Me and my boyfriend stayed in Hotel Lunik for 7 days while exploring the beautiful city of Prague. The experience and hospitality are at an enviable level. The reception staff are professional and very pleasant. Room service is great and everything is extremely clean. Room is cleaned everyday. Breakfast contains a large selection of food, and you can serve yourself anything you want to eat. The food is really delicious and above all nutritious and healthy. Plenty of choice for all kind of nutrition you are on. The kitchen/dining area staff are really nice and pleasant. Room was very comfortable and even bigger than it looks in the pictures. It had everything listed. It has central heating and it kept us nicely warm during cold weather. Hotel has great facilities and even its own currency exchange and a little jewlery shop area. Also the location... it is perfect. It is in the city centre, close to the old town, less than a minute walk from a few tram and bus stops (you can easily go anywhere by public transport from there) and it is located near a lot of bakeries, markets, fast food restaurants... Since we stayed there during New years eve holiday, we got a champagne in our room on 31st december as a gift from Hotel Lunik and we were pleasantly surprised :) Our experience at Hotel Lunik was exceptional. From the quality of service to the comfort of the accommodations, everything exceeded our expectations. When we visit Prague again, we will undoubtedly choose Hotel Lunik as our preferred place to stay :)

The rooms look exactly as they do in the pictures: they are simple and comfortable. The bed and pillow were wonderful. The location is ideal: not in the middle of the crowds, but extremely easy to walk into major shopping and tourist areas. The staff: wonderful from start to finish, reception was fantastic and kind, the ladies at breakfast were friendly and open. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The place also felt very safe- no one walked through the door that didn't belong in the hotel. The price was absolutely fair.

Shower was tiny and uncomfortable, and they made us pay extra on a per hour basis for an early check-in.

Great location near the centre, with excellent transport links, nice room with comfortable beds, tasty breakfast with a good variety of options, friendly receptionists. They were happy to accommodate my request to add a child to my booking and provided a cot.

The room would be even better if there were a small fridge. The hotel is just around the corner from the main street with several tram lines, which makes it fairly noisy at night if you sleep with the windows open (there's no air-conditioning in the room). The breakfast room staff was quite rude. The two ladies didn't smile, looked like it bothered them if I asked for something, and one of them decided to clean and lay the other half of the table while I was still having my breakfast. Since it wasn't a busy time, I don't understand why she couldn't wait till I finished. It made me feel unwelcome and didn't let me enjoy my breakfast.

Location within a walking distance to Wenceslas Square and the National Museum, near an underground station and tram stops. Well-equipped bathroom and comfortable beds. Good breakfast with quite a wide choice, tasty coffee.

Reception doesn´t work 24/7 and only one lift, but generally a pleasant stay near the heart of Prague. Some noise could be heard at night as the streets around are quite busy all night long. And there was no fridge in the room, but a kettle and tea/coffee were provided.

The hotel is very close to a metro station, which is convenient for travellers. In addition, the railway station can be reached within walk reach. The breakfast is fine and delicious. The reception enviroment is fairytale. Originally, I used the Chinese network card to use Google Map, and the wrong direction was indicated for a long time. This phenomon also happened in Slovak. Then, I changed my card to Orange flow package card Prima Volba, which costs only 10 Euros a month, and the problem disppeared. Note that the Chinese mainland network package is not convenient for abroad, especially it is too expensive and boring. This is a lesson one should learn.

Breakfast had plenty of variety for a small hotel. Liked that the hotel was small and in the old building. Perfect for couples as not immediately in the crowded area, but nicely walkable to the old town. We walked to the Castle and explored a bit of the old town - so, nice active day on foot and can see a lot on the way. The room seemed to have an air con, but didn't feel like needing to use it despite of the hot day. Was cool enough by the night.

Not didn't like but good to know: The shower is a small side. If you plan to walk from the main train station with an heavy luggage, the walk is to a bit higher location.

My daughter stayed one night in this hotel and she liked the stay very much. The location is nicely right in the center. The hotel is pleasant and well furnished. The room was large and clean. Bathroom was well working and clean as well. Wifi is available and worked reliably.

Although the booking.com price already included the city tax, the hotel double charged my daughter for this 2 Euro tax. After contacting them later by phone it took long time to admit this mistake. They did not apologize and pointed out that my teenage daughter should have checked this (Vigilantibus iura scripta sunt). Anyway they offered to refund this double charge. In any case check your booking and the bill afterwards.

The location and the spacious room. Very comfy bed. The area is very safe from late nights and early morning adventures. The area is good for discovering the city. Close to everything. There are a lot of selections for local food and other international types of cuisine.

The shower stall is a bit weird in its configuration. I did manage.

Very clean and cosy room. The hotel location for me was very convenient - up to 20 minutes on foot to all sights in the center of the city. Actually I did not need to use any public transport to see everything. The bed was very convenient, and even the pillow was big enough :) There is also a small kettle to boil water - it is nice to have as much tea as you want after a long walk and not to pay 3 euros for a cup in restaurants :)
