Clean room, got all the needed conveniences, heplful staff

Sound isolation is quite poor, could hear other guests and cleaning crews

I liked the tv as me and my girlfriend could watch Vlogmas at night time

People having loud sex down the hallway. They tried to hide the noise by music but didnt work. You need to a stadium of 80,000 football fans to cover that moan up.

The location is amazing. You can visit anything from here, it's really close to a lot of interesting things in town. The staff is really friendly and ready to help. We had breakfast at the hotel, and the food was superb. Everything was fresh and tasty, 11/10.

The waiters at the restaurant attached to the hotel were a little unaware, it would seem. Unaware of people sitting outside, or inside, so you'd have to find them from time to time.. but they were always friendly and got you the drink or the bill that you asked for, promptly.

Location was great. Hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. Likewise the ‘hotel attached’ cocktail bar and restaurant was excellent, with staff being very friendly and attentive. Buffet breakfast was also in the restaurant and had a great choice of food. Hotel has an interesting history and has the Cold War museum in the basement floors.

Lift (Elevator) could do with a refurbishment.

We stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, right at the heart of the Christmas market, which added to the festive atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. The hotel also features a great restaurant where we enjoyed excellent breakfasts in the morning and a cozy bar-like atmosphere in the evening. A perfect choice for a holiday getaway!

The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, which we appreciated during our stay. However, the interiors are a bit dated and show signs of wear and tear. A modern update and some renovations would make the experience even better. Despite this, we had an enjoyable stay overall.

it was located directly in the center. There was a Valet parking and the service was really really overwhelming.

i can’t really think of anything it would be like looking for a hair in a soup. Wouldn’t be fair saying something bad about this stay.

My 93 year old mother and I spent 3 night at Jalta and it was a very enjoyable experience. The hotel has an elevator which made it so easy to go in and out of the hotel. We arrived by car and immediately the attendant met us and took our luggage and escorted us into the hotel. We were met by a very friendly staff who were all multilingual. The manager, Jan explained the features of the hotel and helped us get bus tickets for the bus tour of Prague. The breakfast included in the price was exceptional, always fresh and attractively presented. The hotel is situated within walking distance to many points of interest. Prague is an amazing city and Jalta will be our choice in the future.

The hotel has a small foyer with limited seating. Did not enjoy the disco music while we were having a cocktail in the evening.

The location was great, right in the center. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, the staff polite and professional, the breakfast ok.

WiFi was a bit weak and not reliable, but it was not a big deal.
