Staff were wonderful, especially Wendy. Nice breakfast selection and hours of availability each morning. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Excellent location in walking distance to Old Town, many restaurants, museum, etc.

We had to leave the windows open to keep the room cool enough at night, but that really brought in a fair amount of noise from loud people that often continued until late into the night. However, noise comes with being in a convenient area in town. Fans or air conditioning so we could have left the windows closed at night would have been lovely.

This hotel is very quiet, comfortable, and of good value. It is conveniently located for access to the central railway station (one stop on subway line C) and near the tramway stop Stepanska to Prague Castle and Strahov (lines 22/23). Our room was spacious and did have a kettle for coffee and tea (contrary to some reviews). The breakfast buffet is excellent.

The street in front of the hotel is quiet but otherwise unattractive. The elevator is cramped and not recommended for claustrophobic people.

Lovely hotel, Staff were amazing, very friendly and had great local knowledge about the area. The daily breakfast spread was a nice bonus. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows Very walkable distance or short tram ride into the old Town Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

Room was very small with very little space for big bags (but you get what you pay for of course!) No kettle to make hot drinks in the room and as far as we were aware there wasn't anywhere to get any The hot breakfast food was often cold because of the trays its served in. But the spread was excellent!

The hotel was very clean , well lit and good temperature, The recreation staff where very social and had excellent customer service , The staff at breakfast were very efficient kept the food was lovely and well stocked, tables clean and breakfast dishes removed straight away, Breakfast staff didn't acknowledge us when we walked into the dinning room. The room was lovely, modern decoration The bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily, The shower was amazing. The hotel was central the amenities and attractions

The staff were AMAZING. They were kind, welcoming and helpful. They helped us arrange travel short notice and the driver was lovely and welcoming too. The hotel was in a great location, the perfect distance from the tourist sight seeing specials to still explore and really soak in the beauty of Prague. The breakfast had a wide range of options from sausages and potato, to fruit and cereals, even pastries. It offered fresh juice and hot drinks and even sweet treats. There is an elevator between floors too. This hotel is just incredible value for money, we are so happy we chose here for our visit.

If we was being very picky and had to write something, we would say for any other travellers on a budget I would recommend the Bolt app for best taxi prices. But I understand the reason for the higher cost (3x more) and it meant our driver met us in the arrival with a name which made it very stress-free. It’s pure personal preference. And again, I cannot stress enough that our driver was AMAZING.

Hoteli ishte i pozicionuar ne nje rruge te qete dhe lehtesisht te aksesueshme. Maksimumi 10 minuta nga zona e populluar dhe turistike e Prages, transport publik mund te arrije per 5-10 minuta. Dhoma ishte e bollshme dhe pastrohej shume mire cdo dite. Mengjesi kishte mundesi zgjedhje dhe orari i mengjesit ishte der ne oren 11:00 gje qe e bente shume relakuese te gjithe eksperiencen ne hotel. Check in dhe check out behej shume shpejt. Do te riktheheshim serish :)

Frigoriferi i dhomes nuk kishte asnje shishe uji. Ashensori ishte shume i vogel dhe i avashte, ka nevoje per rinovim.

The location was excellent. Close to transport, bars, and restaurants (walking distance). The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the high ceilings . The shower was fantastic. Breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold food options. I was impressed. Beds were very comfortable and with the added bonus of 2 duvets, so you don't need to share!

The room didn't have any tea/Coffee making facilities, which was disappointing as my family members in another room had these. Also, the shower gel dispenser was empty during our stay and wasn't topped up. It was particularly warm at night, so we had the windows open, and it was very noisy on the street below.

The breakfast was adequate, with a variety of choices in abundant quantities. Also, the breakfast room was very clean and was being cleaned continuously during breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Many congratulations to the cleaning team, excellent work! The location is very convenient. The street is quiet.

The room was way too hot. I appreciate heating in winter of course, but that was too much. And there is no way to regulate the room's temperature yourself. The street looks... shady, due to the presence of a lot of, ehmmmm... how do I say this... "sensual" establishments. However, we did not feel unsafe.

The location is spectacular, just 2 i¡minute walk away from the Muzeum metro station and the beginning of Prague's downtown. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was acceptable, nothing crazy. The mian highlight for me was the price to value ratio, it was definitely a steal, compared to other available options. The room also had AC.

Due to being in the citycenter and crammed between buildings, I got a room that had no windows, but the AC was good enough. It was expected, as I paid very little for this room.

The breakfast was just amazing with so many options. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they all could speak english and communicate in a great way, specially the lady at the reception with dark hair wearing glasses. The room was very spacious, almost like an entire apartment, with central heating, confortable beds and duvets, a small TV room, and a great bathroom! Not to mention the small details as the fact they left some sweeties for us over the pillows on the check-in day. The location even not being at the historical centre (which is just 10 minutes walking distance), is at commercial centre, with so many options of restaurants, bars, coffeshops around, theatres and operas around!

Everything was very pleasent.
