The staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was good, and the apartment was clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was convenient — not too far from the congress center and Charles Bridge.

The receptionists did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. As a result, when we had an issue with the air conditioner in our room, it couldn’t be resolved due to the language barrier. The lady at the reception tried to explain that the problem was related to a central system, although the property does not appear to have central air conditioning—only individual units in the rooms.

The room was very big, bright and nicely decorated. The terrace is super quiet and nice, the view from it (trees and nature) was amazing, the kitchen is also great and has everything you might need. The location is a bit far, but buses and trams are really comfortable from there. Everything is super clean.

One problem was the noise, I could hear a lot from the adjacent rooms, and sadly got bad neighbours: they decided to drink and debate at 2am. Apart from that, I thought that the shampoo/towels/coffee/etc quality could have been a bit better, considering the price, but this wasn't an issue.

The apartment room was perfect, more than we could have asked for. So spacious and comfortable and meant we could enjoy our time relaxing there as well as enjoying exploring Prague. Kitchen has everything you could ask for, including a toastie maker which we enjoyed! Full sized fridge was also very useful! The bed was very comfortable and the tv worked perfectly which was very nice. The wardrobe space is amazing! We could unpack our whole suitcase and still had space for more clothes. It was perfect. Everything is just so spacious. The location is great as well with a bus stop just across the road and a pretty short bus and then metro journey into the main city! We didn’t feel too far from the centre at all, and the public transport was very reliable. VALUE FOR MONEY was incredible, I have never stayed somewhere so nice for such a good price before! I have spent much more money and stayed in far worse places!

The only slight downside would be there is no wall holder for the shower head but we didn’t mind this! You can hand hold it or just have a bath which we enjoyed doing.

The apartment was huge. The kitchen was massive and it had an oven! The bed was very comfortable, and the location was close to buses and trams.

The split system aircon wasn't working. We told the front desk, who advised us that the cleaners would take a look, but instead of fixing it, they just gave us fresh towels instead. I think it was just a miscommunication. They also need to include a tea towel (or two) and a cutting board in their kitchen. We also didn't realise that you had to specially choose a room with a shower, and we were allocated a room that had a bath only, and a short length hose. It would be good for kids, but not good for us.

Nice and modern apartment, very well equipped, good breakfast, helpful personnel

Air-conditioning was missing in one room (only fan available), not so good cleaning (rubbish under the bed), missing tablets for washdisher, smell from the kitchen was getting to the apartment in the morning (likely when kitchen hood was running for breakfast peparation), curtains were slightly short (you cannot cover the full window), street next to the apartent is very busy (it is ok when windows stay closed)

Apartment has everything that you need.

They took deposit 210 euro and when you use credit card for it, you need to wait some days until money is unblocked. It upsets a lot.

People working at the Hotel were really nice, friendly and helpful. After check-out our car could not start, the staff of the Hotel helped immensely, found a car service for us, called for help and offered great hospitality service during the waiting process, making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need, without taking any extra charge. Special thank you for the girl working in reception Kate, for your patience and guidance thruought the process, assuring everything is okay. The room itself was great. It was clean, spacious, provided all the necessary equipment needed and more,

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect — the tram number 11 takes you straight to the city center in just 10 minutes. Everything you need is nearby: shops, cafes, and other essential services. The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything necessary for cooking, and the bed is incredibly comfortable — we slept like babies! The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. And the parking? Just fantastic. Highly recommended!

1. Great location with easy access to public transportation, including a bus stop right downstairs and a rail station nearby. 2. Ample parking available in an underground parking lot, reasonably priced at 7 Euros per day. 3. Spacious rooms that are great value for the price, with very comprehensive amenities, even including a curling iron. 4. Candy available throughout the hotel, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. 5. Fast internet speed. 6. The staff are very friendly. 7. Comfortable open-air terrace.

1. The check-in process at the front desk was a bit slow, especially with four groups waiting upon arrival, possibly due to peak times. 2. Sound from neighboring rooms was audible, suggesting thin walls. 3. Limited lighting options in the rooms, with only one main switch for all lights, resulting in either overly bright lighting or just a dim bedside lamp.

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. It is extremely well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need. Also there is Arena shopping mall nearby with very nice food court .

There were a few things that we did not like as much about the apartment. 1 . A lack of a curtain and a showerhead holder in the bathroom, which made the showers less pleasant and less convenient. 2. It was quite hot in the apartment during the summer, despite the air conditioner in the living room and the two fans in the bedroom.”
