Residence serves breakfast only to the rooms and you choose time and your meal from 4 dishes menu a day before. We were worry about how would room service look like. But we were surprised, in the good way, of the quality and amount of food delivered to our door. Really nice breakfast but if you like common open table buffet opt for no breakfast and go for brunch to any of plenty restaurants and caffes around. Room looks excellent with all new stuff. Ladies at the desk were caring and polite.Just be aware they are there obly till 17:00. Awesome building, reconstructed with decent touch. Area is pretty noisy but windows did great job(we noticed when open).

Some might find cheking-in through the web annoying. Yeah it's like you write your initials instead receptionist but that's how cookie crumbles in this era. Parking is in your duty, 20€/day (8-20) and weekends free. If you are lucky you'd find spot right opposite to front door. If not, you'll cruise little bit around and find it later. What I really hated was headboard of the bed which covered the niche with window. I'd definitelly would move the aside.

location, and cleanliness! The hotel provided everything we needed. From shampoo to dishwasher tablets, plates to pans. Everything was so clean and new. The location was so close to the National Museum and following it, the shopping street through to the old town.

I would like to have someone available 24/7 because we have checked in late -after 18:00-. We have encountered difficulties entering the premises with the access code provided. Despite ringing the bell, there was no one at the reception. The process for entry should be clearly described, or there should always be someone present. Eventually, I managed to enter the hotel, but only because I stumbled upon and activated the touch-screen to input the unique password. Otherwise, I would have been locked out for the night! :D

Location was convenient. Beside underground metro station for easy connectivity throughout the city. AC in room was good. Cosy and clean overall.

Door codes were tricky to figure out how to use, they're not user friendly but figured it out in the end. Wifi and tv wasn't working some of the time but eventually found the router to restart.

We were accommodated in the deluxe room. The size and the equipment of the room was sufficient, the design is nice, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. Check-in and accessing the apartment with the provided code was easy.

The building is located in a busy road crossing, our apt was on the 3rd floor. Despite the height, the room was quite noisy during the night: loud music from cars waiting at the red light, cars doing burnouts, noise while cars crossing the tramline and a bunch of ambulance&police. All heard with closed windows, like it would be open... unfortunately we could not sleep much.

We had an exceptional time at the Nobilis residence. The check in was easy and effortless. The room was big and spacious and the kitchen box had every appliance needed for a comfortable stay. The place is great for both short and long stays. We were on the fifth floor so we enjoyed a lot of natural daylight in the room. Even with being next to a busy road, the room was quiet and we didn’t have any problems with noise during the night. The rooms are being cleaned every two days along with coffee and other compliments restocked which was a pleasant surprise. The staff on reception are very kind and welcoming. The location of the property is great and close to the old town. Theres plenty of public transport, a lot of cafes nearby, also places to eat, pharmacy and a Tesco. A big thank you to the Nobilis residence team. If we ever find ourselves in Prague we’ll definitely book this place again!

This place definitely earns it's high rating. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine microwave & full size refrigerator with freezer, great shower with rainforest head, huge TV with streaming services (Netflix, etc), very comfortable bed and small balcony. Everything in the building looks and smells new. Check-in was very easy, the property was very responsive to inqueries and the location was great, near many restaurants but the apartment is basically soundproof. Finally, the staff was excellent. The reception is open from 8-5 and anytime I ever needed anything they were very quick to bring it to my apartment. Every member of staff with whom I interacted was friendly, attentive and professional. Nobilis clearly knows how to run this property. Well done.

Nothing, literally. I travel a lot and can usually suggest something that can be changed. They don't need to change anything.

The room was impeccably clean, fantastically located, and had friendly staff at the small reception desk. Check-in was straight-forward (after completing the check-in steps through their self-service 'Alfred' portal). The room was cleaned every 2nd day and was well appointed; plenty of towels, soap and even dishwasher tablets. The room we were in, the Presidential suite had air-conditioning, which was a blessing during highs of 33 in the midst of their Summer. Also, the water pressure was out of this world; being on the top floor we had reservations about poor water pressure but that was quelled after the first shower!

The aparthotel is located right next to a busy thoroughfare with constant traffic. The soundproofing in the room was good, but we heard a lot of emergency vehicle sirens both day and night. Trams are a popular mode of transport, so there are also tram lines right next to the building, which makes a fair bit of noise when traffic drives over them. Apart from that, the place was fantastic.

A wonderful way to experience the city. The rooms are perfectly equipped, the bathroom is exquisite and the beds felt like you are sleeping on clouds.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay

It was brand new building..spotless ..staff were amazing and friendly and lots to do in the area..transport close by..all night shops open right by the hotel..staff provide tea coffee and milk sugar ect free..only problem I found pillow was really hard..but I never asked was there any other pillow s so can't complain..I'd definitely stay again..taxi into Prague centre is around £5 from the hotel..

Just my pillow was very hard I struggled to sleep but I should have enquired if they had any softer ones but my partner was fine. But compared to everything else it was nothing to complain about.

The hotel and apartment are new, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Online check-in and online payment were very fast and comfortable. The hotel and apartment are opened with a code, which is very convenient. On the day of check-in, I received not only the code, but also a video instruction on how to enter the code (in general, everything is clear even without a video instruction). In the photos, the pillows seemed very large to me, and I asked to replace them with smaller pillows. When I arrived, comfortable small pillows were already waiting for me. It is very convenient that the curtains are blackout, you can sleep until 8 am and the sun does not shine in your eyes. When I arrived around six in the evening, the staff was no longer there. But I ordered breakfast by phone and it was brought to my room at 9.00, as I asked.
