This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The staff at reception were very helpful. The included breakfast buffet had a good selection and was of a good standard. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet street in a pleasant neighbourhood. The tram stop for trams into Central Prague is a 5-minute walk away. There are a number of restaurants and convenience stores within a 15-minute walking distance, while Charles Bridge and The Dancing House are easily reachable if one doesn't mind a longer walk.

Best free breakfast we have ever experienced and we travel quite a bit. This location is VERY quite compared to a location in the old town yet the old town is easily assessable via public transportation or walking which we used.

Nothing we really did not like or was a show stopper however the shower was a bit small and the shower head was not usable as a shower without holding it.

Comfortable clean room, very good and delicious breakfast, with a lot of fruits and bakings. Possibility to have safe parking. Not so far from Carl Bridge - about 25 minutes by foot.

Administrator at first look was nervous, but then everything explained and was kind. We get room not in the yard, as was written in description, but to the street. And couldn't sleep with opened windows- it was too much noise from outside.

The staff is very nice, we arrived early, the room was ready. the beds were not overly comfy, but as we left, we saw new mattresses arriving, so … problem solved. Rooms are big, in an old town house with high ceilings. It was warm and cosy. the street is quite, close to trams that take you straight to downtown or to the castle in like 15 minutes. close to a mall, plenty of bakeries and coffee options around. Breakfast was also very good, not lots of options, especially for the hot options, but the bakery part is great. and the tea and kettle in room was appreciated, especially in the evening.

Mattresses could have been better. The shower cabin is quite small. You have to use public transport, which means you have to deal with tram and bus drivers… and that is not a nice experience at all. The ones I could see or interact with were rude, unhelpful on purpose, impolite, I think it was the worst part of the experience in Prague.

The room was very comfortable, it had a mudroom to leave shoes and bags and coats, fridge and hot water kettle were super useful during our stay. I found beds very comfortable, and curtains weren't too dark but they did the job of blocking out outside light somewhat. Breakfast was included and it was surprisingly good, it had cereals, and eggs, sausages, cold cuts, salads and pastries, it was very worth waking up for at 7:30 to 10:30. The location is not very central for tourist attractions, but it was perfect for our trip and I am looking forward to coming back there again.

Hotel Petr was a fantastic, no-frills choice for our stay in Prague. It is on a quiet side street yet close to a tram stop. Within a few minutes you can reach Prague Castle to the north. The room was very clean, fairly large, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good and included in the price we paid.

The fitted sheets on the beds were clean but old with a few holes. This is very minor, but the top of the soap dispenser popped off few times.

Location, quiet place, good transport by tram, reception, staff, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness (except: see below).

The bathroom was clean and practical, except the next things. The shower gel dispenser in the bath cabin was not usable, although it had enough liquid soap, but it did not come out. And there was nowhere to put your own shower gel bottle that you brought, except in the shower tray. It is quite uncomfortable to reach for it in the narrow cabin. The shower head doesn't fit into the holder, it twists and can fall off when the water starts. On arrival we were greeted by a full, clean set of towels, which - to our surprise - were changed again the next day, and then (to our even greater surprise) never again, even though we had already thrown the used ones on the floor. It would have been a problem if we had not brought our own towels as a precaution.

Everything was just what I wanted. The location was very convenient, with nearby frequent trams to everywhere I wanted to get to (Prague public transport is brilliant). The room was comfortable and quiet, with a decent internet connection, and the breakfasts were lovely. The staff were helpful and pleasant when I needed anything and I was very happy.

I have nothing negative to say.

The staff was pleasant and knew English very well. The hotels location itself suited our needs. It is near enough to walk to the Lesser Town and Old Town. Trams run nearby too. And there is a big shopping mall within walking distance as well. The room itself was just a standard hotel room, nothing special but clean. It has AC.

1st night we had a very good rest but on second night there was a strange bubbling noise followed by buzzing and it was loud enough to wake me up few times so the second night rest was not so good. I still do not know what this is. We did not use AC and everything else worked correctly so this remains a mystery.
