Overall we really liked the place. We booked the "Family Suit" which was very well designed, equipped and maintained. The suit was wide and lovely. The receptionists were kind and helpful. The food was decent.

The only thing that had bothered us was the shower facilities. Although they were clean and properly equipped, the stream was really weak which made it hard to take a proper shower. Even though, we are thankful for the hospitality and the overall pleasing stay.

Walking distance to center, there’s a tram station in the corner, and also metro 5min away. Breakfast was okay. We stayed in a room with balcony to the garden, which was really good. The Main Street is very busy. Overall a good stay if you’re on a budget and don’t have many requirements.

The carpets on the floor need to be changed, have some stains that look a bit creepy. The room had a smell of cigarettes every time it was closed, so we always slept with the windows open. We also found a dead bug on the sheets on our first night, and noticed 1 bite in each of us. We killed it and didn’t see more of them, but be aware.

The hotel is truly beautiful, very period-inspired, close to the National Museum and the main pedestrian street. The rooms were always clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff were always very respectful and friendly.

Breakfast was varied and abundant, but there's only one staff member to do all the work, so guests have to leave what they've used on a side table to free up space for another guest. The tubs are fine, but they're slippery and high.

Very spacious room, I had a desk to work on, little fridge to enjoy a cold drink, hair drier and soap/shower gel in the bathroom. There was also a fan for warm days (during afternoon it gets really hot when the sun is right in front of the windows). I also liked that there was cleaning every day (though not vacuuming, just changing the towels, getting trash out, bringing toilet paper etc). Overall the room and hallways are very clean and nicely decorated with vintage cabinets, flowers and red carpets. The location is great, right next to red metro line or tram station at I. P. Pavlova, so lots of stores and restaurants close by.

The hotel is old, it may be 4⭐️ but you can’t tell, because all things are used up, the carpet, the furniture, the stuff in the bathroom. There was alao a whole on the side of the bathtub, probably to access some pipes, but it was just open, you could see underneath… Another thing would be the noise: the windows opened onto the main street where cars pass constantly so during summer you have to choose between fresh air and silence. And when a heavier car or the metro would pass, the floors (I was on 4th floor) tremble and the doors of the wardrobe rattle, so if you don’t want to wake up n times per night, sleep with the wardrobe doors open. There was no ceiling light, only 2 nightstands with dim light and a big lamp by the desk.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all amenities, making it very convenient for exploring. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the bathroom even had a bathtub, which was a huge bonus for me. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and varied selection to suit all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Also, the hotel has a small courtyard garden, the rooms with the balconies overlook this. When we stay again we will definitely opt for a room with a balcony, so pretty.

At 5am the fire alarms went off, we were all evacuated, there was no management on site, none of the guests knew what was going on. we all stood outside in the cold for nearly two hours.

Large enough, Good location.

The hotel checked in at another place, but they just posted a piece of paper at the reception "came back soon." I waited there for half an hour but no one was come back, and an enthusiastic guest told me where I should check in! But the staff has a nice attitude!

Close with metro and store, walk-able to some places such as museum or the bridge, the receptionist is super friendly, the breakfast was ok, everything is good except for the cleaning service lady

The cleaning service lady with blonde hair which doesnt speak English also wasnt able to make little bit friendlier, everytime i say hello, thank you or whatever, not answer or even smile something. When i check out the room, she even talk alone so loud that i don't know what she said i don't know if she speak like that or she simply cursing on me😊😊, she is ok though

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and attentive isspeacialy Alina. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. I will be coming back! Thank you so much.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It was very clean and conveniently located near both the subway and tram stations. The historical city center was just a 10-15 minute walk away, which made exploring the city super easy. I loved the chic design of the hotel—it was stylish and modern. My room was ready a couple of hours earlier than the official check-in time, which was a pleasant surprise. Elizaveta, a very polite receptionist, contacted me and helped with the check-in process, answering all my questions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its location, design, and excellent service.

The breakfast at the hotel was truly delicious and varied, offering a wide selection of fresh products that met my expectations. This combination of a convenient location and excellent breakfast made my stay exceptionally enjoyable. The room was comfortable and the hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby tourist attractions. It was hot in Prague but I had cooler fan in my room.

Well, no issues. Maybe it was a bit weird that the reception desk was in the second hotel. I had all informations I needed.
