Very good facilities, nice region, very quiet and close to big parks. Many nice traditional restaurants near the hotel. Satisfying breakfast.

Very strict personel/ staff and not easy to communicate with. During breakfast they tried to take my plate twice, while I was still eating and my plate had still food on it. Without asking if i had finished. That was very strange. The bed was a bit stiff but i know that this has to do with each person's preferences. Also, during our last day, the small towels disappeared from our room. I guess they took the old ones but forgot to replace them? Overall a very good experience though.

My husband and I arrived at the hotel pretty late, even though we did not have a previous booking they found a room for us. We pick an executive room on the fifth floor with a shared lobby. This lobby was a reason we decided to book 8 more nights at the hotel. From 17-19pm there is a happy hour with snacks and drinks. Nearby is the Ferticare clinic for IVF we went so it was convenient. The breakfast is the best one ever. You can choose from fresh vegetables, fruits, asian corner with miso soup and many more.

I found it ridiculous that I had to pay a deposit of 3000 kc. up front for the mini bar (which I did not use) It was too hot in the room during the night and not possible to turn on the air conditioning because it was only early April.

- very clean and nice size rooms - confortable and large beds - quiet rooms, even the ones on the main road - all the amenities provided - excelent breakfast - very good location, bus/tram stations next to the hotel, even for the airport transfer

Receptionist kept insisting on providing a credit card as a guarantee for the room, although i had my card added in the Booking account and reservation with which I paid at the hotel. If we hadn t been with another couple who had a credit card, they would have charged us cash deposit. I have quite a lot of reservations with Booking for years now in many European cities and capitals and this is the first time I encountered this. The same credit card request was also for our friends who already had the room payed when they booked the reservation.

This hotel was the best of my entire trip. I arrived early, and they allowed me to check in, which I greatly appreciate. The staff was always attentive and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. It has a great location, just 3 minutes away from a shopping mall and a 35-minute walk from downtown (which I highly recommend to fully appreciate the city). I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon!

There's not much to criticise, if anything, the rooms are a bit too hot, and we couldn't locate the temperature control.

Everything !!!!! I arrived and the amazing receptionist Janette made eye contact and greeted me with a warm welcome. She was patient and explained everything I needed. I did an early check in for 20 euros , amazing price . The room was very well clean, huge, comfortable , the bathroom was unbelievable of well structured , shower separated of the toilet , bath , everything is great conditions. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you all . The location of the hotel is amazing . There is a mall on the side with amazing shops , eateries , Tesco …I truly recommend

I just didn’t like that the frigobar team knock the door in the morning ( the girl is very nice btw ) and the Hsk knocked at 8:35 am of my last day and I was sleeping . I never had a DND signage. I was in a huge jet lag and needed to sleep … The breakfast on Saturday was crazy with a group there which was an inconvenience for who was not part of this huge group. I want to give congratulations to the guys who worked in that Chaotic breakfast who handled so well Speacially while cleaning the tables so fast.

Fantastic hotel, is the second time to stay at Vienna House, I couldn't recommend enough, staff very professional and friendly, hotel and room very clean and comfortable, the breakfast lots of choices and good food . Definitely a 5⭐️ hotel, I can't find any negative point. Perfect location for visiting Prague, 10 minutes walk to Dancing House, 20 minutes to the Castle and Old Town, easy to reach from the airport, both times I have used public transport to the hotel and taxi on return, and is cheap. Nearby a Mall with everything need , coffee shops, pubs and Czech traditional restaurants Next visit to Prague definitely I will stay at Vienna House
