The reception staff were very friendly and showed us which building our room was in. The room had everything we needed, including a small kitchen with a kettle. The room itself is quite large with very high ceilings. Part of the breakfast menu seemed to change every day, and everything was delicious. Excellent location - close to the metro and tram, and you can walk to the city center.

The furniture in the room looks old. There was no hook in the shower to hang the shower head. Hot water is apparently heated in a boiler, which is why it runs out very quickly. The view from the window was of the inner courtyard onto the hotel parking. There was no air conditioning.

At first, the girls from the reception were exceptional. Everywhere in the hotel the cleanliness is at its highest level. Very good location, close to the city center, and to P+R Kongress Centrum parking (less expensive than the other garages). Or, you have parking in the hotel optionally. This is my recommendation if you go during working days. If you go during the weekends in the 2nd next street is purple zone parking where you can park limitless for free during the weekend.Just write in maps (Klinika pediatrie a dědičných poruch metabolismu) 7,8 min walk. Breakfast also is worth having and was a classical choice of food for European hotels. Good WiFi connection, hot water, towels etc.

No Air Condition, Parking is not enough for all customers, but you can manage it as I mentioned above.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, for example helping us get into the car park and offering to carry bags. There is a charge for parking but it is so nice to have parking on site in such a central location, and the parking is fine to drive into even with a roof box on top of an MPV. There is a very nice variety of food for breakfast and new things to try each day. The location is great too - it is perfectly feasible to walk to the main tourist sites.

There is quite a lot of traffic noise in the rooms facing the road, even with all the windows closed.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's outstanding cleanliness. Every corner was neat and freshly cleaned, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with the staff being friendly, eager to assist, and always available for any inquiries. The room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to public transport, making it convenient to get around to various parts of the city. Additionally, it is close to many important attractions, such as museums, historical sites, and shopping centers. The accessibility was also excellent, both for people with mobility issues and for guests with children. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city.

Everything were perfect

The room was spacious, had a double bed and additional single bed, a small kitchen area, and separated bathroom with a shower. Location was good as I needed to attend an event in the conference centre, which was one metro station away. Metro and other public transport connections are near by, a lot of restaurants and food options, as well as waking distance to the city centre. Breakfast had all the basic necessities. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and responsive.

The BEST PART IS the the LADY called DORA..SHE IS not dobje.not barjo dobje not nogu dobre not kharasho BUT SHE IS DOBRI SUPER. She is not a genius.She is SUPER GENIUS! She is like 3 ladies in one.! For breakfast she is world champion ! I am vegetarian but she made EXTRA SURE I get vegetarian lovely salad plus Bulgarian welcome speciality and more.I had 4star hotel right across the road BETTER PRICE but I still selected this hotel.SHE IS ALSO MANAGER AT RECEPTION AND BECAUSE OF HER THIS HOTEL IS FUNCTIONING .THIS IS A RARE STAFF U DONT KNOW WHAT I AM GOING TO DO THE THE MANAGER HE DOESNT TROPLE HER SALARY!!!?THE WOMAN IS A STAR! chances are she has been my girlfriend in my previous life!

The reception staff were lovely - especially the young guy with dark hair and glasses, whose name I didn't catch. Very good value for money and a good location if you don't mind a little walk! Close to transport links and delicious restaurants and bars. Good sized room.

Shower head kept falling and water power was weak. Beds were very low to the ground and the room had a strange layout. No kettle in room. It was a bit dated and the facilities weren't great, but we still loved our stay!

I stayed for one night and was quite satisfied. The room is spacious and large, and although the furniture is older, the mattress was extremely comfortable for sleeping. Both the room and bathroom were very clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The room faces a busy street, so traffic noise is noticeable, but this is expected given the excellent location of the hotel, which is close to the city center. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a great option for those seeking good accommodation at an affordable price.

We went with friends to stay in Prague for 3 days, we wanted a hotel close to the city, and we found Brixen. It is a very nice hotel, offering simple rooms (also parking for those coming with car). There was a nice breakfast, the lobby was cool they had drinks and coffee to offer for reasonable price. Around the corner there is one restaurant which the hotel cooperates with and also an other one (called U Griffu), both are very nice. Rooms are cool, there is daily cleaning. Our room had a TV and a fridge too. Venceles square is 5 mins walk, shops (mini markets) are 1 step away. There is elevator.

It was a very nice room, very clean. I got multiple towels for just two days, and the people at the reception didn’t mind helping me when I asked something. It also wasn’t too far from the centre, and there is a metro 4-5 minutes away from the hotel.

It might be worth noting that the room is next to a relatively busy street, but I personally didn’t mind and slept right through the bit of noise that I heard in the room.
