Super convenient location across the street from the Andel metro stop and several tram lines just outside the front door that easily carry you around to different parts of the city! Cannot overstate how excellent the location was. Lots of grocery store, convenience store, restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was comfortable with a good mini-kitchen and bathroom. The downstairs bar/restaurant was a plus for us but might be too loud for some people; we didn’t mind because the noise was minimal when we shut our bedroom door within the apartment, and it was nice to be able to go down easily for breakfast or a drink in the evening. The only downside was that our wifi didn’t seem to work; we did put in one request to the reception staff for it to be fixed, but nothing seemed to happen and we didn’t follow up on it. Not a big deal.

We stayed at Abdel Apartment for 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. It also comes with a washing machine and a drying rack, which made our stay very convenient. The location is excellent—there’s a metro and bus stop just downstairs, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. My family and I felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would recommend it to others.

One downside is the bar downstairs, which can be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends. However, the host thoughtfully provided earplugs, which helped a lot. Another thing to note is that there is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up and down could be a bit challenging.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel! The staff was very responsive, always smiling and ready to help, which created a pleasant and cozy feeling from the very beginning. The rooms are immaculately maintained. The location is also great - there are both metro and tram stops nearby, which makes getting around the city easy and convenient. I recommend it with both hands and would be happy to stay again

Krystina who checked us in was super kind and helpful. We arrived early and our room was all ready and we even got an upgrade which was really appreciated. The location is amazing with great links into Prague city center but also a large shopping mall near the apartment and 3 supermarkets within a 7 min walk (huge Tesco supermarket in shopping mall was great). Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It is in a residential area and we felt very safe in the area. The apartment is accessed via key card and has CCTV which made us feel at ease. Reception although only open until 8pm, but Krystina said if we need anything at all to call the apartment contact number. AC worked well. All the amenities you need are there including kitchen equipment (i.e. pots and pans, plates, chopping board). I would definitely consider booking again for a future stay as the price and space was great.

Nothing to fault really.

We have stayed around this area many times and really like the neighbourhood. It’s a good half hour walk (or three or for stops on metro) into the centre of Prague, from the property, although metro and tram stops are very close as well as shops, bars and resturants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a really good size and had all amenities that you could need. We stayed for 10 nights and the room was cleaned, and bedding and towels were changed, very regularly throughout our stay. We didn’t need to come into contact with reception during our stay although they we very helpful prior to our arrival and on check in and out.

May not be central enough for someone visiting Prague for the first time and only for a few days.

This property is located 10 minutes by tram/metro from old town and couldn’t be more convenient. Located at n a hub of tram lines (and metro B), you can go anywhere in Prague with easy, as if it wasn’t enough, a lot of restaurants a few steps away, not to mention the staff that is fantastic, always available to help. Also, we were upgraded to a full apartment and it was superb. Summarizing, this property is a gem in every aspect !

That I couldn’t live there for a full year! Kidding … nothing to complain.

Spent: 5 nights Early August 2024 1. Location: Fantastic, in a quiet district of Prague, not touristry (mostly locals and office workers), food, banking, shopping mall are within a block away. Metro, trams, buses, (FREE FOR SENIORS) are across the street, and few minutes brings you to all Praha attractions. Parks, river and many artistic attractions were within walking distance. 2. Apartment: Beds are comfortable and room was well maintained. Note: This is not a hotel, there is one top notch receptionist on hand who will give you any help necessary and incl a good cleaning staff. The air conditioning system is self controlled and adequate. Kitchen area in room is well stocked with all cooking utensils and a table with chairs. Small refrigerator with freezer. Bathroom with shower is well stocked with linins. Hair dryer incl. An excellent heated rack for drying your small laundry.

There is no elevator available, especially inconvenient for 3rd floor apts. Receptionist helped with luggage. There was no easy chair, sofa or desk to work at. Bathroom lacked adequate shelving for toiletries. At first, we were disappointed as we expected 3rd class hotel standards;(The location and friendly staff diminished any disappointments)

In terms of cleanliness, comfort and location, the deluxe apartment that we stayed in has met our expectations. The location is particularly well-connected by both subway and tram (by the way, prefer tram, because Prag is a wonderful tram city!) The staff, especially Ms Zlata, were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was also satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this place.

You need to climb the stairs to reach the reception room on the second (i.e. first) floor.

Excellent location, a lot of space, everything one would need from an apartment, very comfortable.

The only thing that we would have wanted to be a bit different is the cleanliness of the aparment floors. Feet became rather dirty already at the first evening when we stayed there. And we learned that white socks is a no-no if you want to stay inside as they became dirty rather easily. Not a dramatic issue and it could have had several reasons (for example, could have been the dust from the outside renovations) but we thought that perhaps you might want to pay attention to this as a possible nuisance.

We have been staying at this apartment for years, and the family room we booked was spacious, with facilities that met our needs during the stay. The hotel is conveniently located beside the tram station.

The apartment is located above a bar and restaurant, making it noisy at night if you open the window to sleep. One day, we returned to our room to find there was no hot water. We called and spoke to a lady who informed us that the issue would be fixed the next day, as the apartment does not have 24-hour staff. However, the hot water was restored after about 30 minutes. While the problem was eventually resolved, the communication about it could have been much better.
