The communication before our trip was great. So the staff were very helpful, especially Andrei. The location was easy to find and had excellent transport links. The trams and metros were easy to navigate. There was a small Christmas market close by as well as a great Vietnamese restaurant called Boong and a lovely cafe selling fresh cheesecake as well as breakfasts. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't eat there so it didn't matter that the kitchen was small, although there was plenty of dining space. The beds were comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It could be a little noisy from guests in other apartments but no noise from traffic.

Staff, security. Spacious apartment. A building with its own soul. With gratitude and appreciation we write this. All of the staff were very caring. Very kind and hospitable staff. Actually, much more personable than other places. After staying all over Prague for the past 5 months due to home renovations being enlessly prolonged, we have stayed in a number of apartments that are in the same area, and around the same price. This apartment was the most spacious, quaint. The genius loci of this entire building is unique, and not so easy to find, if you are seeking that 'old world' charm. Bathroom - lovely! Balcony - to see all of Prague. Decor in the bedroom is lovely (not overly luxurious but not a 'factory' standard. It's really nice) Quiet guests - this is not a party zone. Entrance - When you walk into the entrance, you will be surprised how much more grand it is than the photos. Staff - very nicely mannered. Trustworthy! We have had clothing stolen in other more luxurious hotels. Not here. This is a different calibre of a tight-knit team working together to make your stay really safe, and pleasant. Thanking the Hotel Sibelius owners and staff. We hope we have also been good guests. Thank you for allowing our pets too! They were very calm and relaxed here.

More coat hangers (like double the amount that is currently provided)

The room was big...the kitchen was fine...it had everything we needed. It's Near public transportation. It was a shame it was not so near the center. Everything was clean. Every day the room was cleaned, also. Quite neighborhood.

The shower was small. It could have been bigger. And the reception is in another hotel. Which at the beginning was annoying since you arrived tired from traveling more than 10 hours, arriving late to Prague and then trying to find the hotel to do the check in and then return back to the hotel.

Large apartment space with good temperature in the rooms.

There was no hot water on the last morning of our stay (it worked the first two days), the pillows were way too big and the stove top was not hot enough to cook on so we had to use the microwave to cook a pasta dish and house keeping was provided daily but didn’t include cleaning/replacing the dishes. Other than these things we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was clean, easy to access and situated in a great and vibrant location only a couple of minutes from the subway. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The Wifi was decent and the staff were nice and helpful.

Just a small tip: there was a coffee machine so coffee filters would be appreciated. Otherwise all was good.

The location is great with a tram and bus stop close by. I was able to get to most of the touristy spots pretty easily. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Andrej, who resolved an issue for us quickly even at 10 in the night.

Nothing major. The shower is a little cramped. It could be uncomfortable for a tall or bigger person.

It was warm in the appartment during the winter season which is great. We had all necessary equipment in the kitchen. As we were travelling with an infant, we got a crib for free and also it was very nice to see few toys in the room - I think it's very thoughtful.

All was great, just some small things that were missing for us (but not sure it would be relevant for anyone else) - a rag to wipe the table, a broom (we had a small with a dustpan which is not enough to clean the floor). Once there was an issue with hot water in the morning, once the key was not working (can't enter the appartment) but both were successfully resolved almost immediately.

The service was exceptional. Silvie Trejtnarova particularly was amazing: when I complained about the Wifi failing, she got me her family's router to use! And she helped connect me with a furniture assembly company so that I could get my bed assembled, making my relocation go a lot more smoothly. Thanks, Silvie, for going above and beyond! The staff at Orion hotel were also willing to accept packages that were delivered in my name, making online shopping a lot easier .

The WiFi was extremely poor.

The apartments are in a great location. Three minute walk to Jana Masaryka tram stop, and six minute walk to Namesti Miru metro station. It's easy to get to from the airport via 119 bus and connecting Metro, and to get around to the different areas of Prague. You can also buy a public transport ticket from the reception desk at the sister hotel down the road. I really appreciated the 24 hour reception there and the fact they buzzed you in to the apartment block. As a solo female, it felt really secure and was super quick each time. Staff were really friendly and the cleaner came during my stay too which is not as common with apartments. There are lots of cafés and bars within walking distance too. The apartments aren't super modern but are true to the pictures.

I turned on the oven to use it, but it started to smoke so I had to switch it off. Reception were quick to ring to check everything was OK, but it was a shame not the be able to use it in that instance. This knocked the hot water off so the shower was cold one morning but the staff were quick to resolve this and it was only due to the smoke alarm tripping.

It was one of the excellent stay I had so far. It was unbelievably spacious and clean. I was literally surprised to see how well they have maintained and wish I had booked for couple more days. Tram stop is just 2 mins away and almost all the essentials shops are just around the corner. They infact gave me a surprise compliment for my birthday, such a sweet gesture

There is nothing bad to say and they can't go wrong. May be just May be if they could keep couple of sugar, salt and coffee sachets it would be great.
