This is in the upscale neighbourhood of Prague 6, the area is home to expats and diplomats. The apartment was very convenient, easy to access, and we enjoyed being so close to the tram and metro, and within walking distance of two beautiful parks. We used the washing machine, incredibly handy 15 and 30 minute settings.

For those who can't do stairs, be aware that although I requested a low floor, we were given the third floor. We are fit so it wasn't a problem, but people should note these buildings don't have lifts/elevators.

The location is great only minutes to the Karlov Bridge. Most attractions are reachable by the local taxi at a very cheap rate. The apartment is nice, the beds are comfy. We stayed in January and the apartment was warm.

Parking! We were promised a spot at the parking area near the apartment (3 minute walk) but we had to wait for a long time to get the confirmation. We did pay additionally 30 euro per day - so it's quite expensive. Next time we will try to find a parking outside the city or book a place with an included parking spot, because public transport is cheap, so is the local taxi We also got the code to an empty box, then we had to text the owner to find out what's going on, he finally sent us a new code to a different apartment in the same building - it took about 10 minutes or so. Quite fast.

Lovely classic European style homely flat, with impressive immaculately clean entrance to the flat in common area. Met with beautiful large windows opening out to quiet tree lined street. Well resourced kitchen. Simple but adequate lounge room with table and sofa. Great to have washing machine for laundry in the bathroom. Wonderful water pressure - nice hot hot shower! Its central location close to cafes, wineries, restaurants, all transport in a well to do area is its greatest appeal.

The host was extremely unhelpful, and rude. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower is tiny and smelly. TV screen is ridiculously small - not that you really need to watch television when there’s so much to see and do in glamorous Prague.

Hello reader. The geographical coordinates of the building are close to great human historical grounds (the old city where Boii, Gallic tribe once stepped as well as the romans). It was a good place to lay down our bodies and let them rest after examinations of the Prague. We had good experiences in the apartment as it had all amenities for the average travellers. Dust could still be found around some areas, but besides that, it was mostly clean when our physical form inhabited the aparthotel. The building has an endeavour persona, and the architecture is finite and gives a sense of persistence. It would be great if trash could be properly sorted as we could not find organic trash can. It is also prohibited to bring pets, which is upsetting. The hygiene room was good. Staff was kind and helpful. On the upper floor, it was noisy when kneeling towards the bed, as a consequence silently reaching the bed was not possible. Once the soothing bed is reached, great feelings were felt. It is a great place to stay if not top 10 for mid budget travellers.

Self check-in and check-out might seem complicated at first, but the instructions were very detailed, and everything was extremely easy to understand on the spot. This time, although we had a late check-in, all the benefits of our apartment (we stayed in Apt. 16) more than made up for it! As experienced travelers, we can honestly say — we have never stayed somewhere so nice, spacious, and fully equipped! Fresh renovation, spotless cleanliness, fresh linens and towels, all the necessary cleaning and toiletry supplies, cozy atmosphere, fully stocked kitchen utensils (more than enough!), and fast Wi-Fi made our stay absolutely perfect! The iron, ironing board, washing machine, and drying rack were also very welcome additions to the apartment’s equipment. All windows had blackout curtains, every room had air conditioning, and there was a wonderful big balcony with a table, chairs, and a nice side view of the city — all of this made it even more comfortable and enjoyable! The metro and tram stops are just two minutes away, and you can easily walk to Prague Castle while enjoying a lovely stroll through the city. It was so cozy that we honestly wished we could extend our vacation! Huge thanks to Petr and the team at the aparthotel for making our stay incredibly pleasant! ❤️

Parking right under the building is expensive, and free street parking (purple zone) is only available on weekends and public holidays. Paid parking is available within walking distance, but it’s not cheap either. We left our car at P+R Kotlářka (50 CZK for the first 24 hours; after that, you pay 10 CZK/hour if you don't leave) for a few days and traveled around the city by public transport — super convenient and inexpensive! The absence of an elevator could be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage or a stroller. (Young and fit people will manage 3rd and 4th floors easily; small kids — a bit harder; older people — it might be difficult.) We couldn't figure out how to use the TV. Not enough electrical outlets.

Good location, easy access to public transportation to reach the city center, well equipped decent apartment that suited my visit, plus a nearby private car park for a reasonable fee considering how difficult parking could be in Prague zone A.

While keeping a place neat is my habit, it was weird for the host Petr to request that the furniture's (was not sure what he meant) and the trash bag is dropped off at the bin in courtyard. I pondered a bit about the request and it left sour taste after a good stay. It would cost nothing for cleaning team to pick the trash bag at least and drop it off while your guest could check out in a timely manner. We took our time to clean the place and took the trash bag to the bin but it frankly felt strange he asked for it but not flexible when I tested him if the check out time could be 11:00 AM instead of 10:00 AM. I recommend they simply avoid asking their guest that paid for a service to almost tidy up the apartment for them.

Nice apartments, clean and have everything you need for living. We received the keys in a safe box and gave them back the same way. On the ground floor there is a living room-studio with a kitchen and its own shower, on the second floor there are 2 rooms and a second shower. The heating is very good, hot water - a boiler, there were no problems. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine with a dryer. In the kitchen there is enough crockery, pots, frying pans. There is a coffee maker, toaster, oven and microwave. Excellent location, 3 minutes from the metro, tram. Nearby there are restaurants, shops.

We had an apartment on the 4th floor, there is no elevator in the building. This was the only small problem for senior parents.

I like the position. It's a bit out of the city center but really well connected with it. There are some good restaurants and cafes near it. Close to the public transport stop. I like the space inside. Not so big, but really confortable! It provides all that you need. The view is really nice and the elevated bed is so cute.

I don't like the noise. I was on the appartment 2, near the entrance and it was quite noisy due to the movement of people going out and in. I addition, on the next appartment there were some noise till night.

Ideal location, out of the noisy city centre, but close to metro station with easy access to Prague inner city with enough shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. One of the best value for money at the time we booked (end of year). Clear instructions for self check-in 24/7.

We had noisy upstairs neighbours - so since the apartment isn't fully sound proof, that was annoying for the two nights they were there. We didn't get any noise from all the other guests though (and they were plenty). So I rather blame the inattentive guests than the hotel.

I truly enjoyed the location and the facilities in the flat. It has a comfortable bed and sofa bed, and it has hairdryer and iron. There is shampoo/bodywash in the shower, and the bathroom has good lighting. It has air conditioning too, which helped a lot. It's situated very near to the tram/metro station and very close to shops.

I didn't get instructions for luggage self-check in because we arrived at 3pm and the room wasn't ready yet and the lady helped us put our luggages in the luggage storage room and when I have asked Petr about how to get the luggage I was told to stop experimenting and follow instructions, then I got the instructions after. It kinda soured my mood but other than that communication is excellent.
