Breakfast: Breakfast was great. There were plenty of options. There were interesting machinery to make your own waffle and pancake. Room: They have started renovating the first floor. Those look awesome. Location: I think the location was great. We found everything we needed at a walking distance. Swimming Pool: The kids liked and enjoyed it. Security: Hotel seems secure. They care about your security. You cannot go upstairs without using your hotel card. Facilities: The hotel has many activities/places for kids. Playstation corner, soft banks, kids enjoyed.

Room: Our room was a bit old at the third floor. We were a bit unlucky: - The electricity made a short circuit the first time we came in at night. - There were not enough sockets for electronic devices (2 adults+2kids consider how many we needed). - The bathroom lock was not working. My son got locked inside, hopefully we were there to rescue. - The room key stopped working twice and I had to visit reception to make it work again.

Great location to the tram stop (only 2/3 minute walk) and only 20 minutes walk to the old town. The staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was great value for money. We particularly enjoyed the fresh omelettes made to order. Lots of choice and my children loved the waffle and pancake maker. Big hit! The pool facilities were great and open long hours which was brilliant. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a mini fridge which was very handy. They had a great kids corner in the restaurant bar area which had an Xbox plus Lego, colouring, a train tracks etc. We found it very family friendly. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Slightly small for a 7 night stay.

Very good location. easy access to all 3 Metros on foot or by Tram. Good breakfast until very late on the weekends. Friendly and helpful staff. 500m from Wenceslas Square.

The newly renovated rooms had neither desk nor wardrobe. Therefore, we chose the old rooms which were not old at all. Sometimes I am wondering how incompetent someone must be to design a hotel room without a wardrobe. If you intend to stay for more than just 1 or 2 days you absolutely have to avoid the newly decorated rooms.

Reception ladies were super helpful (lost mobile of my boss found!, explication of parking tickets, fast way of payment and check-out, and always with a smile) The french speaking man cooking at the breakfast was value for money (great omelet and nice conversation) The two ladies in the bar were the cherry on the cake (being helpful, smiling and always taking some time for a positive communication with customers!)

I do not see a point of critics. Next time maybe. I will be back for sure!

Staff, Breakfast, Swimming pool, Location.

Booking.com made a mistake and despite I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, it booked only for 2 adults and one kid. Right after the reservation, I spotted the mistake and confirmed with the hotel, if we can come 4 and if we can have later check -in. Received an answer "approved". Unfortunately, approval concerned only later check-in what was not clear from the message. Before the arrival, I confirmed again per phone. It was agreed that we get a room for 4. But lady at the reception then made a mistake and based on original wrong information, we had a room for 3 only. One kid - 7 years old, slept with husband and me on a bed. The next day we moved to the bigger room and all was good.

We (2 adults and a 5 year old) stayed in one of their recently refurbished rooms. The room was very nice, had separate shower room and toilet, and the sofa bed was made up for our son for when we arrived (we did confirm this with them before travelling). I think some of the rooms are currently being renovated so I'm not sure if this applies to all the rooms but we were happy with ours. There's an indoor swimming pool available for all guests to use which my son loved (I recommend taking some flip flops as the changing room isn't immediately next to the pool (this isn't a problem). On the whole we enjoyed our stay and I'd happily stay there again.

Our only issue was the temperature of the room which was quite hot and a little uncomfortable during the night. We queried with the staff who said it was because we're between seasons which being spring I took to be that the hotel was still circulating hot air rather than cold air, might not be a problem at other times and the staff did provide a fan for the room which helped.

In the end this place was great. At first severely disappointed the pool and gym were out of action. We didn’t think to check the page after booking for changes so didn’t know the pool was closed but the staff and manager were very helpful and supportive. It was very clean and pretty quiet. Breakfast was well maintained. Not much for the kids to do but they are undergoing some improvement works so I appreciate that everything was upside down.

The buffet exceeded our expectations. It was more than You can try during the stay of two days. The Kids found an incredible amount of Tasty things (and they are incredibly picky). There were custom made breakfast options and plenty of healthy things. Even though it seems to be close to a Main Street, it’s always quiet there. The kids went to the pool at different times and it was never full.

The kids bed was (accidentally) not prepared on our arrival. The staff came and equipped the sofa bed soon after. Kids thought that the sofa bed was a bit on the hard side.

Clean hotel with lovely bar area . Nice pool and gym. Rooms spacious and clean Great selection for breakfast the pancakes and waffles were a hit as were the fresh omelet station

We arrived early and were told our room would be ready at 3 came back about 330 and room still not ready although we were given a different room straight away so no harm done . It is not directly on wensceslass square it’s a 5 min walk away which is uphill.

We stayed as 3 friends. The room size was okay. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. There was no shampoo. We informed them while going to breakfast, and they solved our problem immediately; we received it in our room when we returned from breakfast. The breakfast was perfect! It also includes gluten-free options.The location is not bad but It takes 20- 25 minutes to go to the old town, do not forget your most comfortable shoes!

The windows can not be opened, and the AC does not work sufficiently, so it is hard to get fresh air! The air circulation at the WC was not good. The good news is that the bathroom and WC are separated.
