Spacious room, clean and comfortable

WiFi was patchy

Location is on a busy street but our room on the 3rd floor faced inwards, to some nice trees and was perfectly quiet. The address itself is close to everything as well as the metro station. I liked the bed, it was a true double bad, not just two singles pushed together. It was comfortable, too. Everything was clean and pleasant. We didn't have breakfast because we were leaving for an early plane flight, so cannot comment on that. Overall I recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to explore Prague from a good central location.

The entire hotel and room is luxurious, spacious and comfortable. The street where the hotel is located is very noisy, but the window of the room was facing the courtyard, so it was very quiet and peaceful.

Air conditioner in the room - we were able to get a cold room, while outside it was around 30 degrees. The hotel in located not far away from city center and train station - all was reachable within a walking distance - around 20 min (note: hotel is located up hill).

Bed felt too worn out - it felt like we were sleeping in a hallow. A lot of noise came from the busy street, as our windows where facing it. The floor seemed a bit dirty, as when I was wearing white socks, I noticed them to become quite dirty.

Perfect location, metro,tram,bus stations for just 2 minutes walk distance. Nice and clean room, comportable beds and pillows. Liked some mirrors on the wall. Nice interior.

Very noisy, at midnight sound of cars like you are outside (for me it's no problem, buts it's a fact). During our 5 days stay they didn't change our towels and sheets. Wifi conection in the room was terrible, we were without internet during 5 days. Asked help in the reception and they promised to check, but nothing changed.

An excellent hotel with an excellent location, the staff was helpful almost everything.

There is no electric kettle in the rooms, I have my own coffee that I like to drink, and it forced me to go down to the lobby and ask for hot water for coffee all the time. I asked for an electric kettle in the room and was told they didn't have one. I should mention that there were staff members who were angry that I was asking them hot water for my coffee and it really made me feel uncomfortable, but most of the staff were happy to help. It will solve the problem if they put an electric kettle in the rooms.

The hotel is very well located, so we walked to all the points of interest. We were able to park the car right in front of the hotel, even if we paid a fee for it.

1. The air conditioning system is controlled from the reception. This means that if you want to turn off the air in the room, you have to call the reception to do it and if you want it to be restarted, you have to call the reception again. The problem is that starting and restarting is done only for the entire floor. So, I was in the situation where I called to turn it off, and the air was turned off all over the 4th floor where we were staying and someone else from the same floor called to turn it on, and the air was turned on again, including in my room. Only the air intensity could be adjusted from the room. 2. The extra bed was a folding one, not a normal one.

I absolutely loved the olden and dated decor, however could do with touching up, room was lovely and spacious. Asked for a room with a bath which was also given to me, . Reception staff also helped me out with sorting taxi to airport, and directions to the castle. I absolutely loved my stay

As I say all around it is a nice place. Old an date and just a touch up a little bit. As a bit of info for those wondering how far things are like the castle etc. It's around a 45min walk at fast pace. Mcdonalds burger King an KFC all around corner from hotel, so if your fussy this is a bonus Other than that very happy.

The location is excellent. Very close, just 1 min walking from underground station I.P. Pavlova. The hotel is decent, all what you need to nice stay. The bed was comfy, the staff is friendly. Bath-tube with high pressure shower head. There is TV and landline available in the room. Towels, basic toiletries ( soap, shampoo with body wash ) The room is fairly spacious with good heating facility. My room was 101 very quiet, no noise from neighbours. I had a really good deal on booking and paid only £26 for 1 night. Very good value for money.

There is really nothing I did not like.

The location of the hotel is very good. Our room was very large and spacious. The air conditioning worked smoothly and very well. The beds were comfortable and large. The bathroom was large and useful. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had a trouble-free stay. There was also a TV and a small minibar in our room. There was also a desk and chair to work at. These were very good.

I can't say anything I didn't like. Everything was great. Price Performance hotel.
