Amazing interior of the building and the apartments themselves. Despite being on a main road it was relatively quiet, beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Check-in was flawless and the contact through whatsapp worked out without any problems. Location about 30min on foot from the center. Loads of options for food and drinks in the neighborhood.

Loads of people complained about the cleanliness of the rooms like the dusty shelves. I agree that its not too much of a big deal but on the other hand it would be nice if the complains would be taken seriously. We found the wardrobe in the crystal suite very dusty and had to clean it ourselves in order to put our clothes inside.

My stay was wonderful! Location is perfect. It's super easy to travel to different parts of the city from this place. Many destinations and services are within walking distance. Public transportation options nearby are great. The central station of Prague where the trains to other countries leave from is also situated near the hotel. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is really spacious! The room where I stayed was facing the courtyard (not the busy road) so there wasn't any noises from traffic at all which was great! It's a quiet place in a central location. The staff kindly answered to all of my questions before my arrival which was very helpful. The check in process was easy!

I woke up at nights to the other hotel guests' loud noise in the hallway. It sounded like they continued their party in the hallway. People stayed in the hallway for a long time before going into their rooms. I understand that it is not the hotel's fault but it was unfortunate for me since everything else during my stay went so smoothly and conveniently except for this experience!

Greatly appreciated the self check in - we arrived after 11pm due to a delayed train so it was nice to not have to stress about check in times. Process was easy, simple and efficient. Room was clean on arrival, tea and coffee supplied with mini fridge. Room was large, as was bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Aircon was very efficient. Location was very good between new and old town.

Lots of doors in the building and many of them are very heavy thus easy to slam so you can hear them closing/slamming quite clearly when other people come and go.

The location was excellent.. close to I P pavlova metro and trams stations. Excellent transport links . Contacless check-in was very good. I did not need o contact the reception at all. The room was spacious and clean with tea coffee facility. Good spund proofing. There was silght sound of trams moving but not annoying. Nice spacious bathroom. TV was smart tv with access to streaming and YouTube.

The wardrobe did not have space to keep cloths ( extra pillows and linen has taken most of the spaces). TV remote battery was low, and use was a struggle. Milk was not available. Lack of safe box was a negative. There was no contact number /phone to speak to housekeeping. Adding an iorn would add value Once the negatives are addressed, the property would have a superb rating.

Clean and stylish room with older style paintings and antique furniture, soothing decor and ambiance, enjoyable balcony. Sizable bathroom, in room water kettle and glassware, small fridge, and microwave. Helpful and responsive staff via chat through booking site. Away from the crowds in the old town.

Not having control over the heater (staff did immediately adjust for us whenever we messaged them), not having (any) comfortable small sofa chair. One small sofa chair would make it even better. There was one wooden chair in the room and two metal ones on the balcony (which was better than nothing)

Old high ceiling buulding, completely and nicely renovated. Comfortable big bed and big room. Excellent response from staff. Team is next door and yet it was so peaceful and quiet in the room. Close to many attractions and restaurants everywhere.

Parking is not free and not in the property, but this is the case in all of Prague. Still, the staff helped us located a very close parking and even gave us a special discount for some of the parkings.

The apartment at Residence Jecna was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, and everything we needed was provided in the room, from kitchen essentials to toiletries. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. The location was also excellent for exploring Prague.

There was nothing we didn’t like — everything met or exceeded our expectations.

It was an absolutely great hotel! Such a great deal and definitely worth the price! Close to the centre we were mainly walking to each of the destinations because of the proximity to everything and its close to a tram stop! 100% recommend everything was 10/10! I would definitely book it again if i am to visit Prague!

That was really perfect weekend in Prague. Small shops and restaurants nearby. Very good localization of the apartment just a few steps from tram stop and metro station so 24h we can reach all the city. According to apartment description there should be an iron. During weekends there was no apartment service but when wrote message that we can't find it in the room and we need it. In 10 min someone fast deliver it to our room. Good quiet balcony.

Please note. 20 square meters is a llitle small for more than weekend time. Expetialy if someone plan to spend more day time in. We just not so long sleep there so was good in augh!

The BEST shower we have ever had. The bed and pillows were fantastic. The staff was great with communication and responsive. The location was perfect for our 40 night stay. We found good and affordable places to eat and everything was in walking distance. We would come back a thousand times.

We wish the couch was better. It was not very comfortable. Also the wooden chair seemed like it would not sustain prolonged sitting.
