Great Location, Very good breakfast. Luggage storage facility. Clean premises, friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful.

Reception was only available until 7.00pm and if you need to check in after that then you need to go to their sister hotel that is just round the corner.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Lovely breakfast with a variety in the buffet. 20 minutes walk from the centre. 3 minutes walk public transport (metro, bus, tram) Choice of restaurant within 3-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

They do not actually support prepayment by card as they don't have the necessary payment security. They make no effort and say the fault is on the card/bank. I tried with 3 different banks and they all say the same, lack of security of the payment method from the provider. I had to pay an extra 10% to be able to pay at reception at time of stay. Beside hospital/ambulance service so quite noisy during the night - not much the hotel can do, they have proper windows and offer ear plugs, our room was also at top level that is less noisy.

I was concerned about other reviews criticising the noise in the rooms or the shower being unable to be used without creating a swimming pool in the floor but they were totally inaccurate. The room was incredibly silent, like one of the most silent ones I had in my life. Bed is large and super comfy. The room in general was really large and comfortable. I liked the breakfast variety as it was one of the factors to pick this hotel from others.

Wifi did not work in the room for the two days we stayed, so we had to go to the lobby any time we wanted to download something. Reception person said it would have a look into it, but you know this usually means 'I would pretend I do something' and as expected, nothing changed.

That I cannot pay directly by booking and my trip was a business trip and RRHH make the reservation, I had to pay there with my card instead of the one in booking page, maybe it's policy but come on, we have technology, use it. I travel very often and this is the only place with this kind of requirements. No water bottles or coffees at the rooms.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent breakfast.

One price is written at Booking and at the reception desk when you have to pay they tell you that same price in euro, but it was about 25€ plus when you pay by card (probably because of the course euro) and they give you the bill in czech crown which is ok. I just think that it would be better to write the price in czech crown so you can convert approximately the price in euro just to avoid surprises. And there is a mini fridge in the room, but seems like it doesn't work because it doesn't freeze. And when we told it to the lady at the reception desk, she said - Oh we don't have rooms with fridge, if it's there, it's just like that.

Good location, very close to Wenceslas Square and main station. We did not have to use public transportation at all to explore all the sightseen. The room was clean, had fridge and air conditioning, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had sufficient variety and the food was good. There was always what to choose.

No way to stop an auto close to the hotel to bring the luggage, parking place suggested was 300+m from the hotel and extremely expensive. Unfortunately we had not found other reasonable options to park in this area and had to pay 52 euro for 2 nights. The street where the hotel is located is pretty noisy, but they provide earplugs for sensitive guests.

Excellent value for money. A comfortable hotel with very reasonable prices in the downtown area. The room was comfortable and spacious, the breakfast more than generous and delicious. The hotel has no parking of its own, but there is a sister hotel just around the corner where parking is available at a reasonable rate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reception is closed between 7pm and 7am, but again, the sister hotel has a 24/7 reception, and they are happy to help. The hotel is just around the corner from the magnificent Natural History Museum, which is a great plus.

Staff was fantastic. We arrived on the second day of Christmas and we were a bit lost. Rashid at the reception desk looked after us and help us to arrange parking and gave us lots of useful information on how to get around in Prague. We felt looked after all the time. Location is great. A short walking distance from Vaclav's Square, yet still off the beaten track. A few good restaurants nearby. We recommend Deminka (Czech food, great beer, very busy at dinner time - recommend reservation). Very close to the 22 tram (goes through Old Town to Hradczany), and metro station. Nice breakfast in the morning.

We had a room on top floor and it was too warm. We could not cool it down, as the aircon seem only to generate heat. We needed to sleep with the windows open, and the street is rather noisy. Maybe other rooms don't have this problem. Also, there was no kettle in the room, so no late night teas.

Pavlova metro stations are nearby), couple of trams, and couple of attractions If you instal Moovit app or something similar, you can really get anywhere in the city in 20-30 minutes max with public transport. You can buy tickets online or at the metro stations which are valid for 30 minutes, 24h or 48h. Bus, tram and metro - all included.

1. Noisy location (hence the earplugs) As for the noise, when all the doors and windows are closed you barely hear anything from the outside. Or if you go mental from street noise - request a room that's not facing the street. 2. No nearby parking If you are travelling by car, for the parking, I recommend investigating P+R places. We used Holešovice (24h is around 5 euros), but there are a couple more in the city.
