The communication before our trip was great. So the staff were very helpful, especially Andrei. The location was easy to find and had excellent transport links. The trams and metros were easy to navigate. There was a small Christmas market close by as well as a great Vietnamese restaurant called Boong and a lovely cafe selling fresh cheesecake as well as breakfasts. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't eat there so it didn't matter that the kitchen was small, although there was plenty of dining space. The beds were comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It could be a little noisy from guests in other apartments but no noise from traffic.

Staff, security. Spacious apartment. A building with its own soul. With gratitude and appreciation we write this. All of the staff were very caring. Very kind and hospitable staff. Actually, much more personable than other places. After staying all over Prague for the past 5 months due to home renovations being enlessly prolonged, we have stayed in a number of apartments that are in the same area, and around the same price. This apartment was the most spacious, quaint. The genius loci of this entire building is unique, and not so easy to find, if you are seeking that 'old world' charm. Bathroom - lovely! Balcony - to see all of Prague. Decor in the bedroom is lovely (not overly luxurious but not a 'factory' standard. It's really nice) Quiet guests - this is not a party zone. Entrance - When you walk into the entrance, you will be surprised how much more grand it is than the photos. Staff - very nicely mannered. Trustworthy! We have had clothing stolen in other more luxurious hotels. Not here. This is a different calibre of a tight-knit team working together to make your stay really safe, and pleasant. Thanking the Hotel Sibelius owners and staff. We hope we have also been good guests. Thank you for allowing our pets too! They were very calm and relaxed here.

Everything was perfect! The building is beautiful located super close to the bus stops, easy walking distance to the old town Prague. The apartment was spotless clean, spacious bed room, kitchen, bathroom and entrance. Very kind and friendly staff helped whatever we asked.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It is quite spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great – close to the city center, with shops, restaurants, and public transport stops nearby. Highly recommended!

It wasn’t a problem for me, but it might be useful for others to know: the elevator goes up to the 4th floor, and you need to walk one more flight of stairs to reach the apartment on the 5th floor.

The room was big...the kitchen was fine...it had everything we needed. It's Near public transportation. It was a shame it was not so near the center. Everything was clean. Every day the room was cleaned, also. Quite neighborhood.

The shower was small. It could have been bigger. And the reception is in another hotel. Which at the beginning was annoying since you arrived tired from traveling more than 10 hours, arriving late to Prague and then trying to find the hotel to do the check in and then return back to the hotel.

There was no hot water on the last morning of our stay (it worked the first two days), the pillows were way too big and the stove top was not hot enough to cook on so we had to use the microwave to cook a pasta dish and house keeping was provided daily but didn’t include cleaning/replacing the dishes. Other than these things we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was clean, easy to access and situated in a great and vibrant location only a couple of minutes from the subway. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The Wifi was decent and the staff were nice and helpful.

Just a small tip: there was a coffee machine so coffee filters would be appreciated. Otherwise all was good.

The location is great with a tram and bus stop close by. I was able to get to most of the touristy spots pretty easily. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Andrej, who resolved an issue for us quickly even at 10 in the night.

Nothing major. The shower is a little cramped. It could be uncomfortable for a tall or bigger person.

It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. We love staying in slightly more residential areas where local people live.

This is a great location. About 2 metro stops from centre but very walkable. About 20 to 25 mins. Fantastic cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Loved it.

It was warm in the appartment during the winter season which is great. We had all necessary equipment in the kitchen. As we were travelling with an infant, we got a crib for free and also it was very nice to see few toys in the room - I think it's very thoughtful.

All was great, just some small things that were missing for us (but not sure it would be relevant for anyone else) - a rag to wipe the table, a broom (we had a small with a dustpan which is not enough to clean the floor). Once there was an issue with hot water in the morning, once the key was not working (can't enter the appartment) but both were successfully resolved almost immediately.
