Location, size of rooms and space in general.

A/C was not included and I had booked A/C accommodation. Once we arrived we found out that to use it you had to pay an additional fee. I don't recall seeing that it was not included so please be aware of this as it gets very hot.

Excellent location, a few minutes' walk from the west side (fewer tourist traps) of Charles Bridge and close to the castle. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, The person at reception was the owner; he takes pride in his hotel and his work; he gave excellent advice for transport, touring and dining; the reception is not staffed 24 hours but has reasonable hours of operation and in a pinch the owner can come to the hotel (he's a phone call away). Highly recommended.

There is a fridge and a table, but no kitchenette or microwave. For breakfast, there is a Starbucks at the entrance and there are cafés on the street.

Great hotel location and very nice staff. They have their own car parking (30€/day). Duplex apartment is huge. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Very comfortable beds. All in all I recommend this place for a few days stay in Prague.

The apartment could be a bit cleaner - we even found some old bread in the kitchen... The bathroom was smelly when we arrived. The source of the smell was bath sink so we solved that by sink plug. Also the shower handle should have been replaced long time ago.

Perfect location, a few hundred meters from Charles Bridge and the main attractions. The appartment was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. Check-out was at 11:00 but you can storage your staff and car in the garage by 17:00.

There is no kitchen in the app., just a fridge. The appartment looks a little bit older in reality than on pictures.

Very spacious rooms and the location was excellent! Close to everything but the neighbourhood had a charm of its own. The property itself was very clean and well maintained in a beautiful period building. Loved having all the shops and restaurants nearby too - great selection of good quality local food as well as from all over the world. Overall a great experience staying here. Would highly recommend.

The only drawbacks were things like A/C which came at an extra cost but also needed to be booked in advance as there is no staff at hand after 5pm. Felt like a hotel but without certain conveniences.

Nice location on the edge of the busy part of town. Beautiful park behind, tram stop within minutes and bakeries/shops/cafes/restaurants on the door step. Adam was super helpful when our flight was diverted and was top at communication. Really spacious apartment and well kept.

Only two really small downsides - absolute nitpicking here! 1. The beds were all single and had a ridge around the outside - and so when the double was put together there was a ridge of wood down the middle. 2. A few more bits in the kitchen would have been useful - some more cups, dish sponge, tea towel etc.

The location was amazing! The property was also very spacious and comfortable.

The facilities. There was a small kettle for 5 people and not even tea bags or one bottle of water. The cutlery was completely missing. No hand wash— only couple small soaps and also not enough shower gel or shampoo (idk if it might not be provided at all in Airbnbs but this is a hotel apartment so we expected some stuff to be included, which was not the case). Also, the reception was almost always closed — I think we could email or contact through Booking but for small stuff reception at some points during the day could be helpful.

Great location, 9 minute walk from Charles Bridge. Tram stop, supermarket, restaurants and bakery close by. Apartment 7 was a large 2 bed apartment with comfortable beds. Very quiet (or fantastic soundproofing - we didn't hear any noise from other guests). Excellent value for money. The man on reception was very friendly and helpful. Communication before arrival was also excellent.

The only slight criticism would be lack of cutlery/crockery/kitchen facilities. Had to wash the cups in the bathroom sink and purchase cutlery to make some rolls. This would not stop us returning, but would be a welcome addition. I appreciate there may be other apartments in the building that have these facilities.

Large spacious rooms, good bathroom and good access to city centre, rivers and trams whilst being in a relatively quiet area next to a nice park. Check in was easy and there was no problem leaving luggage after check in which we could access ourselves. Comfy beds and kettle and fridge provided.

Wardrobe rattled each time a tram passed which was a bit irritating. With just a bit more self catering kit - microwave and a few some basic kitchen wear this could easily be a ten. Fridge also froze some of our food!

Facilities weren t great, we asked about light bulbs being replaced as very little light in main bedroom and they said yes and never came to do it Also the term “flat” implies a kitchen when actually there is nothing other than a kettle, cups and a mini fridge so its two connected bedrooms with bathroom and a hallway with a table. Comfy enough but not a flat as such so we had to eat all 3x times a day
