+ small fridge / minibar (only 1 temperature possible and not too cold though) + toiletries + coffee / tea + small kitchenette with some cutlery and plates, microwave, kettle (but no cooking facilities) + bathroom was OK + save private parking (175 CKZ a day) + a personal request was nicely met (thanks again!) + good and quick communication

- curtain had thin material, it was already light in the room quite early - no airco, it was quite hot in the room - the metro station is nearby, but is closed for 1 year (would have been nice if the listing would have said that beforehand; or if even the receptionist would have said it upon arrival) - 2 chairs instead of 1 would have been nice

The hotel is close to the O2 arena; perfect for anyone planning to go to a concert there. Room and bathroom were the perfect size for two people. Both receptionist we talked to were very friendly and informative about everything, we communicated in english with them without problem. There was a small kitchenette next to our room which had a microwave and water heater and they had some utensils we could use as well. We did not hear any other guests when we were in the room, everything was quiet.

There is no air conditioning in the room, only a decent sized fan you can set up if you need it. This did not bother us, it is just a heads-up to other guests who are planning to visit during summer.

Excellent Location. You can't get any closer to the O2 Arena. And having a mall with a grocery store and pharmacy just up the street was extremely convenient. Also, you're a short block from the B line Metro, trams, and buses (super easy and cheap transport in Prague). The staff was delightful and helpful. Liked having the fridge in the room, and the prices for the drinks in the cold fridge were very reasonable. There was also a communal kitchen at the end of the hall with a microwave, sink, and dishes which came in handy.

It's important to know that the hotel rooms do NOT have AC. They do provide a fan and a nice big window but the room the first two nights was hot! Thankfully rain and falling temps brought relief the rest of the week and it was much better. I also wish that there was a second trash can in the room. The bathroom trash is tiny and we took most of our trash to the not-quite-as-small communal kitchen trashcan.

Easy location to access by public transport. The staff at the front desk were very attentive as they spoke English and that made things very easy. Our room was ready at the time of arrival and the room was very clean and it even had complimentary tea and coffee, towels too!

We understand the hotel is in an old building, but having a but more lighting around the reception area would make it more appealing, also there was a strong smell (toilet?). Fortunately the floors where the rooms are located had no smell at all, and were very clean indeed.

The location was excellent...if u are going to an event at the O2 arena it is 2 mins walk..the metro underground station was 2 mins away, just 5 stops from the centre of the old town, Newtown, Charles Bridge etc...3 stops to main railway station, and airport shuttle bus. Also 2 mins walk was a big shopping centre open till 10pm, with large supermarkets, lots of other shops and many food outlets, restaurants etc..Children's play park etc..there was also a mini market I min away. Hotel itself is basic, no breakfast or bar. Very clean, and pleasant helpful staff..room spotless, ensuite room, shower good..bed I found too hard, but that's just personal choice...kitchenette on every floor, kettle, microwave, sink, crockery etc.. Very reasonably priced...we stayed 4 nights, and saw a good bit of Prague, fascinating and beautiful city...Internet was good, didn't use the TV..if your on a budget, and are happy with basic Very clean accommodation, in a very well set up location I would highly recommend...Bolt taxi app approx 7 euros to the old town tourist centre..door to door..metro about a euro..

Nothing really, entrance poorly signed, and bed a bit too firm for me, but nothing else..

Clean and comfortable room. Clear and quick check in. Shower, bathroom all clean and working perfectly. Basic toilitries provided, stocked mini bar which i didnt use. Was quiet at night from both traffic and other guests. Is located right next to the arena where i was attending a concert. Both metro and tram are nearby and there are supermarkets and bar/resterauntse in neighbouring streets. There was a small shared kitched at the end of the corridor with kettle, micrwave and basic utensils

Would have been good to have had a kettle in the room for early morning coffee, but mostly was a great hotel for Sightseeing Prague and would reccomend

I had a very pleasant stay at this 3-star hotel. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: very clean, with a private garage that's extremely convenient. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a mall right next to the hotel The only downside for me was that the beds and pillows were a bit too firm for my taste. However, overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and convenient option in the area.

The hotel is located in Prague 9, about 5.5 kilometers from the center, but within a three-minute walk from the hotel there is a metro station, from where you can get to almost all the attractions located in the center and beyond. Also two minutes from the hotel there is a large shopping center "Arena". We were pleased with our stay in the city of Prague.

The hotel did not provide us with disposable slippers, but we somehow did not bother about this.

The room didn’t have air-con. The fan was provided but it’s not enough in very hot days. Also the curtains didn’t cover the window properly as not wide enough.

Very Clean and quiet. I would absolutely recommend, especially if you have any event to attend at the O2 Arena. The personnel is very welcoming. There is a very convenient inside parking, and backside patio. Quite a deal on pricing too!

The TV screen was strangely small and did not fit in the theme of such a beautiful room. I left a word with the reception about it, hopefully it will be addressed soon enough.
