The location is great. There is a tram stop in the corner and it’s easy to walk to the city center. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is varied. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The rooms have a small fridge which is helpful.

It wasn’t very clean. When they did the rooms, there were details that weren’t looked after. The beds didn’t look made, the trash cans weren’t emptied and the dirty glasses weren’t replaced. The noise of the street can be loud in the lower floors’ rooms. It also lacked some basic amenities that weren’t available, and it took a while to fix the shower that was broken when we arrived.

The place is very well located and reachable from the train station by tram in 20 min. The rooms themselves were comfortable, quiet during the night. Breakfast included was good and decent to start the day (egg options, fruits, cereals, and vegetables). Room easily accessible and elevator available. Staff from the hotel reception were respectful (not necessarily welcoming), but respectful treatment. 20 min by foot to the castle. 25 min walk from the old town square.

It was peak summer, so at least a ventilator in the room would have been necessary. During busy holiday season, the breakfast facilities were very overloaded (machine for juices was broke; out of 4 coffee machines, 3 were broke). This happened only one day though. In general, breakfast was very good. Just this one down side happened one morning.

We had the 4-person bedroom with 4 twins. The room was spacious and on the 6th floor of the attic, but very strong air condition. The bathroom and everything was very clean. Breakfast was great assortment of food. Check-in was quick and everything was prepaid, so no problems. To get the safe deposit box key for the room, just leave a 20 euro deposit and get it back at the end. Everything was very convenient. The location was excellent and able to walk or quick tram ride to everything.

The location was just perfect! Away from the super busy parts, but still felt lively at night with lots of small restaurants around and more importantly the tram station almost right outside. It's very easy to walk to the city center too. The staff were very nice and our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too!

Our room was a bit small and there was a strange smell in the corridor and the room itself when we arrived and throughout the duration of our stay. The room and bathroom were actually clean though, so not sure if this had to do with the ventilation.

We stayed there only one night. But we liked our room, Location was good, not very far fromthe main historical sightseeng, there are many places to eat out around the hotel. The only thing - drinking water is not available in the hotel- a the receiption we were told we were told that this is a 3 star hotel so no any expectations should be there regarding the water. But this is a basic thing that is usually available at the hotels no matter of the number of the stars. Or maybe we had a really good experience with other hotels regarding this while traveling. But in overall we liked the place. The breakfast was deliciouos, good choice, variety of food.

Absence of drinking water in the room.

I stayed many times at Atos. Excellent location, nice staff, internet connection vety good and so was breakfast.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent. Our room was on the 5th floor, the internet worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable, and the room had air conditioning, a fridge, a small table with two chairs, a wardrobe, and a full-length mirror. The corridor was spacious, which created a sense of comfort. The bathroom had a simple but convenient shower cabin. Breakfasts were quite good. The only drawback was the stuffiness in the dining area — it really needs a proper air conditioning system.

Comfy beds, nice size room and bathroom, nice selection for breakfast, good connection to tourist attractions either on foot or with public transport, little fridge is a nice thing to have especially during summer heat.

On hot days like we had a chance to experience it's hard to sleep in a room without air-conditioning. We had a fan but with temperatures over 30°C it wasn't enough and with the windows open it was too loud with tram noise from the street. No electric kettle in the room.

The location is very well connected to the city centre via the exceptional public transport. The breakfast was various and nice. The staff were nice and understanding. The room was overall clean.

The cleaning. I couldn’t expect an every day linen changing but at least after 3 nights one. The carpet in the room smelled very bad ( like unwashed feet) , also because the little fridge /freezer in the room was always leaking so a lot of water was on the carpet , told the staff at the reception 2 times but I don’t know if they could do anything. They were as nice as they could but the carpet was wet every evening we came back to the hotel and the smell was bad.

The hotel was very nice and we had a very good vacation. The location is excellent, quite close to the historic center, and with everything you need right next to the hotel - the tram station is right outside the hotel and there are several good restaurants right there next to the hotel. The room was very clean, and spacious. The bathroom was also really clean and surprisingly spacious as well; the shower was also spacious. The elevator is a good size and even people with larger luggage could fit well. The breakfast was good and there were many food options - some of the options changed from day to day (scrabbled eggs one day, boiled eggs the other day, etc.). The location on the street is relatively quiet at night and we could get a good night rest. We spent most of the days exploring the city and several of the attractions were within a few minutes walking distance. The price we paid for the room seemed really decent. Overall a very pleasant stay, and we recommend this hotel.
