Property is located in one of the best districts of Prague. Very good access to local infrastructure, including shops, bars and restaurants. Public commute within short walking distance. The property was clean and well maintained. Big kudos for additional amenities on site such as luggage storage room and laundry room.

The property owners require you to share with them an extensive amount of your personal data, including the scans of your passport. Considering that the relationship between guests and owners is managed by Booking.com (who already has that data), this requirement lacks legal grounds and may contradict the provisions of GDPR.

The property was chic and clean. The metro is 2 mins away and you arrive in 5-10 mins in the city centre. Very cozy and warm apartment. We recommend staying here.

The check in is at 2 P.M. straight!! You have to take that in consideration because the door is programmed to open at the exact time

No on site staff, which is difficult if don’t speak Czech. People were very loud in the center stairway which was like an echo chamber.

we loved this house. Check-in and out is all done via codes and messanger but it worked excellently. All questions we had were answered super quickly. The room was spotless and lovely water pressure in the shower. You can also leave bags in a secure hold after check-out. The area is the best we have ever stayed in. loads of cafes and bars and easy to use tram to get to the sights. The room was courtyard facing and quiet. Also you can book a spot in a parking garage if needed.

I found the bed hard, but not enough to worry about, also you can hear the people upstairs but this didn't bother us at all and is normal for terraces housing I think.

The property is really organized, with every amenities you might need, clean, modern and super located at Namesti Miru, only 1-2 metro stops from every interesting place of Prague. You can also take the no22 tram, (2min walking) and go literally anywhere! I admired that there are stickered instructions for everything e.g how to use the filter coffee machine, how to use the digital key etc. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean at our arrival and Daria, the host, was answering any questions we might had. There is also a super-safe luggage storage area if it happens to check out but you have some hours to spend till your flight. The airport is only 40min (terminal to hotel door). Just take the bus 59 to Nadrazi Velenslavin, then metro A (green) to namesti Miru and then in 2min walking you are at your room. Ask for the room 104, it is the only one with a small balkony to have your morning coffee! The area is super safe, there are nearby some bars, super markets etc.

I didnt like that for the 6 days we stayed nobody cleaned the room or changed the bed linens or the bath towels. Also there is no airconditioning and the pillows are really thin, so we had some neck pain after some days of sleeping. Lastly there was a cafe instruction on the basement so in the morning there was some noise, but i guess this is just an unlucky moment of us.

Superb location. Lots of great places in the neighborhood: cafes - IPPA is *amazing*, restaurants, all is near. Green metro line - very convenient if you go to/from the airport by metro. Red line within a 10-minute walk. Very smooth check in & out, all done remotely, very clear instructions. Sufficient kitchen.

I had an old toaster there that blew the circuits. Not a big deal though, they offered me a new one. Also, there's a city tax that has to be paid *in cash* (you put an envelope in a box) within 24 hours of your check-in. Beware if you have a busy day ahead of you, get some CZK ASAP. It's a minor annoyance though.

This isi a wonderful, newly reconstructed, beautifully appointed apartment. Whereas pictures of such properties often exaggerate the beauty and size (thanks to Photoshop), in this case the opposite was true, in big part because of the high ceilings - well over 3 meters. Also notable for Prague is the quality "American" mattress. To top it off, the location cannot be beat. I know Prague well, and I know the available accommodation in this area well, and, save Ma Maison, this is as good as you will find. The only potential issue may be the cost. My travel, in off-season October was appropriate for the quality of apartment, but it seems from internet searching the the price is to go up to silly levels in the high season.

The location is amazing if you're looking for a more authentic stay in a gorgeous area. The flat has everything you need, and is spotless clean.

At no point during my stay did I see any member of staff (they were very responsive via message, though). On my last night (a Thursday), the people upstairs were having a party and making lots of noise. As there was no staff available, I had to go myself at 2am to ask them to keep quiet. I'm a woman travelling solo and I didn't know what I was going to find. Anyway, it's not a major thing, and it's understandable with this kind of accommodation, but it'd have been nice to have some staff available. Still, this didn't put me off the accommodation at all, and next time I'm in Prague I'll be back.
