Breakfast was Excellent with all dishes and sides you will need for a fmailiy. I used a car with free parking that was perfect in order to go out to the city and back. Also the executine lounge was perfect closer for "hard" time with the kids.

1. The room can be higher maintaned (we had one broken shower head). 2. We had to put a 100 euro as deposite. At the end we should had to get it back but we got 91 Euro, They told us 9 euro for city tax and services. Nothing was menthioned at the order or check in about this. This is why I reduce the value for money.

The aquapark is good - there are lots of options for the family. Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Most of the staf were very polite and helpfull.

At the reception, we did not receive any explanation of how things work. What the package includes and what not. How things work in the water park. We were given a sheet with the working hours of various facilities, tickets, and entrance "chips" to the water park (without explanation of what it is or how it work), and with that, the clerk "ended" the reception. For any questions about parking or anything else, he simply shoved this sheet at us. I have to say the rest of the staff we talked to later were much more helpful. A "map" of the park or a brief explanation could have been attached. There is no minibar (or any other type of refrigerator in the room).

I rarely leave reviews, the stay needs to be either extraordinarily excellent or abysmal. This one falls in the former category! The hotel is perfect for families, the rooms comfortable and very clean, the food is exceptionally taste, the breakfast is WOW, and the staff very lovely and helpful. The Aquapark itself is amazing, there is something for everyone, it is clean, fun, outstanding. Overall, highly recommended!!!

As said, everything was exceptional. Just as a minor point, it might be nice to have non-dairy yogurt options for breakfast, e.g. coconut, almond or oat yogurt. Also, as said, the entire staff was lovely, professional and kind, but there was an exception that stood out like a sore thumb - the girl / young lady working at the main pool bar in the Aquapark was moody, rude, disengaged and just a smear on the entire place.

Fantastic breakfast, great facilities for children in the hotel Room size was ok, children loved the bunk beds Aqua park access was a huge bonus and kids loved this!

Having room cleaned, towels changed and bins emptied was inconsistent and some days our room was left. With a young baby we needed the bins emptying at least. The selection for evening meal buffet was disappointing so we often ate out as it was cheaper and more choice. The water park was brilliant but we felt the daily entertainment could have been displayed somewhere so we knew when and what was going on. The bits we did catch (live dancing, games, laser show through the water fall) were fantastic.

Regarding the Hotel: First, Their staff (specifically their reception team) are really kind and fast to give you what you want! There is a Liveable Loby It is a well located place (a calm atmosphere far from the city's pollution. Specifically, their breakfast service is really admirable.

First, their parking lot was not as it was described in booking.com and located far from the hotel entrance. Second, our room does not have a balcony or even the possibility of opening the window. Third, their waterland was too busy with a lot of unclear way going to in or outside. AND THE MOST PROBLEM THERE WAS THE LACK OF LIFEGUARD THERE!

If you and your kids like having fun in water, this is for sure the place to visit. We enjoyed the super easy access to the facilities and extended opening times. The hotel is nice, but the waterpark is SUPERB and we could have easily stayed a few more days! :-)

The staff is professional, but a bit serious at times. As a hotel welcoming people from different countries they might still invest a little bit in customer relations, smiling a bit more, putting families at ease etc. Such gestures could enhance the entire experience for the visitors, but also for the staff themselves. Mind you, they were not rude at all, just coming across very serious. The rooms were good and the pirate theme was awesome, but overall the rooms could use a little attention to make it look a bit fresher and well kept. Overall they have done a good job though.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Electric clothes dryer, aqua park access, close to shopping center, spa rituals for kids.

People smoking next to the entrance, small variety of fruits and vegetables in breakfast menu, no electrical outlet in the bathroom next to the sink, week hairdryer. Few years ago there was an aquapalace shuttle bus which was punctual, near to the hotel and free of charge for hotel guests. Now if you need to visit Pragie you either need a car or have to pay for unpredictable public transport buses...

It’s very comfortable and clean, water park is absolutely amazing. Overall we absolutely loved our stay

Reception staff at the first day wasn’t really friendly. We arrived slightly before the check in time, they didn’t even offered us to use facilities of the hotel or leave the luggage. Also half board doesn’t worth it. I regretted I payed for it. There are few places to eat nearby and ordering Wolt was a great as well

Breakfast was excellent, the facilities of the hotel suited for kids, small playground, pools for small kids. You can stay here for few days without living the hotel. You have 2 options for parking - under the hotel with direct lift to the rooms 13E or without a direct access to the hotel foe cheaper cost. You have few restaurants in the hotel. we had a small step for kids to get higher in bathroom

The room is pretty small, we didn't get the room cleaned for the 3 days we stayed- maybe staff came when kids were a sleep (2-4 pm).

Hotel wasnt ready to switch dates, even though it said in booking you could. Only a complain to booking led to the switch of the date. Hotel positions itself as an awua hotel, which means there are many kids. There was no conditioner, so it is very hard for kids with long hair
