staff is amazing - not only fast and professional - but 100% HONEST! The last morning, during my checkout, in a Hurry I forgot my wallet in the room. After less than one hour after leaving the hotel, head of the reception called me and informed me that room maid found the wallet in the room. Big respect for the service - this is what makes great people great :-) Location of the hotel is amazing - donwtown is only 10 minutes ride by metro (which is amazing itself - during the day, it comes virtually every 2 minutes), and the metro station is just across the street. Sound isolation is great, I guarantee that everyone will sleep like a baby :-) Bar and lobby are spacious and decent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Breakfast is the only thing that I would like to see improved. Quite basic, juices station offer is really not good. We stayed there for 5 nights and after two breakfasts we ran out of options :-) But, this is not a minus - just a recommendation what could be improved :-)

The breakfast had with a lot of options. The rooms were clean. There is spacious parking in front of the hotel (but comes with extra charge). The hotel restaurant is also very nice. The location is good if you want easy access to the highway without having to cross the city center. If you want to visit the city center you need about 20min drive.

The inside of the room looks a bit old and worn (especially the floor carpet).Although I had already paid for the parking space one day the parking was full and was asked to park outside. There was a water interruption for 12 hours due to road works which caused a lot of inconvenience. Water bottles were available free of charge at the reception to cover some basic needs. I was also given a late check out option in one of the 2 rooms I had booked (I paid extra for the second one). In general I consider that the hotel and staff did some sincere effort to make up for the inconvenience caused.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of four nights: initially booking one night to try it out, then extending for three more. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few things worth noting: First and foremost, the staff were excellent: kind, welcoming, and professional. A special mention goes to Medo at the reception. He was incredibly understanding and helpful when I explained my allergy concerns. He went out of his way to show me alternative rooms and provided great local recommendations for things to do in Prague. His empathy and attentiveness made a big difference in my stay. The hotel itself is large and modern, and my first impression was very good. The breakfast was decent; nothing extraordinary, but fresh and sufficient. However, my first room was a bit disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed and had a noticeable smell, likely because the hotel allows pets. As someone with an eye allergy, this was a concern. After I raised the issue, Medo quickly arranged a new room, which was much better. While the carpet still wasn't vaccumed during my remaining stay, the room was otherwise clean, and I was able to enjoy the rest of my visit comfortably. Despite the initial hiccup, I really appreciated the outstanding service and professionalism of the staff. A big thank you again to Medo for his quick and understanding response. If I return to Prague, I will definitely stay at this hotel again and would happily recommended it to family, friends, and colleagues.

The staff was super nice and helpful, they even let me check in earlier because the room was ready! I didn't expect that and it was very very nice and helpful! The hotel is a few minutes walking distance to the metro so that's very convenient and is ~40 min walk from the Letnany airport which was good 4 me since I come to see a show there. My room was large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very diverse and would accommodate most. Anyway- great value for money!

I didn't like the fact there was no conditioner - I can't wash my hair without it and I was just lucky to bring some with me - there was one soup for both body soap and shampoo. There were no bags in the trash cans which is kinda yacky to me. They changed the breakfast room every morning which is confusing and what I eat for breakfast which is yogurt and granola was lacking, so I didn't have what I like for breakfast to eat.

Absolutely incredible bang for the buck hotel. We got the superior double bed room and were amazed at how nice and clean they were. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. The included breakfast was great, with a lot of options. Dinner at the hotel was exceptional, with a lot of quality choices. The best thing is the staff - they are so kind and helpful, we've never seen such staff anywhere else. One staff member I'd really like to shout-out is Kirill at the reception. He was super excited for us, gave us some incredible recommendations for places to visit, explained us the city and overall seems to be a top notch worker. Our trip would truly not be the same without Kirill. We'll be sure to book again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for four days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping ensuring that everything was spotless each day. The room was comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere after long days of exploring. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its convenient location near public transport, making it easy to get around the city without any hassle. Whether you need to catch a bus or metro, everything is just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. I would definitely return on my next visit!

The hotel is really nice and big, the stuff was very helpful, we could left our luggage after check out since our plane was much later. The room is really clean, we had it cleaned every day by the staff, new towels also. The location is great too, you have metro station across the street, metro is very frequent, we did not have to wait more than 3min to come, and it takes around 12min to come to the city centre. The breakfast is delicious, it gives you variety of choices, and everyday there is some change.

The only downside is missing toothpaste, since you are provided only with the shampoo, but it is not such a big deal, since LIDL is really close to the hotel, 5min by foot.

We stayed at Hotel Duo for two nights and had a good experience. We found the hotel parking a bit too expensive, so we parked at a nearby P+R, which was much cheaper. The hotel is large but very well-organized, and we loved the overall atmosphere. We were on the 6th floor, so we enjoyed a nice view from our room. The room itself was good enough, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and we always found something to enjoy. While we didn’t try the bar or restaurant, the hotel felt very clean and well-maintained overall. The location is another big plus—there’s a metro station just across the street, making it super convenient to get to Prague’s city center. Staff were friendly and professional, and the value for money was excellent.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfy and they were cleaned every day. The breakfast was better than my expectation and I can also say the same about the dinner. The location was outside the city center, so no traffic-related problems, and the hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes away from the metro station. You can get to the city center using metro in 10-15 minutes.

Nothing really, everything exceeded my expectations. One thing that could potentially be improved is that I found 21 EUR/night for parking a little expensive.

Travelled by train, and the metro has a direct line with only 6 stops from the train station. All day check in/out. Good to have tea/coffee in the room, and the room is nice and comfy.

In the bathroom the ventilation is not working. It would be brilliant if the gym was upgraded a bit - it is okay, and possible to exercise there but a bit old and only a few equipments. The rooms door closes automatically which is ok but I think the hinges should be set so that the door doesn’t shut so hard - unfortunately there are a lot of impolite customers who don’t care that it is the middle of the night and that it makes a lot of noise.
