The hotel was recently renovated and very clean. It’s located right next to a tram stop, just five stops away from the main train station, which is super convenient. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hearty and satisfying. Just a note—both the coffee and the juices were made from powder, so don’t expect fresh options, but it still did the job to start the day. One thing to keep in mind: I wouldn’t recommend staying on the fourth floor during summer, as the room has no proper window and gets very hot. Also, due to the hotel’s close proximity to the tram line, it can be quite noisy with the metal screeching of trams—especially if the window is open. That said, I had no trouble sleeping with earplugs.

A good location for my needs, and they had accommodated my request not to overlook the street at the front. The breakfast room was pleasant, and the food was varied and of good quality. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and the possibility of retaining my room key for the stay was greatly appreciated.

The lift broke down one day, which is unfortunate, but a notice saying 'out of order' on the lift would have been helpful. The breakfast room seemed a little cramped - it was almost impossible not to block the passageways between tables. There was no muesli or much fruit. There seemed to be some rather noisy guests, although I did not make an issue of this with Reception. The level of soundproofing around the bedrooms is fairly low, it appears. The bathroom was a touch cramped, the shower door only just opened wide enough for me. There was also a shelf unit at head height just outside the bathroom door which it was very easy to walk into.

The breakfast was okay. The jacuzzi was nice (available for extra payment only). The location is perfect, just some tram-stops away from the centre. You can hire a private parking place, which is a real gift in Prague (we spent 5 nights in Prague). The ladies at the reception were always keen to help <3 The design of the room was marvellous, I loved it.

No cupboard in the double room. No airconditioning. No minibar and safe. The parking place is in the courtyard of the next building, where both the gate and the parking spaces are quite narrow, so with a bigger car it's quite a quest to park there. Breakfast time could be extended to 11 am - for us, 10 am was a bit early closing :-)

I like the hotel and the facilities, beautiful view from the city and very good location. The hotel is near the city center with Tram station right in front. Very good transport connection. The hotel team is extremely helpful and polite.

The breakfast could have a little more variety and more quality products. It's not bad, but it is not perfect. The apartments on the 5th floor are very hot in the summer, which makes it a little uncomfortable to sleep at night.

A good location next to Tram station, that stop in Town Center only 1min walk to station. Beds are comfortable and was warm in the room on arrival. The young lady from reception was very polite and speak english very well .She gave us the keys before 2pm as it is written on website. Breakfast was good with choices for each of us. Many tourists came that mean it is a good hotel.Worth the price .Bathroom were very clean ,provide towels but no shower gel .

Parking find it a bit expensive ,18euro per 24h ,but in weekend if you're lucky to find a place in the front of hotel where is free of charge. Other negative cant find it .

Now we stayed only 1 night (3 persons), but we were here already in April for 5 nights (2 persons). Our present room on the ground floor was much nicer than the previous one in the attics. We did have a cupboard this time in the room (in the attics there was no cupboard). The breakfast was okay. Although there is no air-condition, and it was hot outside, the room temperature was nicely cool. The staff is very nice :-)

The bathroom was full of bugs and mosquitos in the evening as there is no mosquito net, and the window is left open by the staff (the window cannot be reached without a chair or ladder). Also, the bathroom ceiling was quite mouldy.

Clean, bright and spacious apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom (liquid soap, shampoo/shower gel, towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc). Breakfast was good, buffet style: a selection of coffees, juices, pastries, cold cuts, spreads, eggs, bacon, hot dogs... the usual, but quite tasty and you definitely won't stay hungry. The location is well-connected with the city center and other areas through several tram stations in close proximity. Now, this apartment has a city view, so when the window overlooking the Otakarova street is open, it can be a bit noisy due to the traffic outside. However, when the window is closed, you will have a complete silence (plus, there is another window across the room, overlooking the usually quiet backyard/parking, so we could enjoy fresh air without any noise).

The apartment is located in the building next door to the hotel, so you need to exit the building and enter the hotel when going to breakfast. Noting this as it may be inconvenient to some travelers, especially if it's raining outside, but otherwise it's only a 2-min walk and it didn't bother us at all.

Good value for money. Rooms were big and spacious. Extremely clean and loved the under floor heating. Tram right outside took you into the city centre. We preferred the quiet area, rather than the hustle and bustle. Great pizza place frankies for takeaway underneath and a nice restaurant in the town called Pizza West. Liked the fact that I could send information before arriving so that checking in was an easy process. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room is a bit small with no view. It's quite clean with very basic facilities. It comes with breakfast which was good. Public parking is available in front of the hotel and is very convenient. Location is excellent! With a few tram stops nearby that bring us to the city centre! The receptionists are all very helpful

Room a bit old. We need to borrow the electric kettle from the reception. There are 3 of us and by the time the 3rd person is showering, there is no hot water.

Our room was very large. Larger than I expected considering we were visiting from US. Our room had an amazing patio- it was winter so little use to us at that visit. The bathroom was large. Shower was not great, but we made do for a one night stay. Multiple nights would have needed to address- low pressure and cold water. Had a bare minimum shower. Breakfast was lovely. Nice spread of bread and juice and fruits. A more than ample continental breakfast. Also lovely location for ease of travel in Praha.

Shower- poor pressure and cool water. Just passable. Did not address since we only spent 1 night.
