Location and rooms are good and clean

The reception girl was rude and stupid. She offered us 2 different beds on 2 different floors even we booked both in same booking. Anything we asked her, she said she doesn’t know and she can’t help. I was trying to be nice and all but when I flipped and called booking support she gave us beds in same room and start sweet talking. We also asked if we can do early checkin if possible. We also wanted to pay extra. But she was rude all the time until I started to act same. She barely spoke English and mostly said she doesn’t know and she can’t help. Except her, everyone else was nice

Comfortable and large room, for single room it was a very good size, just off Wenceslas square so very central location

Lift only from first floor

Rooms were spacious and didn't use bunk beds. This meant that the beds were extremely quiet compared to most hostels, and didn't require climbing to get into a top bunk late at night. This is a massive advantage over most hostels at this price point, and it's the single reason I booked the property. Lockers were spacious and fit a full carry on with space to spare, and were easily accessible (i.e. not too loud to open). Check in was easy, and the receptionist was extremely friendly. Bag storage is offered before/after check in/out free-of-charge, and is quite easy. The location is fantastic, right near a metro line, walking distance to plenty of attractions, and yet somehow it's also a bit tucked away inside a shopping corridor but easy to access; giving the best of privacy and ease-of-access.

Elevator has to be operated by the receptionist going from the ground floor to the first floor (where the reception desk is located), but it's doable. Showers are down the hall and may require using your keycard to go through the cold stairwell into the other side of the floor. But they were clean and spacious. Only real point of improvement that they could implement would be installing additional hooks in the bathrooms to hang clothes, toiletry bags, towels, etc. while showering/getting ready.

Everything was great !! The reception was really fast and friendly. The room was really cosy and organized. The shared bathrooms were normal, not so clean but not really dirty. The location is really good, near Prague train station and metro. This place is really good for travelling alone or for couples, and has really good prices. At night there was always someone in the reception, so its easy to check-in or out. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

Shared kitchen could have more utensiles and the elevator was not working in the first floor (it only went to second floor). But not really big problems.

room mates were very inconsiderate though with noise - they just did not care - talking, using their phones and at all hours of the night. it might be a generational thing...i.e. they are young and there for a good time ...but i am sure not everyone appreciates this.

Good location short walk to central train station. Coffee machine. Good price

Staff were great, room perfect, location excellent, toilets and showers nice. Of you struggle with stairs: the lift only goes down to Level 1, but it's for security reasons only - the staff 24/7 will help you to take the lift down to ground floor and back up.

The Location is right in the center about 200 feet from the Clock Tower. The actual rooms are very comfy and super clean, and the team/staff is very friendly and super secure with a bad Troll at the entry and exit.

Could have better bathrooms showers as they don't have mirrors and they should and the showers are open and unisex and they should have more secure showers.

The room was on the top floor and overlooking an internal courtyard, therefore certainly quieter. The beds were really comfortable and the room was a good size with a wardrobe and a desk. Free coffee and hot water :) Very friendly staff

In the dormitories there were several drunk people (like perhaps any hostel near the center in Prague!) but this did not bother us as we chose a double room for this reason.

Clean and tidy. Accurate description, although towels are now provided free. Stayed 2 nights. Could have stayed the whole week. There is no inconvenience of the shared shower block. Actually, it's very clean and has plenty of sinks for shaving, etc.

Towels could have been bigger!
