Close to the centre and all the popular spots for tourists. Close to the airport as only has to take two transports. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Gave us an iron with an iron board. Suggested what to try from local food and where to visit. Originally I booked twin room and had allocated to double, but they fixed it, as I booked two-three months in advance and made a request for a twin bed.

It needs to change interior. Breakfast was plain and not much to eat. Small space for all the people coming for breakfast. Offered omelette with only one sausage and it had to be requested. The rooms were small and one of the beds was close to the door so each time you come in, you hit the lamp table with the door and the other bed was close to the wall and the roof was diagonal so I had to bend to get to the other side. Needs painting and renovating.

The location was great for us, 10 minute walk to the Charles Bridge, 20 minutes to Prague castle. Really easy public transport links to the airport. A couple of cheaper restaurants on that street which were great. Staff were very helpful. We actually stayed in 2 different rooms as our flight was cancelled so we came back. The room at the front had some street noise, but not excessive and the bed was comfier. The room at the back was quieter, but maybe not quite as nice? Both rooms were spacious. We really enjoyed the breakfast and it was a generous buffet. Meats, fruit, cheese, cereal, pancakes, freshly scrambled eggs, cereal, bread.

A couple of little things were broken, but for the price we paid, I did not expect perfection- pay for a 5 star hotel if you want perfection. I did notice a little dust on a ledge in the bedroom, but overall it felt clean.

The hotel is good, location is in the heart of Prague and also the staff are great. The receptionist guy is very helpful (tall, young guy and little bit thin wearing tshirt john lenon). We are glad that we took his advice to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and have the traditional meal it was really good and would back for more. He even guide us which train we are taking going to Prague Castle. My boyfriend said that the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff are more exceptional because the hotel is really good.

The toilet is very high 🤦🏻‍♀️😅 i dont know if im too short but I know I have an average height person. I wish there is bidet.

There is a tram station right in front of the hotel. It was clean and breakfast was very nice comparing to other 3 star hotels. Our room had 2 floors and bathroom was upstairs. (If you have knee issues, contact them firstly to be sure you won't have a room with two floors.) and the room was on a cute small terrace, which gives you the oppurtunity to you to have some fresh air, or smoke. With the furniture and wood details, it looks like a boutique hotel which is nice.

There were no lightning on the upper floor. (bedside lamp was enough, though) There was a problem with our AC in our room, a room-change would be nice, but I think there were no other empty rooms, so the staff was solution oriented and gave us an oil radiator, which was enough.

In general, I don't dislike the hotel, but a couple of things i would like to highlight, the shower house had a mould and teaspoon, not been washed. The staff are very accommodating, very polite and helpful. We got complementary drinks on our first day and also the owner of the hotel was very nice, he gave me a pint of lager for free. Thank you, Hotel U Krize, for our lovely stay, and I'll stay again if there's a chance we're going back to Prague.

The location of this hotel is great, and the price is good. I felt very comfortable in this hotel. Staff cared well, and stayed in the background. It is a nice breakfast they serve, but nothing spectacular. It seems to be mostly local grocery items. Still very convenient.

Not much, it is good to realize the place is a bit older, so there is some wear and tear. But still everything felt clean and the bed was comfortable to me.

Location is superb just across the road from the monument to the victims of communism and Petrin Park . Easy to get to all the main attractions on foot.. Staff were fantastic and would go out of their way to help.

Only reason I didn't give maximum marks was noise from the restaurant on the ground floor , you could hear chairs scraping along the floor . No loud music but general sounds from the restaurant can affect lighter sleepers.

Breakfast was pleasant, suited both me and my mum who is 80 and a fussy eater. The location was perfect for our needs as we wanted to visit typical sights. The room did not have a kettle but we were offered to obtain coffee and tea whenever we wanted from the restaurant area so it was fine.

Our room was a little awkward, we both banged our heads on the ceiling as it was like an attic room, given my mum is 4' 9" and I'm 5' 1" it was a good job I hadn't gone with my 6' husband or we may have needed a hospital visit.

An excellent location. Very quiet at night. The breakfast had a good range of foods as well as the option for scrambled eggs and sausage cooked to order. Staff were very helpful. The room had a safe and a fridge. Lots of great restaurants and bars close by. Opposite the funicular to the lookout tower and across from a tram stop. Easy to get about on the excellent public transport.

Brighter lighting would be useful (getting old).

Great choice for breakfast. Would benefit from having English breakfast tea though. Restaurant food is a nice standard and highly reccomended. Don't miss out on this.

The restaurant was closed 2 of the days we stayed which was a shame as we had superb food the days it was open.
