Honestly, this is the best deal you'll find in Prague city center. Our car was safely parked inside the building (elevator parking) for a good price. All the staff members we talked to were professional and very nice people. We had surprisingly the best sleep! Even though the hotel is only 5 min walk from Wenceslas Square, the room is perfectly quiet. Blackout curtains and comfortable mattress make you sleep like a baby. Lastly, the breakfast offered generous and tasty options for everyone. I'm very happy we chose this hotel.

This hotel is located in the heart of Prague and you can reach the city center easily on foot. And you also have many public transportation options next to the hotel which makes the planning of the trip even easiert. Not only the staff is very very helpful, the hotel is very very quiet and gives you really nice resting environment. After visiting the extremely noisy Rome, i really really appreciate that this kind of hotel exists.

Location, absolutely silent room (309), good open wifi, comfy beds, reasonably good breakfast and fantasticly helpful staff (they let us stay in the conference room for free working on Monday the entire day after we had already checked out)

The shower pressure was poor. (I think only in our room 309)

It was a clean, warm and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. Every day the towels were changed and the room was cleaned. In the bathroom there were shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and if you needed more bathroom products or slippers, you could ask at the reception. The hotel was relatively close to the city center, a 20-minute walk.

Breakfast was the same every day. From my point of view, it can be much improved because it wasn't very varied and if you arrive at the end of the interval in which you can serve the breakfast, you may not find many things to eat.

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Prague. Our suite was 2-room, with 2 twin and 1 queen bed. All was clean. The mattress was firm and nice to sleep on. We liked that toilet and bathroom were separate so all of us were able to get ready quick in the morning. The shower had a good water pressure. There was a coffee maker in the room and some coffee pods and tea bags. We were able to borrow iron from the reception. The hotel staff was excellent, great customer service, they happily answered all our questions, and pointed us to the main sights through a nice walk via New Town. The hotel was close to fast food, restaurants, and supermarket. The tram (22, 23 and a few others) and metro (C line) were just 5 -10 minutes walk. For Old Town sights we walked and were at Old Town Square in about 30 minutes. We asked the hotel to call us a car service for the airport and the driver came on time, was efficient and drove us safely to our destination. The breakfast was rich and with plenty choices, we liked the mini-criossants, cold cuts, pastries, tea and juice the most, but the fresh fruit and vegies were also appreciated. The hotel was on a quiet side street. We will stay agian when we are in Prague and would recommend the hotel to friends, family and all.

There wasn't really anything which we could say that we did not like. Maybe one thing which would be great, would be a second waste basket in the twin room (there was only one in the queen room), but that is just a small thing. As mentioned hotel was great.

Lovely staff, couldn't have been more helpful. Facilities whilst not high-end, are priced accordingly and were perfect to suit our needs. The hotel is around 20 mins walk from the main attractions but this didn't bother us at all (and Uber is very reasonable locally too). Breakfast was varied and pleasant - coffee could've been better but everything else on offer was great. I'd happily stay here again.

None of the rooms seemed to have a bath, all just showers (we were part of a large group with 5 - 6 rooms between us). Not a huge deal usually but we were in town for marathon weekend so a post-run soak would've been nice. Not a huge issue though 🙂

Early checkin was much appreciated after a long trip. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions and transport advice. Loved the great variety of buffet breakfast options - cereals, cold cuts, hot food, pastries, juices. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet and spacious and accessible by wide stairs or lift. The little touches like the jugs of water and lolly tray in the reception area were a nice welcome after a long day of sightseeing. Transport to train station was organised for us which was great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the fantastic hospitality.

Light a bit dim in bathroom made it difficult to use the makeup mirror

Staff was great - very friendly and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good. Breakfast service was excellent - lots of delicious choices and attentive staff, and there is even a cappuccino maker available.

My only complaint about this hotel is that the lighting is not great for a woman traveling alone. The entrance to the lobby is not well-lit at all in the evening - it's hard to find. And there are motion-detector lights in the hallways. My room was at the end of the third floor and I was walking into a pitch dark hallway at night until the motion detector turned the lights on, which took a minute or so. My husband was not with me on this trip and it made me a bit nervous to be walking around in the dark.

We liked the big rooms (we had the family suite which is like 2 big adjacent rooms with a common hall entrance), the courtesy of the staff. The breakfast is rich with a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. We had a coffee machine in our room, and the staff refilled it after we asked. It's located about 15-20 minutes walking from main attractions, and there is also public transportation around (metro, tram).

In the entrance to the breakfast dining room there is a small slope on the floor carpet. People can fall if they don't notice it (happened to us a few times). I recommend the hotel staff to mark it with some white/yellow color and a warning sign. Several times the internet connection broke temporarily.

Staff from reception was very friendly and welcoming. Location is very good close to center but in a quiet street. Room spacious and comfortable.

Just the problem with the cleaning which wasn't done properly (the vaccum was never used and for toilet paper you had to ask because they did not even check if hou had any remaining) and one day we found the door had not been locked probably someone from staff left it open because we always checked for the door to be closed. This was unpleasant as anyone could have gotten in. So the cleaning staff should be more careful with cleaning and locking doors. Otherwise the hotel is great
