The apartment has an incredible location. It's not a touristy area, so it's really quiet, but it is very conveniently located close to the city centre. It's a 2 minute walk to the bus from the airport, a 5 minute walk to the trams to different parts of Prague, 2 minute walk to Lidl and 5 minutes to a big shopping centre. The administration staff was helpful with directions and local tips and quick with their answers. Petr left detailed instructions to everything. It was easy to find keys and there are luggage lockers available even before check in and after check out. The kitchen unit in the room comes with everything you might need, including coffee, tea and sugar. The beds are extremely comfortable, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. There was also a balcony in our room, which was great.

Everything was great - there was a small problem with the sink when we checked in, and it was immediately resolved by the administration staff.

There was a mix up with my apartment when I got there but was given the same type of apartment one floor above. The next day I was offered my originally booked apartment. The host Natali was very apologetic and reliable in her communication with me. Both apartments I stayed in were very clean and in good condition. The area is great. You have a bus connection that takes you to the airport within 45 minutes, you have a tram 7 minutes walk away that brings you everywhere in the city centre. Theres a great shopping mall 5 minutes walk away. I felt safe in the property. The kitched was well equipped.

The bathroom in apartment number 5 needs some renovation/modernisation. Nothing else to mention.

Very clean, well-stocked, spacious, AC, washing machine & constant hot water. Good location if you don’t mind travel into city/main railway station with nearby trams, metro. Uber/Bolt also an option. Supermarket two min away, great local restaurants & luggage storage was very useful. Hosts were helpful & responsive.

On 4th floor and winding stairs which we knew beforehand. Lumpy pillows. Shower over bath could be an issue but ok for us. Cotton flat sheet would be great alternative to duvet in the summer.

Close to tube station and easy to get to the city centre. Shops and restaurants in a few minutes walk.

Booked one bedroom apartment, which should be living room and bedroom but got it studio apartment. And the host couldn't swap for any different.

I stayed at these apartments during my medical conference in Prague. The location is great — everything you need is nearby: shops, restaurants, pubs, and public transport. The apartment was clean, warm, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities — electric stove, fridge, washing machine, and kitchen utensils. It’s perfect both for short and longer stays. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again during my next visit to Prague!

no sound proofing, noise can be heard from outside, 10am check out too early considering 3pm check in, contact person not that responsive, only 1 set of towel for 3 nights stay and housekeeping not helpful at all to change it

AC was already on when we got there, it was really nice to arrive into a cold room. There was a little kitchen with a kettle and fridge, washing machine, washing liquid, hairdryer, iron... Everything you'd need. In the arrival room you could find coffee and tea, as well as cold and hot water from a machine. You can enjoy your drink outside in a cute yard. Location is good, Lidl 2 min by walk, public transport is easily accessible, there are good restaurants nearby.

The room was on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator, but they informed us in advance. Garage parking is possible but expensive. You can park 2 streets away in a P+R parking lot for cheaper.

The apartment was clean and well equipped.

It is unfortunately for the first time we faced absolutely disgusting staff, namely Petr, who was too rude when he answered the message through WhatsApp! While other messages he left unanswered! The lady (if I am not mistaken Natali)whose name and mobile number was also indicated in case we have questions she did not respond at all during our stay! I asked Petr a question about the location he was too rude, then I asked him to be polite to the guests. I do hope that relevant measures will be taken to avoid such cases in the future!

It is very close to the metro Andel and the shopping centre, generally close to the centre of Prague, about 35 minutes walk to the Main Square. The flat is clean and has all the amenities. Puro Fair Trade coffee sticks are a wonderful bonus. The traffic outside is off when you close the windows, very soundproof. The whole building is quiet and the local people living really polite. It was a very good place to stay!

One mattress was slightly dented, for owner consideration.

Great value, exceptional location, clean, no interactions with staff.

The walls are very thin, which makes sleeping very hard when you hear neighbors running water for example as if it was right next to you. That is about the only bad thing but if you are not a sound sleeper it might be worth taking into considerstion.
