable accommodations. The room was clean, and the bathroom was renovated.

The noise level from the staff room adjacent to my own was incredibly disruptive. Throughout the day, I was disturbed by loud conversations, banging noises, and other disturbances coming from the staff area or the upper floor. Additionally, the promised WiFi connection was consistently unreliable. Despite multiple attempts to connect and address the issue with hotel staff, the problem persisted throughout my entire stay. After the second day, the wifi connection completely disappeared.

Great and quite quiet location. There is comfy bed in the room, around the appartment there is many restaurants and the bars… The tram stop is approx 4 min by walk to get to the other parts of the Prague. Not more than 10 min by walk to Charles bridge.

It wasn’t so luxury like it has in its name or impression from the photos. We would appreciate the sensor light as the room nr.8 was in the highest floor, we had to go through dark stip stairs… It is written that the room has 50m2 but really it is much less, a part of it is a corridor which can be use only for levaing the jackets.

The suite was lovely and spacious with a comfortable lounge with daybeds, and a nice separate bath area. There is also a shower in the main bathroom. It had a little outside terrace area but no view. It's surrounded by a wall.

The curtains were a bit thin, so let light in in the morning. It takes a while for the water to come through as hot for the bath and it takes a long time to fill. Breakfast isn't included but we enjoyed going to a couple of cafes opposite and sitting outside. The pancakes at one of them were lovely! We liked the walk across the bridge to the main old town area but it's about at least a 15 min walk, so others need to keep this in mind.

Well placed accommodation for visit to Prague. Close to Castle and its grounds and Charles Bridge. Loved the historic building and the decor within. Spacious rooms with lovely feature bath tub and extra large comfortable furniture in the living area. Friendly staff who were willing to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I found the bed very comfortable. I liked having opening windows and terrace doors to let in fresh air.

Would have liked more tea and coffee and extra clean towels, although we did get these when asked for. There was only a sample of shower gel, so I would advise taking your own. My husband found the bed uncomfortable due to the gap in the middle.

The location is fantastic—almost in the city center, just a 5-7 minute walk to Charles Bridge. The room looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was always warm, and there was a consistent supply of hot water. We really loved our room and the hotel overall. A special mention goes to the hotel staff, especially the woman who cleaned the room before our arrival—her work was impeccable.

The Wi-Fi quality was not the best—we had to rely on mobile internet.

The location is great. Just short walk to the trams, castle and Charles Bridge. Lots of places to eat out on same street. Nice neighbourhood, but not too noisy during night. The apartment we stayed was spacious, we had two bedrooms and 4 beds. Kitchen was well equipped and had big table. There was even little, private courtyard. The beds were comfortable, with big plump pillows. Kids were delighted with free Wi-Fi, which was fast enough for us. All property is rather quirky with big staircases, paintings and old furniture. If we will be coming to Prague- we would definitely stay here again

Our fridge didn’t seam to work properly, but it wasn’t that bothering so we didn’t report it. The curtains in the bedroom downstairs are light so during night is quite bright in the room.

The apartment was conveniently located, it was actually quite central to where we wanted to visit, just under the Castle and across the picturesque bridge into the centre. The property was large and spacious, perfect for our one night stay.

The bathroom smelt damp and there was a strong odour emitting from one side of the property. I have a feeling that this is a problem of many properties in Prague due to there age and drainage systems. It did not affect our stay and should not prevent others staying here.

We stayed in the Deluxe suite at the small luxury residence and have to specifically mentioned that this is the size of an apartment. Beautiful with old style look and comforting. It has a coffee maker, refrigerator and everything that is mentioned in the description. The apartment is located close to the Charles bridge (7 min walk) and you would need to cross it over to reach to the the old town market (15-20 min walk). The castle is very close by with 15-20 min uphill walk. Overall a good location with lots of restaurants and sightseeing options with tram services available 5 min from from the hotel. Tip: If you walk straight up the hill you can enjoi the view of the city and even walk to the Petrin tower. Get up early for nice walk on the Charles bridge before the rest of the tourist come in.

With such a room size, a microwave would definitely help with a television. Soaps were missing but shampoo sachets were provided a lot :)
