Review of HONEST Ricany Service Apartment My stay at HONEST Ricany Service Apartment was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfortable and convenient accommodation. The apartment itself was modern, with new and clean rooms that felt inviting and well-maintained. Parking was a breeze, with ample space available, which made arriving and leaving stress-free. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Another highlight was the availability of coffee and breakfast, both of which were delicious and provided a great start to my day. Additionally, the location of the apartment was perfect, surrounded by many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was convenient to step out for a quick meal or some shopping. The room came equipped with a smart TV, which was a thoughtful addition, allowing me to stream my favorite shows during my downtime. Checking in was also smooth and efficient, thanks to the desk staff who ensured everything went seamlessly.

That said, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The absence of a hair dryer in the room was inconvenient, and it would be great if one could be added as a standard amenity. Additionally, a dustbin in the washroom would make it more functional and convenient for guests. Overall, HONEST Ricany Service Apartment offers a clean, modern, and well-located place to stay with excellent amenities and staff. While there’s room for small improvements, it’s already a fantastic choice for both short and long-term stays. I would happily return for another visit.

Staff is very competent, friendly, willing to help. The rooms are very nice, well designed and with good space. The office spaces are excellent.

The only drawback is that the building is not finished yet and a lot of work inside the building (installing additional furniture in rooms; overall fixing internet in the building; windows are not properly sealed yet so during rain, there are leaks near the windows; because of the on-going work, rooms and hallways are dusty quickly, etc.). Once finished, this will be a terrific place, especially if the staff keeps the attitude.

Everything was great. However, if you have difficulty walking, it can be a bit challenging. You may need to ask the staff to activate the moving stairs located to the left of the front door. If you're in a wheelchair, it's very convenient and not a problem at all. But if you've just had a knee operation, it might not be a huge issue, although calling the reception every time you need to go downstairs to fetch something from the car could become inconvenient. So, it might be a bit complicated if you don’t want to bother them too often.

Maybe the price of parking per day (€10) is a bit too high, but this does not affect the final impression and assessment in any way.

Beautiful design, full kitchen and laundry in the unit. Staff was very kind and helpful. Supermarket and public transportation very close by.
