This is a beautiful hotel, full of character and charm. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were amazing and catered for every taste. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to enjoy the city views and the complementary drink. Perfect location for sightseeing as it was far enough away from the busy centre but within walking distance of main attractions (20-30 minutes) Trams and buses are only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. We will be back.

Only 1 suggestion. It would be nice to have a mirror on the bedroom wall close to a socket for the hairdryer. The mirror in the room was not close to a socket at all. Couldn't find anything to complain about!!

The room was perfect and what we asked for, plenty of space and cleanliness was at a great standard. The breakfast buffet that was included had a great range of food on offer and filled both myself and my partner for the day. The staff were amazing on the desk and were always friendly when entering or leaving the hotel and were always happy to help with any questions. The location is perfect for someone who wants to stay just out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the city but still get that feeling you are in the city. Its very close to everywhere you want to go with the average walk time being around 30 minutes which is perfect for wanting to explore the area. The atmosphere in the foyer of the hotel was calm which was perfect to sit and enjoy after the day before heading out to one of the many restaurants a short walk away.

Oxana was a "gem" of a host. She welcomed us with warmth and provided information that helped us feel welcome and helped us navigate the city successfully. She also helped us with what Czech cuisine was a "must try". The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location perfect for our needs. The room was clean and quiet and a perfect respite from touring. We loved the decor, the rooftop terrace, the library and the welcoming beer.

The hotel itself. Beutifull, special, has a vintege feeling to it. Great brakefast. Amazing staff. Thank so much to Peter, Victor and Oksana. Peter helped us so much with everything- renting a car, figuring how to park, getting a package of data for our phone. An amazing guy. The viee from the panoramic floor also.

The got water on the 4 floor get really hot in the shower if somebody flushes the water. Can be problematic with kids. We informed them and they said it would be taken care of.

Absolute gem of a hotel, just off the beaten track. Lovely roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy a cold beer. It's 15mins by tram to old town, 10 min walk to the river, supermarket, bank, coffee shops and restaurants within 2 blocks. Nearby restaurants to visit Kao (Asian), Kolkovna Olympia (Czech food bar type) and Bar Miro (tapas). The rooms are lovely, bathrooms very clean, staff is helpful without being pushy. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in Prague. We are 2 mature ladies that travelled alone and we felt safe and relaxed.

Everything was perfect.

+ brilliant location, proximal to several tram stops. The immediate area is relatively quiet and feels safe. + nice restaurants/bakeries a short walk from the hotel, supermarket/grocery store less than one mins walk. + friendly staff. + reception area is cool, kind of old-fashioned but also quite refreshing. + I've stayed here twice now, both stays were good :).

Usually I’m not writing reviews, but this time I guess I should! Everything was perfect, above the expectations! Location (20 minutes walk away to the clock tower) was amazing - close to all attractions, but not crowded by tourists, breakfast had a good selection 👌🏻, stay was so pleasant beginning from reception and ending quietness of the rooms. The rooftop terrace was an icing on the cake! Amazing hotel overall!

The main highlight of the hotel is the architecture. It is in a building that is completely in keeping with the city of Prague, and is very well preserved! The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They offer great breakfast. The hotel is located on the west bank of the river, which is less busy, and was a bonus for me. The bed is very comfortable and the room has a very good size, with space for suitcases, hangers and a minibar.

A shower combined with a bathtub is not my preference. It is a little dangerous and uncomfortable to bathe in, but it is not a nuisance. As for the location, some may prefer to be closer to the hustle and bustle, but it totally suited me.

Friendly staff - receptionists, cleaning staff and the breakfast staff were all great! Clean rooms that are cleaned everyday Comfy bed Nice, simple rooms with plenty of storage and a safe Good breakfast - good selection of food and drinks Lockers to store luggage before or after check in/out The complimentary drink when you arrived Good location - not exactly central but that's a good thing as you are away from the busy crowds. Everything can be walked to or you can use the fantastic public transport. There is a tram stop just around the corner. I would absolutely stay here again!

Can't really think of anything negative. One small thing is the eggs and beans were abit cold on one of the mornings but to be honest that didn't really bother me. I'm guessing they had been out a while and I came at a bad time.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and selection. The location was excellent for our needs and excursions. Staff was exceptional and Petr was a tremendous asset to us. His directions, recommendations for restaurants, and helpfulness was above and beyond. He is a tremendous asset to this establishment and we are very thankful to have had his assistance.
