I stayed at Prague Dream Hostel twice, both for one-night stays. The only reason I didn't stay there for longer is that I didn't book in time and they ran out of rooms. I ended up staying at another party hostel which I don't like and wish I had booked my room here earlier.

No complaints

I stayed at the hostel in the period before Easter 2025. One of the advantages of the hostel is its location, as it took about 7-10 minutes to get there from the train station. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff. I was also very pleased with the opportunity to buy breakfast at the hostel, as it was much more profitable to have breakfast at the hostel than to go somewhere for breakfast in Prague. Special thanks to you for organizing social events, especially Liz. On my first day of stay, I went to Uno night, where I was able to win not only a free drink, but also had a great time talking to new people. I am especially grateful for the quiz night - I haven't had such fun for a long time, and now I have friends from different continents. Thanks to the hostel for the warm welcome! I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She gave me lots of recommendations and helped me with everything I needed. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to make your own meals and it was handy they served breakfast in the mornings to get you started on the day. I stayed in the female dorm with an en suite bathroom and it was very cozy and clean. The bed was comfy and having our own light with plugs was great. I really loved that they had curtains for privacy. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. With being in a very popular area, the street felt safe at night and the noise of the cars, clubs, and people were not heard from the rooms. I also recommend the free walking tours and the national museum!!

Nothing was a happy

Room was nice and quiet. Even though I had my bed near to the door, I’ve rarely woken up during night. There was no shelf in the room, however space between materace and the wall was sufficient. Big plus for the curtains. Downstairs there is a cozy lounge- it was surprisingly quiet, so I could chill out a little in there. There were also two guitars, which probably can be used (I’ve noticed only one guy who was playing :) Nearby there is a kitchen - big plus for the baskets and clear instructions for the marking food! Especially „Eat Me” :) Location of the hostel was excellent and was so easy to reach different city parts by walking. From the station nearby there is a direct bus to the airport. Also there is Rossmann, Primark, KFC and Starbucks nearby. Check in and check out was also easy - it is possible to fill out online check in form before arrival (hostel sends a link). You can also buy a padlock in the reception.

When the female room was fully booked, actually bathroom got more dirty with hair - so sweeping brush would be helpful.

It was in a great location - easy walk from the train station and easy access to the old town and Charles bridge. The property was really welcoming - the staff were so friendly and always smiling. We needed to do laundry and got two loads done quickly in very efficient washers and dryers. Was good that we could control the heating in the room as we like to sleep in a more cool temp. The Christmas decorations were a fun touch!

In the family room, the top bunk didn’t have safety rails. With one staff at the front desk - there was a long wait time when I needed to ask a question but they were really friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at Prague Dream Hostel. The room I stayed in had 3 double-bunks and although it had a narrow walkway (not much luggage storage room), it was clean and had good vibes. They have paid lockers as well as a luggage storage room on the bottom floor. The front desk is open 24/7 and there is a kitchen area. The surrounding location is quite nice. Overall I really prefer this hostel to another party hostel I've stayed at in the city which although is regularly cleaned, has grimy vibes and the bathroom is often understocked. This wasn't a problem at Prague Dream Hostel - the inside of the building looked new, everything was really clean, well stocked, and it had nice vibes. Not trying to complain but simply commenting that not all hostels of similar value are equal.

I can't think of any complaints about this hostel, although I found the breakfast expensive for the quality.

Feels like home, staff were friendly and helpful. Anyone staying in female rooms were super quiet and respectful, I had my earplugs but free earplugs at the receptions were the best one yet, I fall asleep even shared room. Bed was so comfortable and set up hygiene when I check in:)

I thought my room was only female so the toilet and shower in the same block shared with 3 different room in the same floor, there were males use in same toilet and shower. There was no issue but I just didn’t realised it’s common used with men and some of women were wearing underwear in the shower room so they also might haven’t noticed. It’s better to notice with some sign in toilet/shower or explained in reception would help!

The Hostel is conveniently located within good walking distance to old town and the main train and bus station. I only spent one night but I saw they have an activity for each day. I liked that the showers were individual with a little area where you can get changed without fear of others walking in, unlike other Hostel. The shower was well ventilated again something that is not a give in every hostel.

There was no AC so the room got very hot. They provide a fan which helped a little, but it would have been better if the fan was mounted high on the wall and swung. We made do but it got hot.

Hostel had everything you could need and more. The beds are super comfy and I loved the long shelf down the side of the bed, the hooks, light and charging area inside the bed and the black out curtains

Nothing really, I did find it further away from the old town than I'd have liked, as that was the area I loved the most, I would have preferred to stay closer to that area but that's on me for not looking more into it. I just went off the excellent location reviews on this site. However it is still walking distance and it's close to 2 metro stations and tram stops so it was all good.

The hostel for the price is worth it. The room and bathrooms were clean, and the hostel was very nice. There is also a kitchen and common room on the ground floor which was a cherry on top.

There are two main negatives with this: - Public transport is a bit far away. It was about 10 minutes walk for metro/bus and also the train if you're looking to do some day trips. - The WiFi in the evenings becomes very slow, probably because of the number of people connected to it. I had to use my mobile data in the evenings because opening Google was also a struggle.
