Really enjoyed the stay in the hotel Arko. Our flight was cancelled during the night, and we were really happy that we could book the hotel and check in around midnight (self check in service). Even though the hotel is on the other side of Prague than the airport, the transport was really quick by bus and metro during the night. The location is great - only 5 mins from metro line C, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, McDonalds - all nearby. The rooms and bathroom are nice and cosy.

The friendly greeting and the beer fridge in the foyer which operated on trust. The room, for 3 people, was large, clean and served our purposes very well. The breakfast was good and well worth the money. The metro is a very short walk from the hotel.

Do not be put off by the appearance of the hotel from the outside - it is much nicer on the inside. Be aware you are a 20 minute metro ride from the centre, we knew this because we had a reason to be here. It is possible for some people to be put off by the surrounding as you are in the area of communist era tower blocks.

Cozy hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a large bathroom. Very friendly reception staff. The hotel is located in a supermarket and bar complex, close to public transportation.

There is no TV in the rooms and there isn't an electric plug near the beds.

If you’re looking for a hotel close to the Prague metro for a good value, Arko is an excellent choice. The room was pretty spacious, had plenty of storage space and comfortable beds. There is even a fridge near the reception that stores drinks for you to take anytime during the day, even when the reception is „offline“. They offered us a broad selection of meals for breakfast, which was very good and fresh. If you need to go shopping or for a late dinner, there is a Billa nearby that offers regular Czech selection of groceries and a pretty nice McDonald’s as well.

Please bear in mind that the hotel is pretty far from the centre. It will take you at least 15 minutes to get to the old town, depending on how long you wait for the metro. Also, Sídliště Prosek is not a pretty location – you will mostly find old and strange people around. However, the nearest metro station, Střížkov, is one of my design favourites from across Europe and it’s very pleasant to use and look at. You will most likely not be kindly surprised by the bathroom, which is rather old and doesn’t even have a toilet paper holder. Also, no sockets to be found near the bed, only on the other side of the wall.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Hotel located close to metro which makes commuting easy. Shops and little park around.

No air conditioning, not even a fan in room makes it quite hard to sleep due to really high temperature. There is no personel at the hotel over the night, nor security staff, which results in all night long noisy drinking parties in rooms and the parking lot, but this is obviously a matter of a bad luck in stay timing and people disrespecting others. Not much amenities in the room, little fridge could be good idea, to keep groceries cooled. 7 euro per day to be paid for parking space is also not the most visitor friendly approach :-)

Nice place, my third visit to this hotel. It is located very well, close to metro, shops and restaurants. Close to the fair. Good breakfast, and also good there is cold drinks available for purchase. Room is ok, and rather big. Room nr 7 has higher beds, wich is good for my father.

Lots of steps to get up to the entrance. Not so big parking space but we managed.

no tissue and bed i request double but they put it single its hard for couple if you have gap in between and theres no tissue we request in the morning but still when we comeback still theres no tissue specially the water its far from the toilet bowl so u have to run 😅 to the shower

they are so accommodating to my needs, i needed an iron and they put it in my room. it is also 5mins walk away from metro C line which was perfect, but I still find it a bit far from the center. also, there are foods in the fridge if you forgot to buy something outside, it is available there. also it is quiet, you can peacefully sleep at night and it was 2 doored entrance and one door for your room so it is surely safe for you. also the room is too big, very cozy and nice

i think when I stayed i was the only one or few people was there even in the morning, they turn off the lights in the hallway and its not so light there. but i dont mind

But all in all just best place I could find in this price group and it was way way better than expected. Perfect location just near metro station. If you travel to Prague its more important to be near metro then to be near center because metro system is fantastic gets you where you need real fast and easy. In first flour in the same building is a grocery shop on other side of building really comfortable and to be extra safe police station is in the same building complex :) our room was way better than expected great value for this price category Highly recommend. Since we stay more then a week in Prague € was important moment and in the same time to stay in nice room. This is perfect believe me I done big work looking for nice price and decent place combination This turned out way better than expected and way bater then others options. if campere Room looks and quality to other options in this price group this is the jackpot

Really Only one minus is sound isolation its the room doors to hallway not walls. If some one is even medium loud in hallway you will hear it.

Breakfast was good. We were able to check-in pretty late, but found the parking and the keys without problem. Property accepts cards for payment. And the property is located near to the subway station.

The beds were a bit too soft for our taste, and the room is rather spartan. I'd enjoy electric outlets located near the nightstands, so it would make sense to take an extender with me next time. Also, sound isolation from the door is rather weak, so I'd bring earmuffs to get more sleep.
