Everything was perfect. All personel is great. Especially thanks to Mrs. Zuzanna to receive our post before we arrived. She informed us with every thing about hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Location is perfect, very close to everywhere. The kitchen is well donated. Breakfast is good. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Balcony is enough for 2 people. At what time you want they bring to the room. Everyday they put refrigerator cheese, nutella, tomato, yoghurt, etc. We really loved the hotel. Another time we definitely choose here. We absolutely recommend this beautiful hotel.

Wifi connection should have been better. Frequently lost connection (maybe we stayed 5th floor)

Hotel is perfectly located in city center, close to public transportation, shops and historical city center. Breakfast is served to room, it is simple and with basic food but it is big and there are enough bread and ham to have for dinner too.

No air conditioning. If you are travelling by car it is quite difficult to get first to different hotel to check in and then to go to another place to park car and get to your room especially because google maps is not directing to hotel, but with help from very kind receptionist we managed to get to the right place without a ticket 🙂

This aparthotel exceeded our expectations. We were expecting a one-bedroom apartment, but we were given a beautiful two-bedroom apartment. The lady at the counter was very helpful in giving us directions. However, the building is a bit confusing. We had a bit of trouble finding our apartment. The parking garage under the building is a bit tight, so you have to be careful when entering and exiting. We really liked this apartment. We'll definitely choose it again next time if we can find a room.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like.

Very good location - about 20-30min walk to all the main attractions. The hotel is located near the street, but since the apartment windows were facing inner yard it was calm and quite. The apartment was spacious and comfy. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast to the room is a good idea, except it was not what we expected... Lots of bread and sweet pastry, packed cheese and ham to make ourselves sandwiches, no vegetables, no eggs (eggs are essential for us, so we had to buy it and cook it ourselves) - a little bit disappointing, because it took us extra time to make breakfast, then to clean after, so we had less time to explore beautiful Praha.

Quiet place, not far from public transport points. A lot of electric lights. Little cozy balcony. Enough space for three peolple. There was a small kitchen with a fridge, kettle and even small electric stove, pan and pot. Breakfast was at the room. Some food were replenished daily, but bread, cheese and ham were brought every morning. There are some advantages of such approach. Windows to the courtyard. Reception desk available 24/7.

Mattrasses were not comfortable enough. There is no shelf in the shower, so there is no place to put shower gel or shampoo in the shower booth. Breakfast was not varied. Drinking water was provided only once at the beginning and was not replenished. Very noisy cabinet doors.

We took a normal king sized bed room and were pleasantly surprised to have a nice spacious place with a small kitchen, a fridge and a balcony. We loved that breakfast is brought to room because I don’t have to adjust to timings of the restaurant and can eat at my leisure in my house clothes. The staff was pleasant and surprised us with some Champaign and chocolate during room service. Decent location, walking distance to tourist places or a few tram stops.

Was a bit strange that rooms are not at the same place as reception and we had to leave the key, but it wasn’t really an issue. I dislike the little bagged shower gels and lack of shampoo and think they could have done better in providing bathroom hygiene stuff… we ended up buying a small shower gel.

Good location - is just 8 min walk to stunning, must-visit Petrin Park and Mala Strana district, full of restaurants. 5 min walk to bus stations. Spacious, cozy, well-equipped, soundproof room with breakfast served to your room. Helpful and delicate hotel stuff. Thank you.

picking up keys in one of the hotels, then a short 5-minute walk to another hotel, when is dark and you are late. I was cold in the mornings, so extra heating, a duvet, or a robe and slippers would be useful. If you need good wi-fi - The WI-FI signal on the 5th floor was quite poor.

Location is very close to shopping mall, underground (metro), main attraction locations, but at the same time is quite, calm and not crowded. Need to admit that aparthotel is exactly apartment type - kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink, etc. Room is huge in comparison with other hotels option at the same price range.

Not all receptionists speak English, which could be a bit problematic especially on check-in :) And breakfast option was not that I expected :D But, maybe, it's my expectations, as it generally fit aparthotel concept.

The breakfast is brought to the door in a small basket. The refrigerator already had ham, butter and yogurt.

A pretty cobweb was hanging from the ceiling. The small kitchen has no ventilation, so when the toaster is used, the smell is unpleasant. There is no coffee maker. It is true we were offered instant coffee and coffee milk, just instant coffee is too strong for my taste. There are cheap coffee makers at c. €10–12, I think such a property can afford one per room.

Nice place, not so fare from the historical center of the city and most of the sightseeing. The personnel at reception desc were very helpful. Standard breakfast, good in quantity and quality. Secured with 24/7 front desc. Prague is unique experience, combination of historic buildings, river and many cultural events. The ZOO is place that must to be seen.

It is challenge to park in the designated parking, especially when other guests has stopped their small car as they park Lory. I was charged for cancelling UBER because the driver haven't found the address. Finally, when he stopped in front of the hotel and I asked shall we go, his answer was "I just canceled the trip".
