Overall, it is a great value for money. The location is perfect, very close to public transportation, so the old town and all the major tourist points of interest are easily reachable, while one has the perk of staying in a peaceful area. The room was spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. Reception is 24 hours open. Soundproofing is excellent!!! The breakfast (I only took it one time because I preferred to have something out) was quite decent. I liked the large pillows. It is a perfect place to stay if you plan to spend most of your time outside. They cleaned the room every day and changed the towels regularly.

These are not a big deal, but some improvements might be useful: Hotel guests who like to watch TV might be disappointed by the poor quality of the signal. The transmission breaks quite often. It didn't bother me very much, but it should be fixed somehow. As for the staff, they are younger and nice, but some should work a little on their communication skills and politeness. Some of them seemed quite uninterested. For a 4 stars hotel, toiletries are quite basic. The walls and carpets could use some refurbishment. The bed was big, but the mattress wasn't very comfortable. There is always a space for improvement, but as said, it is a good place to stay.

Amazing breakfast, cozy room, quiet and still good location not far from the center, parking lot too expensive but its good to have that option if you need it and its really close (~150m from the hotel)

You had to confirm explicitely that you wish a daily cleaning of the room - which we did. Still the room was not cleaned and upon arrival we didn't even have towels in the room. When requested we received just one big and two small ones for two adults. Should not happen in a 4-star hotel. The parking lot is really too expensive for not being in the center and on the day of departure we asked to leave the car there for a few more hours. The hotel would charge us an extra daily rate of 20€ which is also not a sign of a good service and customer orientation especially as the parking lot was almost empty on that day.

A lovely hotel situated right next to Petrin hill, with rooms overlooking the green park, away from the main tourist bustle and yet not far from the main attractions. The room was spacious, quiet, modern and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the hot weather. Special shoutout to the cleaning staff, who always managed to clean my room despite my leaving the room quite late some days. I would love to come back to this hotel in the future, and in fact I extended my original stay. Excellent value for money.

Just minor issues: 1) Though the staff was professional and courteous, they were mostly quite serious and could have been friendlier in their way of explaining some things (eg instead of being told in a slightly annoyed tone "next time please use your card" when arriving late, they could have explained on day 1 that you should use your card in such a situation, and/or opened the door with a smile regardless). This is a minor complaint, however; as I said, the staff were NOT unfriendly, just a bit serious, and handled all situations professionally. 2) The water temperature in the shower was sometimes unstable, but nothing too bad. 3) The elevator door needs fixing.

Clean and neatly kept rooms. The staff are very friendly and always serve you with a smile. The bar is well equipped and a great silent place to end the night. The AC works great and we had a pleasant sleep all the nights we stayed. Many of the attractions are just 15 to 20 minutes away, so i would say a good location for tourists.

There is a fridge which is empty, maybe keep something at least even if it would be charged. Opening the window attracts insects, we had to keep it closed throughout our stay. But we used the AC extensively for this reason.

It was a great stay with very friendly staff and quite comfy rooms. Actually two stays as we've stayed at this hotel for two times in the last 10 days. The rooms themselves had everything needed for comfortable rest, clean bathrooms, a mini-fridge, wifi, a big wall-mounted TV, and a very relaxing bed. The best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Both receptionists and the cleaning team were very professional and welcoming, which made our days in Prague much brighter. I would like to highlight the people who made our stay the best it could be, that'd be Matúš (literally saved us during one of our checkouts and always goes out of his way to help guests), Natasha, Olexandr, Alena, and also Tereza (who's a brand new employee but is already creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere for the guests). These people did a very good job at keeping our stay pleasant and relaxing. We'll definitely be back to Red & Blue and hope to see them again.

It'd be great if the lobby bar had a dedicated bartender and a bigger assortment of drinks. During prime time the lobby is full of people checking in or asking questions and 2-3 receptionists just can't leave the reception area and serve drinks. Also some additional spirits/liquors would be great, just so it is possible to enjoy some classic cocktails that you'd expect any bar to have. Otherwise everything was great!

We were really pleased by our stay in this beautiful hotel! We had everyday cleaning (our cleaning ladies were great) and our room was spacious and comfortable, providing all the amenities it promised. Great value for money! We would also like to put extra emphasis on smiling Matous, who was really kind, always willing to help and inform us about everything we asked, as well as drive us wherever we wanted. A really professional as well as humane attitude ! We will certainly come back as soon as possible! Ephie and Anastasia❤️

The rooms are a good size and everything is within walking distance, the staff are lovely

We had a glass door shower in our room that kept flooding, we did let the staff know the first night it happened (the second night of our trip) and they helped us clean up and said someone would have a look but it continued to happen for the rest of the trip. It really ate into our night asked for help the and as we had only had a few days we couldn’t lose the time each night to do it, so we just cleaned it up ourselves after that. We didnt ask to move rooms as it wasnt offered the first night and we assumed it would be fixed so unsure if this would have been possible but did alert staff to the issue

The location was very central to everything we needed. The availability of a fridge in the room was excellent. The bed was a great size.

There wasn't an awful lot of the required supplies - shower gel, tea and coffee and milk. There was loads of variety though with shower hats, toothbrushes, shaving razors and shoe shine - which was excellent.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for me - spacious room with modern amenities such as mini fridge, kettle with free tea bags, free bottled water, TV with both Czech and international channels and most importantly reliable wifi as I was working remotely during my stay. Location is also really good, next to a large park (nice view from the window). Also the staff was always nice and smiling.

Very nice room, really clean, room service changed our towels every day. Nice neighbourhood. Online check-in is a win, your actual check-in lasts just a couple of minutes. Check-out was also fast, all the staff we talked to was polite. Windows in the room open so we had a nice breath of fresh air. Really hapoy with our stay.

Pillows were too soft and squishy for my personal preference. In addition, we got two matresses pushed close together instead of one big one, but the bed was comfortable overall.
