Good location, nice stuff, big room, quiet, kitchen is fully equipped.

The hotel could have invested in couple of tea bags and coffee capsules. There is a coffee machine but where do I suppose to buy coffee capsules? And a couple of tea bags cost nothing but it wouldn't make me look for a shop and buy the whole pack. Also we stayed on the first floor, windows to inner yard, which was good and quiet until the stuff would go out to smoke, all that smoke entered our room.

The apartment was huge, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. We went to a conference at the Prague conference center. 20 min walking or 10 min by metro. The neighborhood of the hotel is great! Quiet, but many restaurants and bars. The city center is 15 min away walking distance. We also used the Sauna and the laundry option. Very easy! Sauna is heated for you at your request. No extra cost. For laundry, you have to pay 1,5 euro for the detergent and have free access to the washing machine. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Prague.

This beautiful and super clean property really exceeded my expectations! The location, atmosphere, very professional and friendly stuff, all the necessary equipments in the room to live a comfortable life, big rooms with space and super comfortable beds made our trip more beautiful and worry-free. One more thing that I really liked is cute gym room, which I look for everywhere and sauna was also so good! Will definitely come back to this property! Worth money and would recommend to everyone! ❣️

The location is in a quiet residential part of Prague convenient to attractions, sightseeing, shops, public transportation, and restaurants. The apartment is clean and has everything you need to prepare simple meals, an early breakfast, or a snack. The free washing machines and dryers were great! The location away from the overtouristed parts of Prague yet convenient to major sights. The front desk staff is outstanding. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and intelligent.

Everything. Lovely big rooms. Comfortable beds. Great staff. Great facilities. Great WiFi. Staff were welcoming and always on hand 24hrs a day for any problems at all. Which there were none. Location great and loads of places to eat and drink in walking distance if you look them out. Multiple tram stops all around in a short walking distance Just didn’t want leave

Kind and helpful staff. Large and comfortable suite. One of my favorite neighborhoods in Prague: so many great cafes and restaurants within walking distance and conveniently located to all public options.

Skip the breakfast: go to a bakery or cafe nearby! Minor note/early fixed: My bathtub didn’t drain properly. I also wished the darkening curtains in the bedroom were wider; they didn’t fully cover the window and this affected sleep duration and quality.

Great, clean, spacious apartment. Very quiet and in a very good location. There is also a pool table at the basement of the building. Very nice and helpful staff. The apartments look a bit dated, but are very clean.

A few things that could be changed: there is a dishwasher in the room, but dishwasher tablets are not provided. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement, but washing liquid is not provided. You can buy those at the reception, but it just creates a cheap impression.. I think the hotel could afford providing these for the guests. In any case, nothing major..

Central location, our room was very big, bright and well equipped. It was peaceful at night and most of the activities concerning the inner city (especially old town) can technically be done on foot. We walked there on a daily basis during our stay. The hotel was also kids friendly, our daughter really enjoyed herself. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. All in all a wonderful stay and we would definitely come again.

The breakfast was a bit too basic in my opinion. We booked our trip to have it included but missed some fresh fruit (except apples), eggs, bacon and maybe also some local delicacies. However, everything available was very fresh and tasted good.

The hotel has a great location and the apartment has excellent soundproofing, so we couldn't hear the neighbors at all. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and are very happy.

A few things to note for improvement: the bathtub was extremely slippery, which could be a safety hazard. Additionally, a small repair is needed for the kitchen cupboard. Overall, our stay was lovely.

Mamaison staff is really friendly and very cooperative. The rooms are nice and big and very clean. Hotel is located very close to Namesti Meru which is the access to Metro and Tram to reach any part of city. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.This is the place to relax and enjoy a peaceful get away

Their breakfast menu is limited to non cooked items. Can be improved if they can offer variety of eggs
