Location and the staff very professional and helpful

It's bit dated now the furniture in the rooms

I stayed in room 517 of your hotel between 23-26 January. But unfortunately, I cannot say that my stay was comfortable. First of all, our room was extremely cold. Although the heating system was said to be working, it was not blowing hot air. On the other hand, your receptionist, Aneta, to whom we conveyed this situation, upset us with her extremely rude, arrogant attitudes. She was so far and unwilling to solve the problem. She should have offered us a new room. But it didn’t happen.Instead she said ‘I’m just receptionist not a mecanicien’. She should definitely not be working in the tourism sector, where hospitality and friendliness are the most important elements. On the other hand, big thanks to Mrs. Daniela for her constructive attitude.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Prague City Center, and what truly made it special was the exceptional service from Daniela. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs attentively and proactively—she is truly a star! A big shoutout as well to Nikolai, who was very helpful. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right in the heart of a vibrant central area, making it easy to explore all the best spots in the city. Everything is within reach, from historical sites to great dining options. Overall, a great experience, thanks to the amazing staff and prime location! Would definitely recommend.

The only minor downside was the lack of a plug near the bed in my room. If you need to charge your gadgets and prefer easy access, this might be a little inconvenient.

1) location was good for transport, between 2 metro stations and near trams 2) I was able to check in early 3) everything was very clean when I arrived 4) despite its busy location, the room was extremely quiet, even with the window open (4th floor, away from square) 5) I was able to store my luggage between check-out and my flight, without charge

1) there was no water when I arrived 2) I had to wait a few hours for the water, to clean up after flight and before going out 3) the wi-fi signal was rather weak late at night (half strength) 4) the room was a good size, but the layout was awkward, putting the edge of the bed too close to the fixed furniture (desk, fridge, luggage bench) — see the photo I included

Well, location is very good. Middle of the city.

Breakfast was ok in general, unfortunately bread was really bad. I mean really. Location has some bad implication, too. Noise in the night (groups of screaming drunkards), construction noise during day. Also, I did not feel exactly safe outside after 10 p.m. The room itself was standard hotel room. I expected a bit more from Ramada.

Nice hotel with interesting floor plan and easy to locate. Attentive reception and a clean well presented room with nice linen made for a nice stay. From reception you need to take the lift to the restaurant level and then walk down the hall for the lift to the rooms. Comfortably sized room with a small foyer for coats and luggage and good wifi. For the standard and the location it was fair value.

The location is wonderful. Lots of shops and a great view of the Wenceslas square, unfortunately, the square is under construction so you can’t really enjoy it at this time. Bring close to good connections is really valuable though.

The rooms could be better with a remodel, the furniture looks really old and carpet is not dirty but it looks like it due to many years of use. I wish we knew we will be staying right in front a construction zone, it was noisy early in the day.

Location of the Hotel is Perfect. Easy access to the major sightseeing spots in the Old Town. Breakfast was good- the usual varieties were all available. Arrived before the check-in time by one hour; the staff was helpful to allow us early check in. Market, Exchange houses, shopping stores are all reachable within a few minutes walking.

The design inside the rooms may be improved and modernized.

Absolutely everything! Walking distance from train station and Christmas markets in Prague, our main focus in this trip. Breakfast was delicious and rich, you couldn't be more satisfied, as there were options for all tastes and choices. I'll definitely come back in my next trip to Prague!

it’s a perfect location, 10mins from old town and there are plenty of cafes right to the next door and the lively street. Couldn’t wish better.

No room service, the property was clean yet seems to be old and quickly renovated, but good value for money. They say 4 stars at booking, but realistically it’s a 3 star hotel, maybe even 2+.
