The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The balcony was fun to have meals on. The kitchen area was nice and useful. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. The location was great for us. It was clean.

The courtyard between the buildings is a bit echoey, and when the cleaning people drag their carts over the cobblestones in the morning(7:00 am or so) it can be a sleep disrupter.

it was a little bit hard to find the correct entrance of the building first time when we arrived, but all good after that.

It was nice that it was very large, amenities to do a meal if you wanted to.   there were sufficient places nearby for small groceries and excellent transportation right next-door. 

I think you should know when the property you rent has a balcony that is facing the internal courtyard, which is a parking place. Four of the mornings we were awoken by 7 AM for noise lasting at least 30 minutes, of vendors that were delivering some sort of large boxes to a business, the noise of their trolley over the cobblestones (I guess) was very noisy. The only day this did not happen was Saturday morning.   I find that many places in Europe do not have AC, which permits, not only to climatize the rooms, but serves as a buffer for any outside noise. We had to open the window to the balcony, and of course that permitted more of the outside noise to come in.

We really enjoyed that the location is close to the main attractions (close to the National Museum), which we preferred to reach by foot. We also liked that when needed, the public transport was reachable within 2 minutes by foot (tram, metro, bus) from the accommodation. The building is clean and well-preserved and the access using a code and key lock box turned out to be quite easy. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped, the beds were also comfortable and we also enjoyed that the building wasn't noisy.

The negative thing we found was the fact that they didn't make a daily pick-up of the garbage from the apartment. We believe that this could be improved, as it is not nice to have it picked up only once in a few days, when clean-up is being made.

The location was excellent—just a short walk from the city center and within easy reach of all major attractions. The apartment was clean and well-kept, making it a convenient and comfortable base for exploring the city.

Prague isn’t the most budget-friendly city when it comes to accommodation, and this apartment is no exception. While the stay was generally pleasant, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of basic amenities such as coffee or tea. Compared to other apartments we stayed at in Budapest, Vienna, and Munich, this was the only one that didn’t offer such supplies. I hope the hosts consider adding these small touches in the future—they really make a difference in enhancing the guest experience

The place is spacious and light. The interior is pretty basic, but for some people it's rather a pro than con. The situation is both a plus and a minus — it is right next to a metro station and a tram stop where you can catch almost 10 different tram numbers.

If you are unlucky, the trams will be passing by right under your windows.

Clean, safe, and excellent location. The building is at IP Pavlova station, it is just matter of getting out of the building to be in the station and start your trip to different locations in the city. IP Pavlova falls in the city center which makes it easy to reach your destinations in very short time. Plenty of food options around the building is an added value without a doubt, in addition to, smooth check-in if you follow the instructions in the email. Everything about this place is just perfect.

Absolutely nothing.

Location, location, location. This building is right above the metro station, next to the tram stop, at walking distance from a historic church, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, fast food places and an exchange office. The room is as advertised and my room at building J was really quiet. Check in and check out procedures are really simple, fast and they don't even require the reception desk to be open.

During summer the room gets super hot but there's no air conditioning and it feels quite uncomfortable sleeping in such a hot environment.

The host at reception was fantastic! Can't remember her name, but she was amazing and couldn't do enough for our group of 12. She allowed us to leave our luggage there all day on our last day and even gave us a later check out. The apartment was very clean and the bed/sofa bed were very comfy. Location was amazing, tram was right outside your door, fast food places all within a 1 minute walk. Shops like Tesco within a few minutes walk. Would definitely come back here again.

Would have been nice to have another room so we didn't need to use the sofa bed. Other than this I have no issues with the host or apartment.
