The staff were smiling and welcoming. Room even better as we were upgraded. What's more, the price and breakfast included are very affordable. The location was ideal.

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They replied to every message I received before arrival and arranged for us to be transported to our accommodation. The accommodation is in a great location close to all attractions. There is no need for public transport because you can walk through everything. We also had a large balcony with a very nice view of the city. I recommend this accommodation to everyone and I will be happy to come back here if I come to Prague again.

We like the breakfast, the room it was comfortable and the location it was wonderful. If I had a chose , I would have chosen the toilet with a shower cabin and not a separate one.

We booked this hotel as we had a conference in Prague. The location was a high priority for us and so was the price. We didn't have high expectations based on other reviews but were pleasantly surprised. The hotel turned out to be a great choice, with a nice and spacious room, a simple yet lovely breakfast and friendly staff. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't have any problem. If you are looking for a fancy hotel, a diverse breakfast or something extra, this isn't the hotel for you. But if you want a nice place to stay at a great location, this hotel is fantastic.

We had a few points of feedback that can help you decide if this hotel is for you: If you have any noise sensitivity, this hotel might be an issue. The walls don't isolate sound, not from your neighbors in the nearby rooms and not from the street. Personally we have no issue with some noise so that wasn't a cause of complaint. The hotel doesn't offer room service unless you explicitly ask for it. We stayed for 5 nights and unless we asked, no one cleaned our room, changed towels or even toilet paper. But if you tell them, they will do so. As coffee drinkers, we enjoyed the instant coffee in the room much more than the coffee at breakfast, which was below average. So our tip to the hotel is - upgrade your beans and machine.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to access many attractions in the main city center. Public transport is also close. You can easily walk to various shops, restaurants, and attractions. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was very good, especaiall the crepes. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making our stay pleasant. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it comfortable even for longer stays. The TV had only YouTube, but the room included a refrigerator, mini bar service, hair dryer, kettle, towels, glasses, and cups. The bathroom was spotless, with hot water readily available, and the room remained warm throughout our stay. The internet connection was decent. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Free water, coffee, and tea were available at the reception, which operates 24/7. The hotel's location is fantastic—many attractions are within walking distance, public transportation is just a five-minute walk away, and the train station is about ten minutes on foot. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. While not everything was perfect, the thoughtful and aesthetically pleasing décor added to the overall experience. A personal message from the management in the room was a nice touch. Given the quality of service and amenities, the hotel is well worth its price.

There was only one thing I didn't like. The reception had a very strong room scent. I understand that a pleasant smell is important in hotels, but I think it doesn't need to be so overpowering. One morning, I went down to the reception early for a meeting to avoid waking my husband. Despite staying for only 15 minutes, the smell lingered on my clothes. This is an important issue for people like me who have migraines and a sensitivity to scents. That would be great if you could reduce it.

Wonderful location, staff was super accommodating and kind. The breakfast each morning was lovely and such a treat. Our room bed was comfortable, the room was nicely appointed. The TV was a smart tv, which I like as I prefer to use our streaming services when traveling.

The room was updated and lovely, but I was not a fan of the bathroom, especially the shower situation. It’s very European, so it was not something to complain about. Just know that you may want to consider.

Excellent location in a quiet side street, 15 walking distance from Prague Main Train Station and an easy 5 mins from bustling Václavské náměstí (Wenceslas Sq) undergoing huge works atm for a new tramline. Muzeum metro station also convenient for a quick trip to the city centre (TIP: buy a 24hr transport ticket at self service machines @ 120 CZH - a bargain £4 or 4.80 Euros). I had a single en-suite room on the 3rd floor - nice and clean - with a desk, kettle, wardrobe, TV. Walls are quite thin, so beware *noisy fellow travelers. I had the giggling neighbour from hell :) Excellent breakfast, hot and cold choices, fresh juices and a káva machine (excellent Cappuccino to set off my day). Room is quite small, so be prepared to wait or share a table with others at busier times. All in all, an excellent budget choice in Praha.

The location was excellent and it was a walking distance to other attractions. We initially got a small room but when we spoke to Stanislov at the reception he managed to sort out a bigger room. Although we had to change rooms, it was not a hassle Breakfast was very good. The staff at the reception (Stanislaw, Ihor and Moustafa) were very helpful and always ready to help.

The room that we saw on Booking.com was bigger but when we arrived at the hotel we were given a smaller room. However, after speaking to the receptionist we were immediately moved to a bigger room. In the room, 4 bottles of sparking water were provided but I think it will be useful to have still water.

The breakfast was excellent. It's a good location. The bed was fantastic and the room was a very good size. Frigobar, receptionist 24 hours and luggage storage are very helpful facilities.

My the bathroom was "dark" because of the light. The shower without a curtain was annoying cause we wet all the bathroom. The position of the tap was annoying too. Many times i turn off the shower by accident. The space in breakfast room is a little small to transit considering all the rooms.
