One toilet for so many people is beyond good and evil ((

Everything! The facilities,the staff (Victoria,Lisa,Tatyana,umm the girl with glasses,two gentlemen,the cleaning lady) who were so so helpful and kind,the room and bathroom that were clean in general,the location that was so close to every nice places. Definitely recommend and stay again if I visit Prague!Děkuji mnohokrát!

Nothing except the inconsiderable guests during new year's eve!They turned the room into garbage! Fortunately the staff was fast response when I reported the room was dirty because of those annoying guests. Please guests,it doesn't mean if the room is clean so you can throw everything there. There is a tool named trashcan available in the room also in the bathroom.

The location was apt for a traveller. 5 min walk from bus and train station and 5 min walk from metro or tram. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The common room facilities were practical and nice. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of walking.

-I got a top bunk but there was no charging outlet. I had to get off the bed everytime I wanted to charge something. -The tax for room charge could have been included in the initial payment. I was asked to pay the taxes on arrival which was slightly surprising. - The room lockers are only big enough for small backpacks and some valuables. It cannot fit larger luggage bags.

A decent hostel with a perfect location central to pretty much everywhere + comfortable bathroom and toilet. Each bed has a curtain, small lamp and an electrical socket, there is also a lockable luggage storage in the room (locker big enough to hold a backpack)

My only major gripe with this hostel was the three-bed high bunk beds - because of it the "ground floor" bed was literally 5 cm above the floor, and the topmost bed was right up at the ceiling. I don't mind (it didn't affect my rating at all) but people should take it into considerations while booking

I haven't got breakfast but I was very pleased with location which were next to the places I needed

I am very pleased with the receptionist who was on duty at the date of my arrival . He was very patient and VERY useful and help me to register fill all the forms and provide with all nessesary information. If there had been more person like him it would be really useful for both hostel and peple to stay in Mandarinka. Give him my really highly appreciations, please.

I did like indeed the location.! In city centre. Nearby to everything. Like the old town, malls, public, grocery stores, transportations, restaurants, ATM machines, pubs and etc. A budget friendly hostel provides excellent customer service with clean rooms, The staff were helpful specially Anna. She helped me with ally my questions and inquiries. The check in/out were fast. Comfy beds and useful equipments of the hostel. I highly recommend everyone to stay here and definitely i'll come back again!

The only thing that I didn't like: guests left their disgusting long hair on the floor and everywhere. It's not the hostel's fault but it happens unfortunately. Plus, they need to add more mirrors and hanging holders for the jackets and towels. Specifically in the bathrooms. The rest were ok.

Liked the curtains around the bed for privacy and the lockers (lock with your key card). Large common area but was never crowded. Didn't really use the kitchen but has everything you need (oil, salt, pepper, cutlery, pans, etc). Beds did not squeak or move when others moved. Quiet area as removed from street. 24/7 reception. Staff cleaned common areas and emptied room trash can often.

Electrical sockets were not close to each bed. Bathroom and room itself were quite compact. Seemed to be 80/20 men to women. Noticed someone else's hair on my pillow on the first night and a stain on the duvet linen (pictures attached). I exchanged my pillowcase from reception staff, but I found it very odd and questioned how clean my linens were.

Great location, close to the train station and old town Prague. It felt like a nice safe area very central The day reception staff were really friendly and helpful The beds were comfy, curtains around the beds, plug socket and light with each bed Bathrooms were clean

Not much space to put things in the dorm room only small lockers nowhere else to store bags (if you have a large backpack or suitcase I don't think it would fit in the lockers) The night reception guy was very unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable

The bed and pillow were really comfortable. People respected the silence very well also. Slept really good there. Also it was really clean and kitchen was fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking.

One locker was reserved for each person in the room. However, there were two lockers in the room that did not work. So two people were always left without a locker in the room. Because of that the staff offered me to take my bag to the luggage storage for the night. I just found it safer to sleep my bag next to my bed. Hopefully these lockers have already been fixed.

One of the employees would get really irritated if I asked to grab something out of my car.
