Comfy rooms, great staff. A hostel with private rooms is my favourite kind of stay option anyway. it's chill and easy. Ample smoking area. LOVED the bar with lots of fresh draught beer available with easy access from the hostel. Great location. <3

I feel like tea & coffee should be available on a complimentary basis, and laundry could have been slightly cheaper.

It is very new and clean. The location and kitchen facilities are also great.

There is no fan in the dorm room so it was constantly stuffy without any air flow. While the window does open it faces the street and is too cold to keep open overnight. They also don’t even rent towels? You must buy it which doesn’t make sense for a traveller who is packing light.

I was very happy with my stay at Luma Terra. I chose it because of its location being close to the metro as well as the value and price that I paid. The room and bed were comfortable. The lighting and power availability in the bed area met my needs. I did request a bed change after the first night because I had a bad knee and I was assigned a top bunk. Sasha at the desk was very helpful in getting me switched to a different room with a lower bed available. Breakfast was great to have every morning, offering a very wide variety of food and beverage items. I drink significant amounts of water and being able to fill my bottle from any of the taps was a plus as I didn't have to buy still water. The wifi work well in the rooms as well as down in the lobby and dining area. I did purchase souvenirs there in a little gift cabinet. When the lock that I purchased My first night night failed, it was replaced.You're charged. I don't know the names of the kitchen staff so I can't thank them properly. I do want to thank AnnMarie specifically for her help my first night. Apparently, I had a bad plug device and it Is was tripping the power. It took a few minutes to sort the problem out. I did not personally use the laundry nut my roommate did and she said that was very easy to use. My future plans, I will factor that in so that I can reduce the amount of clothes that I bring with me.

The only complaint that I had was the staircase at the entrance to get up to the lobby. I was traveling for an extended stay and had suitcases. Between those and my bad knee climbing up and down to get in and out of the building was a challenge. I didn't find another entrance to use.

Absolutely amazing hostel. Very smart and tidy, with great facilities throughout for backpackers. Although we weren't actually backpacking, it felt like a great environment to be in and around. Staff were fantastic and very helpful, and our private room was excellent. Genuinely astonished that it cost us so little - literally half the price of hotels that we had seen in the area that would have been worse, I reckon.

I'm nitpicking here - but a couple of things to pick up on. Coffee machine was a little 'meh' on the taste. Would be great to have another couple of pillows if possible - but I accept that we didn't ask! We paid for towels at check-in, but found that we had already been supplied them when we got to our room. Never mind - was not significant.

I have stayed in over 50 hostels in my life, and I can say that this hostel has by far the most beautiful and well-thought-out bathroom. The cleanliness in the bathroom is exceptionally high. Items can be left for free before arrival/after departure. Everyone at the reception was nice, but the girl who worked on Saturday afternoon was particularly kind; all praise for her.

In room 202 where I stayed, under bed number 1 where I slept, when pulling out the wardrobe lockers, one doesn't slide smoothly but gets stuck and squeaks. When the girl who was sleeping above me tried to pull out her locker in the morning, it felt like someone had turned on a saw under me. I am still giving a rating of 10 because the hostel is excellent, but please fix this, as if someone stays longer, it can really be uncomfortable if someone underneath you keeps squeaking when trying to get their things.

There’s nothing to dislike about this property—it’s well-managed, offers a decent breakfast, is spotless, and is just a two-minute walk from the nearest tram and bus station, as well as KFC and Burger King. You can easily explore all of Prague on foot from here, or take the tram if you’re short on time. This was my first time staying in a hostel, and I’m genuinely impressed. The place is exceptionally clean (huge shoutout to the cleaning staff!), and the reception team is always friendly and ready to help—clear proof of great management. I had no issues at all and would definitely choose this hostel over a hotel any day!

We liked that the room was near (~1km) central station. It was also very easy to walk to national museum and old town. The room was clean and it had a lot of space. The beds were great and grocery store was near.

If you are really sensitive to smells, in the public spaces were heavy smells of washing agent/detergent. We felt like it was nice, but to others it might be too much. But the rooms itself did not smell anything. There were also possibility wash laundry, but it cost 6e and if you also want to dry your laundry in a machine, it also cost 6e. So its quite expensive. Also the bathroom floors were really wet since the shower didn't hold the water properly. But you could just dry it with towel. So very minor details and they did not affect on our stay and we would love to go there again! But just you to know.

comfortable beds, big open rooms, clean absolutely everywhere.big comfortable pillows, easy access to public transportation and sights. decent water pressure in showers and plenty of showers and toilets in bathroom as well as lefty of space to put your things while in the shower and get ready.

the door to our room had to be shut quite hard I order for it to shut if others didn’t shut it properly came back to door open or in the middle of night they would wake you up coming in

- Location was excellent. IP Pavlova Stn was not far off (5 min walk) - The place is very modern and clean (incl. bathroom). Rooms offer plenty of space. - Beds (bunks) look fragile but were in fact quite stable and rigid. I also like the curtains attached to every bunk. - Shower booth offer a lot of storeage options - nice!

- lockers beneath bed seemed a bit awkwardly to handle. I d prefer a normal standard locker. - if you re assigned to the upper bunk, it s a bit difficult to climb in. There should be at least one handle, with which you can support/lift yourself (when you are on the highest step) in order to climb into your bunk. Some folks held onto the curtain and nearly damaged it. - it d be awesome if there was a hook inside your bunk bed, in order to have an additional "storeage option" for your Rucksack, which usually contains all the most important things, u just want to have reachable (like eg. important documents, laptop or ipad, other electronic accessories, cash money,...)
