Great location in terms of access to city, transport, supermarket, and riverside. Large space for a small family and the provision of requirements such as infant bed. Ideal for short stays if fancy an apartment not hotel.

While Instructions were provided in terms of access via code for apartment and keybox, it wasn’t clear how key operated. Had to make a few attempts at late night as door didn’t open after unlocking and needing a further action on the key latch. The adapter (travel) kept couldn’t be inserted into EU sockets and hence dysfunctional. Again had to go around at odd times to look for one as reception desk isn’t located in this property. The instructions for other appliances such as stovetop, wash machine can be kept handy. Staircase to access lifts was again tricky can be informed ahead, with lift closing off suddenly sometimes, although figured out best way over next day. Weekend support/emergency can be responsive as have to rely on messaging via booking site or the weekday phone contact.

The location is quite good. Very spacious. Fantastic table, sofa, beds, kitchen.

I'd have liked some cushions for the sofa. I also expected the towels to be changed half way through the week but it never happened. We stayed from Sunday to Sunday. Relatively minor negative aspect.

Our apartment was located in basement, had to take down and up heavy bags thru one floor. The fact that apartment is located in basement does not come out clearly during booking

there is an elevator but there are still many stairs to climb to reach the elevator

We are family with 3 small kids. Good location. We were walking to the downtown. Parking for free during weekend in front of the building. Nice and clean room. Fridge, kitchen..

No AC. So if u feel hot u have to open the windows to feel good but street is noisy and party drunk guys were around during night. Probably most likely problem in the summertime.

It was very close to everything ; grocery stores, bus, and activities. The appartement is really nice.

The floor and the couch weren’t cleaned and we were missing condiments.

Close to the centre of Prague. Tram stop was close by.

We requested to have the sofa bed setup, but it wasnt setup when we arrived. However they were easy to contact and we were able to find bedsheets. There is an elevator but there is no direct access to the floor (Need to climb a flight of stairs)

-The location-5 minute from the tram -the size-very big, 2 bedrooms with large beds, big living room, big kitchen -it was clean -the prize is decent -it had an elevator

The rooms and the apartment in general was very big. About 20/30 minutes from the city centre.

I thought there was a balcony, but there was not. The shower was not working and the host was not very reactive. In the end we found a solution
