The hotel is in amazing location. Only a few minutes walk from the subway and you can get around Prague in no time at all. Room was a great size although we missed a table for the family to sit down and maybe chat and eat by. there was only a desk in the room with the sofa bed. The beds were very comfy sheets clean duvets and the whole room very warm so nice for a hotel with so tall ceilings and great size not to worry about the heat. Small things like toilet paper holder would be nice. But it was clean warm and very nice for the price. Breakfast was really nice with a lot of options and warm and cold foods included, very good quality. We highly recommend this hotel.

no common eating area and maybe more chairs to sit own instead of the beds. But i know we used the sofa bed for the toddler.

This 4 star hotel doesn't have the amenities or the look of other 4 star hotels, first they gave us a room in the top floor and it didn’t have regular windows or ceiling height, there where only a window you are not allowed to open. That's fine but the air conditioning didn’t work. Luckily it wasn't that worm. The next day they changed our room in a lower floor and everything went OK, the bathroom was more modern. GREAT breakfast.

The hotel enjoys a great location close to the main attractions, making it easy to get around the surrounding area. The room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very varied: fresh fruit, cakes and hot dishes, all of which were of excellent quality. All in all a pleasant stay with friendly staff and excellent service.

Price per room too high.

It's a very comfortable hotel, in an elegant old building, in a quiet street, located in vivid part of Prague. It is not luxurious, but it is updated very clever in all the right spots. Personal is superb, always there but not intrusive and helpful. I will go there again

Extra blankets would be nice. Not because it was cold (the opposite, we could adjust room temperature, which was also very nice and comfortable), but because you need sometimes two blankets instead one, big

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are pretty and clean. The bathroom is fantastic. The place is close to the metro and trams but is still quiet. It is also not far from the most places of interest. The personnel is extremely friendly.

The breakfast was good. But I expected the breakfast to be more interesting.

Location was great, few steps from metro/tram and aprox 15 mins by foot from main attractions. Excellent food in the morning, special thanks to vegan options and compy bed and nice akd friendly staff. They even managed to arrange lunch box as we had an early train when we left but due to our late request, we could not actiually got it as we had to leave earlier then the kitchen lady could prepare it for us.

The bathroom faucets were hard to figure out how to use, too modern for us haha

Room was big and clean. It is a small hotel. Parking on the street, easy to find a parking place nearby. Breakfast had good quality products. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but plenty of possibilities around to order/ buy food.

Breakfast buffet was not having croissants and fish. But it had enough tasty things.

In My room the fridge was in my room [ not in the hall as in next door room ] in the night it suddenly hummed loudly for a while and woke me Bur that was a very minor issue

good location, near metro station, a lots of places to eat around,the bath room was new and clean , the breakfast was vary good the price worthy

Friendly staff that let us check in 4 hours earlier and gave us an extra blanket when we asked. The room and bathroom had all we needed, mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast had many great options, that varied every day. Loved it!

Although the bathroom was perfectly clean it had a terrible smell coming out of the shower drain. Would be great to have a motion controlled light in the hotel corridors so guests don't have to step in total darkness when getting out of the elevator.
