The apartment was great! The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. Right outside you have plenty of options for food and drinks and of course all of famous Praha sights are close by. The apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay (blow dryer, towels, fridge, freezer, comfy chairs and large table for breakfast or whatever). You won't be missing anything :)

It is important to know that it's very noisy, especially at night time since there are several bars right next to the apartment. Getting to the apartment by car is tricky. I'd have loved to know in advance where to park so that I could have avoided driving through the city center twice (first time to get to the hotel in order to get the keys and second time to get to the parking destination (Palladium Park))

Very spacious and clean accommodation, the bathrooms are new, lots of hot water. In one bathroom there are two sinks with mirrors and a shower, then two separate toilets (great)The washer dryer is excellent

There is no sofa and a small desk with chair. There is a lot of space. The kitchen utensils are very few. Only four forks and four knives (poor quality) A pan too small to cook and three pots. With the price paid it would have been nice to have a traditional oven in addition to the microwave. The front door is not very sturdy, not safe.

The property is in a prime location with metro and tram stations just around the corner. The old town is only a 5/10 minute walk too. The place was very spacious and the heating kept the property very toasty and warm. The place was kept very clean - the bathroom/shower facilities especially so. The reception to collect keys allows for bag storage, which was very appreciated.

The foyer of the building gave us a bit of a scare with how run-down it is. This isn't an issue that expends to the flat itself, so shouldn't be of concern - but just a heads up! One of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom, with the only way to access a toilet being through the bedroom. May be a concern depending on your group dynamic!

The location was great for what we needed. Right in the heart of Prague. Close to all the attractions, restaurants & a supermarket. Arranging parking was different (Mr Parkit) & collecting the keys from a secret spot. The rooms are large, but other than the kitchen, there was nowhere to sit together.

On our second night, we had no hot water - waited up most of the night, then gave up. Contacted the hosts first thing in the morning & their solution was for us (a family of 6) to meet up with a housekeeper & shower in another unit on a different floor! The host kindly allowed us an extra hour in the until before discharge for the inconvenience - as it took 2 hours to come up with this solution. Also, the washer/dryer system in the unit didn't really dry our clothes.

Spent Christmas time with my family in Prague (22- 27 December 2023). Excellent location, facility, cleanliness, comfort and very good wifi speed. Upon arrival, in the bathroom, the water was slowly leaking from the gas boiler area, The Hotel Ventana sent the gas man within a couple of hours, which was sorted out very quickly by the gas man - very good service indeed :) This is the third time we have stayed in this apartment with my family. Perfect for families. (also for those with young children). Lovely view of Wenceslas Square if you have a window side apartment (they have many apartments with and without windows). I would love to stay here again :)

* All beds are single - but these can be joined :) * All duvets are single - which needs to be looked at. (If the apartment can leave a couple of double duvets inside the cupboard; that would be very helpful). * First, you need to arrive by taxi to Hotel Ventana, check in to obtain keys from Hotel Ventana, in Old Town; and then take another taxi with your luggage to go to 39 Wenceslas Square (10-minute car/ taxi drive from Hotel Ventana to 39 Wenceslas Square). Checking out is easy, as you leave the keys on the dining table and close the main door your apartment. Please do ring Hotel Ventana staff, they are very helpful and can guide you.

The apartment is in an excellent location, with shops & restaurants in the Square. Our apartment was very quiet, large & had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts & meals. The bathroom & two toilets have been renovated. It’s a lovely old building and work is going on in some of the other apartments but that didn’t disturb us.

We are simply delighted)) The room exceeded all our expectations! Huge, spacious room with all amenities. Everything corresponds to the description and even more. Having a washing machine helped us out many times, and having an electric dryer allowed us to dry our clothes in a couple of hours. It was very clean - we have never seen such cleanliness anywhere! The hotel is located in a great location. The national museum is nearby, the center is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants.

Internet speed is not very high.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Could not have asked for better. We felt safe and secure inside the room and it was also lovely and warm. The space was nice. Surprisingly spacious and very roomy. Loved the washer/dryer.

We didn't like the scaffolding outside the building. It made enjoying the views of Wenceslas Square near impossible which was disappointing as we couldn't enjoy views of the snow, NYE fireworks or Christmas lights.

Very spacious and comfortable (even the sofa bed was good). We are a family of 5 (3 kids 17,19&21). 2 toilets was a bonus! The location was great. The apartment was on the street side (main avenue very busy with walking traffic) so if not used to city noise it could be a concern. Great building with a lot of character.!

I was a bit disappointed that I had to check in at a completely different location (15-20 min walk from the train station) and then another 15 min walk to the apartment. I originally chose the apartment due to its location to the train (under 10min). I am not sure if this was stated in the booking info, if not I suggest calling it out.

In the heart of Prague, fully walking distance to everywhere. Apartment with retro soul, had everything we needed. Windows heasing inside yard, so, even if suroundings are busy and loud at the night - inside was quit.

House itself - for the moment under renewal, needs it. Inside apartment - old style floor - nice and interesting, but bit crazy to hear every step :)
