Easy check-in, friendly staff, 24 hour reception. Room was clean and perfect for my needs as a solo traveller. No frills, but all the basics were there and in good working order. Location is excellent near shops and bars and restaurants and hotel itself was very quiet. The old centre of Prague - Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square etc. is only 15 mins walk away through city centre or just a short hop on the Metro A line from the Namesti Miru station down the road from the hotel to the Muzeum or Mustek stop. (Direction=Nemocnice Motol). Would happily use this hotel again.

The price for value, for 3 nights for the room I was given was amazing, the room itself was much bigger than I expected and very comfortable and considering the location, I expected a much higher price! I really appreciated how quick the check in process was and the staff did a good job explaining everything to me, I could see they were trying their best considering English isn't their native language. The breakfast offered is also great, it's in a very comfy space and you have a wide selection to choose from, a sweet breakfast, English breakfast all available to your liking, there's also a toaster and Coffee machine available for use! The owners of this establishment are very friendly, I met them when having breakfast, they really seem to care about attention to detail and one of them even helped me out when she noticed that I was struggling with the Coffee machine, it honestly made me feel really taken care of.

In all honesty, I'm being very nitpicky with these points. In my room, I noticed a lack of electrical outlets, they were mostly found at the end of the bed and in the bathrooms, it would have been cool to have some right next to the nightstand just to make it easier to have access to my phone. The bathroom's hairdryer was a bit on the weak side, it felt like it could barely warm up. The shower itself has a detachable shower head, it's mostly a bath tub with a curtain on the side, me personally, I prefer having a closed glass shower with a door as it causes less of a mess with water and is more hygienic than having a curtain, the temperature of the water was a bit hard to set sometimes as well, otherwise it worked fine.

Staff were excellent, but they couldn't have been more helpful.i am a diabetic so carry insulin.Our room originally did not have a fridge. However, the staff resolved that, offered to use the hotel fridge overnight, then hot one installed in our room the following day. Brilliant.

Despite there being a good selection at breakfast, there was only apple juice, which my wife does not like, and the "hot" food was barely luke warm. Also no possibility to make a hot drink in the room and the coffee in reception was sometimes not fresh. Also my wife only drinks tea, do she could only get a hot drink when breakfast was on.

The hotel is easy to find and easy to enter. The staff are very friendly, so checking in and out isn't a problem. The room itself is quite spacious given the price, with a decent en-suite. Overall, I found the room to be clean, quiet and very comfortable. The location is also pretty good - there are lots of local restaurants, shops and amenities. Of course, it's also 10-20 minutes on foot from the city center, so you're close enough to explore the city, but distant enough that you get peace and quiet when trying to sleep at night.

The bed was perhaps a bit too small (or I'm a big too big!) and there was no AC in the room - Prague gets quite hot in the summer, so even a plug-in fan on the desk would be a nice inclusion.

Our twin room was spacious and very clean with plenty of storage space and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with towels and toiletries provided (shampoo and liquid soap). Staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good, as the railways station is about 15 minutes' walk away and there are tram stops nearby. The old town is about 20/25 minutes' walk away. The hotel building is situated in a courtyard and therefore away from the traffic, so it is very quiet. The breakfast is good with a variety of sweet and savoury items, however the breakfast room is situated in the basement down some steps, so not suitable for people in a wheelchair or with mobility problems. Highly recommended.

Really lovely little hotel! Staff were nice and friendly, there is free coffee, water and sweets available in reception. Shower was warm and worked well, Wi-Fi was good and beds were made up every day. Also the location is incredibly convenient! About a 5 min walk to the metro which comes every 5 mins and can take you to the centre of Prague.

N/a - no complaints!

This is a fantastic value for money for a centrally located 3 star hotel. Yes, water pressure could be better and the decor is quite dated (e.g. retro carpets and furnishings) but the room was clean and spacious, and the beds were new and very comfy. Also, all staff were super-friendly and helpful, including the owner who was happy to step in and help when I had an issue with the TV. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend hotel Claris.

Very good location not far from Namesti Miru in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Wenceslas Square is only a 15min walk away and there are tram stops close by linking the hotel with most of Prague. The hotel is quite small, quiet and with spacious rooms. It was ideal for my 5nights stay and I could use it as a base to rest and do some work. The bathroom was perfect with a very good shower. Everything was clean throughout and the property is well looked after.

The room need a bit of a refresh, as there for example too few power sockets in them, which isn't ideal of charging phones and other gadgets, especially if multiple people use a room. Room 24 lacked natural light but not much can be done here as its down to its location in the hotel.

Breakfast is simple but very good. Room and bed were fine. Location is very good, a short walk to some amenities or to a tram for more adventurous outings. This is my fourth stay here, and I will return when I need to.

The only problem - and this is not the hotel's fault - was the temperature. It was a very hot week. No a/c but there was a floor-standing fan in the room. So the hotel did it's best.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Desk was actually open 24/7 instead of what was listed (till 22:00). Lots of affordable little restaurants, bars & breakfast places nearby, even vegan ones, as well as a lot of late night corner stores.

Not their fault, but construction was done nearby, so I got woken up at 8 am every day regardless of persomal alarms. Also there's no airco, but I suppose that's expected for this price range. Even with 30C+ degrees, it was still very manageable just by opening the windows & turning on the fan when getting back at night.
