Awesome cozy quiet place to sleep! Nice big bathroom with hot shower. Stove and small fridge. Excellent location: restaurants, walk to Old Town Square, etc. Are very well!

A little smaller than I thought. Hard to contact the receptionist when you can’t make calls abroad on your Canadian phone. BUT easy to reach on WhatsApp.

Cosy, modern rooms. Kitchen amenities good but mini fridge very small. Smart tv and aircon worked very well. Location is by a busy main road but the two sets of windows about 20cm apart, with one set being double glazed, did effectively blocked out most noise, we slept very well without having to use the earplugs provided. We needed more coffee pod and tea bangs which were provided when we asked at the reception which has one staff between 10am-3pm. Self check-in straightforward.

There was a smell upon entering the room, somewhat like a stale spice cupboard, didn’t notice the smell after a minute but quite strong on first enter. Would have preferred a location closer to the centre of old town.

The “contactless reception” implies no personal contact with a host. One checks in (and can pay by card) at a terminal by providing passport numbers, visas etc., whereafter the plastic room passes are produced by a machine. There is a telephone number to call for advice during working hours. Check-in before arrival is possible (and may be advisable), but Booking.com removed the link sent by Zeitraum. The terminal check-in did not work for us, an unknown error was repeatedly returned. Fortunately there happened to be a physical person in the office, who knew how to make the system work. The problem may have been due to a poor interface between the Booking.com and Zeitraum automated IT systems.

The location is excellent—very close to the trams and within walking distance of an underground station. The rooms are modern and seem to have been recently renovated. There's a microwave, plates, and everything you need for a short stay. It looks just like the photos.

The air conditioner wasn’t working when I arrived, and I had to call several times before it was finally fixed. The remote control also didn’t work, but they eventually replaced it. I ended up losing an hour or two waiting for them to sort things out. These issues should really be checked before handing over the room. Communicating in English was a bit challenging, as not all staff members spoke the language well.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, in the city center. The room was clean, comfy and well-equipped. There was everything that I needed: enough towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, strong wi-fi signal.

There was no bottled water in the room. It would have been nice to have it there.

Very good helpful staff. You always can count on them. You can just call and they will explain everything. Very helpful. Clean. Everything needed were. Calm and cozy.

Firstly it was hard to figure out how electricity works. Had small problem with a refrigerator. When I lived my apartment I was taking the card with me. So, when I was not in my apartment, the refrigerator didn't work. It wasn't good for food there and also There was melted water when I came back. It wasn't a big problem for me, so I didn't bother to find out why and call support, although I probably should have.

The location was great, very easy to find and the apartment itself was very nice, modern, very clean, warm and comfortable. It was overall amazing and also peaceful and close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, museums, tram, metro and historical city centre.

I just find the self check in a lobby over the computer unnecessary, as I did it online and then I basically still had to do it after the arrival.. and I came late and tired and it was frustrating as it didn’t want to scan my passport. Also u would love to have more cups/glasses in the apartment and more shelves in the bathroom.

A nice and modern apartment in the heart of the city. The studio apartment is luminous with high ceilings, and an efficient heating system. It comes with good sound proof windows and walls. Complimentary coffee and tea is also included.

Someone from the staff opened the door of my apartment without knocking nor saying anything, and without apologizing. Check-in at the reception could be a bit faster. On the second day, l requested by written message a cleaning of the apartment for the day after, as stated in their policies, which has been confirmed. However, the day after, the cleaning has unfortunately not been made, but instead, they delivered only new towels…

The location is wonderful. Walking distance to all major attractions. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The Espresso was a nice touch. It was very cold on the night we arrived. The next morning I tried asking a staff member (via google translate as she spoke no English) how to turn on the heat. She gave us a radiator as the heat was already on maximum..

On the second morning we were woken up by the sound of pounding and drilling which started early in the morning. When tried to ask the same nice staff member from the previous day what the racket is about she just referred me to the reception. Only, the reception is open between 11:00-15:00 (when most tourists are out), so there was actually no one to talk to.
