Great place to stay. Nice rooms and helpful staff.

You have the option of including dinner with your stay. I would recommend against this option. It is expensive but the menu is very limited. The service for dinner is very slow and poor, and the food isn’t very good quality. There are many lovely restaurants nearby. Don’t confine yourself to the hotel for an overpriced dinner of low quality and bad service at the hotel. Other than the dinner the hotel is great.

The location was perfect, with most of the city's major attractions just a short distance away and excellent bus and tram connections. If you enjoy walking (as we do—during our 8 days in Prague, we walked 111 km), you can easily explore most of the city's attractions on foot. We stayed in a comfortable double bedroom that even had a small kitchen—a delightful surprise for a hotel stay. While the interior was old-fashioned, the room was very well-organized and spacious, providing plenty of comfort. There was enough space for our luggage. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. We had to check out very early in the morning, and they kindly prepared lunch boxes for us. That was a thoughtful gesture on their part.

The interior was a little bit old-fashioned, but it wasn't a major concern. The breakfast was good, although it remained the same every day. If you're staying longer (like we did for 8 days), it can become a bit repetitive. We requested that the dust be cleaned from the floor and shelves, but unfortunately, it wasn't addressed. Despite this, our overall impression of the hotel was very positive.

There was only 1 plug socket that could be used and it was near the floor, The plug extension for the kettle was to short so the kettle had to be put on the foor to use it. No windows in the room. A strip light above the bed couldn't turn off No English tea, hot chocolate or baked beans, available at breakfast

Can't even describe how good the hotel is. Everything is extremely clean, all the people working there are very friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is very quiet and you can find many restaurants, shops etc. around. It's around 30 minutes away by foot to the city center (and around 40 from the train station) but the city is very walkable and pretty, so you'll definitely enjoy the walk. Also, if you don't feel like walking, there are many buses and trams in this area. 100% would recommend!

The room was spacious and well equipped. A lot of space for stuff, walking, sitting. Really nice and spacious. The only two issues were curtains that did not cover the windows thus allowing light in from the street and a short bed/bedding - which is my usual problem as I am almost 2m tall. I would appreciate to be able to choose a bigger bed and cover the windows for a proper night sleep.

The fist day was everything great about breakfast, the second the bacon was hard and full of gristle which was pretty bad. Shame as I left shortly after and that feeling of awful breakfast stayed with me as the last memory.

The hotel responds promptly for instance before you arrive. The hotel has excellent receptionists. They are fluent in English, confident and very helpful. They helped us arrange taxis to and from the accommodation, which was way easier for us because we do not speak the language, therefore we could not communicate well with some people. Breakfast was excellent too! Thanks to the two lovely ladies that were responsible for breakfast. They are very friendly, and happy people. The hotel is in a good location, very near to the city Centre, quiet, and they made sure the room is clean. We had clean rooms and towels everyday. Thank you for making our stay in Prague memorable!

Even though we had enough food for dinner, we feel that those working in the dinner section or rather restaurant, should be a little bit friendly, and make people feel welcome regardless of who they are serving. There is still room for improvement....

Great breakfast.

The room was spacious. Breakfast was good, all excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this hotel again

My only gripe was housekeeping. We stayed 5 nights. We left our room at 10am came back between 3.30 and 4pm to rest and the room had not been serviced. Had to sit downstairs until housekeeping sorted it on every occasion. Other than that no complaints

The location was absolutely fantastic, beds were quite comfortable. Overall good value for money

The air-conditioning was not very cold & with a sun roof in our room - it was still quite warm with the sun glaring in. Also with the sun roof - the blinds on them only keep out direct sun & doesnt darken the room at all. So we found it very difficult to sleep after 6:30am. Also the shower water temp was temperamental and wouldn't give a consistent warm - would range from scorching to room temperature.

The breakfast was great, the hotel and the room were clean and quiet. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.  the Wi-Fi was good. There is a nice large terrace with picnic tables. The room that we were given was much bigger than what what I noticed online. It had a double or maybe a queen or king size bed. Probably we were upgraded

There were no English language TV channels that I could find. They were all in Czech. There was one interesting science channel that was worth watching, even without the the sound. The rooms could’ve used a bit more decorating, but that wasn’t a negative for me.
