We loved the place (comfort, design, breakfast, value for money) and location (5 min walk from old city, just across beautiful bridge. At the same time very quiet and authentic area, not that many tourists). Would come back!

The staff were amazing .. beautiful big room - we got an upgrade too which was lovely and we had a Juliette balcony overlooking the river. Reception desk couldn't do enough for us - printing boarding passes etc - thank you

Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

Desk staff was not that responsive. When we asked if they had an umbrella (because it was raining) we rectangles curt “no”. The room cleaning was inconsistent. The bathtub was exceptionally high-sided and hard to get into.

we absolutely loved the newly refurbished interior of our room, it’s implacable cleanliness, amenities, the most central location in Prague, boutique hotel ambience.

unfortunately service was way below 5 star hotel standards… what is the point to book here if you can get gorgeous apartment on Airbnb… seriously?? lack of staff in general, and those who were available needs to be trained, be more knowledgeable about hotel facilities, need to have general product knowledge, need to know how to handle cash transactions. we’ve been double charged for breakfast. there was no concierge or bell boy to assist us with luggage (same for arrival and departure day). no valet. Chargeable and limited outdoor self parking. no in-room service. Bedding set up was done for three persons, but tea/coffee amenities only for two persons.

Everything was perfect, the service was excellent, they took care of every single detail, the staff was very kind and attentive. Room service breakfast was amazing. The rooms were new, spacious and comfortable. Facilities were beautiful and hotel is not far from the center (15 min walk). The decorations for V days were really good. My partner loved it. Special thanks to Jana from Recepetion, to the booking team that took care of my special requests and for everyone that made our stay perfect. 😍 keep up the great work !!! We will def recommend it and come back♥️

My stay at Mamaison Hotel Riverside Prague was truly exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located on Janáčkovo Embankment – with a stunning view of the river and within walking distance of the historic city center. The surrounding area is peaceful yet lively, with restaurants, cafés, and cultural spots. The hotel interior is elegant and tastefully decorated in classic Belle Époque style. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a high-quality bed and a beautiful bathroom. The river view from the window was a calm and enchanting backdrop every morning. The staff were consistently kind, professional, and helpful. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm, refined, and yet very welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for beautiful and stylish accommodation in Prague. I would love to return.

Loved the room, the bathroom was just perfect with the most lovely ECO products, including shower wash, body lotion and even face moisturiser! Additional necessities also beautifully presented. The shower, excellent being hot when I wanted and freezing cold when I wanted to wake me up too! No horrid cleaning product smells in the room! Bed was so comfy and linen lovely too. Made a short business trip so much better!!

Would be lovely to offer some form of evening snack as no restaurant or in room dining options. I know there were plenty of local restaurants nearby but didn't want to go out

Everything with the hotel is good, nothing to complain on. I give a review of a hotel from the price you pay for it. In that sense you get value for the money. Staff, location, cleaning, nothing to complain on.

Although this is one of the cheaper 5 star hotels you can find in Prague I still think the breakfast is not good enough in comparison to the rest of the hotel. Not a lot to choose from, it is down in the basement so expect no view of the city, and not all the staff in the kitchen are speaking English.
