The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. A delightful breakfast was provided with many options. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal for our purposes. A convenient shopping center is nearby.

During our first night, we unfortunately lacked hot water in our room, but the staff kindly assisted by allowing us to shower elsewhere, explaining that all other rooms were occupied and a room change wasn't possible. The following day, we had hot water, however, it appeared that the hot water system struggled under the pressure of high guest occupancy.

The rooms were spacious, warm and very clean. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The location is great because the metro and tram are 500 meters from the hotel. The hotel parking lot is currently under reconstruction, and street parking is very expensive (approx. €28 per day). There is a public garage near the metro station (500 meters) where daily parking is about €10, so I recommend parking there.

Sound insulation of the ceiling is bad. Above us was a family with many children. They woke us up every morning before 7 because they were running around a lot. It would be good to accommodate parents with smaller children on the ground floor if possible.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. Foyer was welcoming and staff were pleasant and professional. There seemed to be ample room for parking (although I didn't drive).

I did book a single room and it was much smaller than I expected, even for a budget arrangement (about 3m x 3m main room + bathroom). There is nothing upmarket about the facilities - they were functional and basic. I would recommend that the management put in some more night lighting (being on always - even low level) as the hallways can be pitch-black at night and there are some confusing steps and walls. The other point is that it seems to be an old building with wooden floors so you will hear creaking footsteps.

The shower is great, the mattress is soft, just the way I like it.  The room is large and accommodates 3 people perfectly.  It is close to metro line B.  Public transport in Prague is excellent, so you can get around easily.  There is a mall close to the hotel and at least 2 supermarkets.

You can hear neighboring rooms. Both footsteps and voices. They forgot to tell me that the hotel has a kitchen in the hallway, with a fridge, kettle, sink, and tables. I only found out on the last day

I loved the localization of the Hotel, once it's very close to the Metro and bus station, restaurants and a small mall. It made possible to enjoy even more the hotel. The breakfast was very complete and I could enjoy it withouth any problem, and I loved the variety of products offered differently in each day. The reception people were nice and helpful.

The water pressure is not that high on the bathrooms, but it didn't affected my stayng at the Hotel. They give you a key with a very big keychain, and it was a little annoying to be carryed all the time.

The localization is very good, you can use the subway to visit almost everything. They have a very good breakfast with a lot of options of food and the general service/staff is nice.

You can hear the noise of the other guests at night. Isn’t a big problem (they sell ear plugs to “solve” it), but if you have issues to sleep regularly, it can be a problem.

It was located well for the O2 with easy access to the Old Town via the metro. The metro was brilliant. Uber was terrific too with very good rate for airport run. The staff were extremely efficient and supportive.

Not much around it but we booked as going to O2 . The hotel itself was lovely and would stay again.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was nice and had a good selection and the staff were friendly! It was also in the perfect location for those looking to go to the o2 arena as it was only a 15 minute walk. Also it was a 5 minute walk to the train station from which it was 10 minutes to get into the old town! Perfect

Very comortably situated in a quiet and green area near by metro. My window was at the park area side. A spacious and full of light lobby and terrace, also it was very clean.

It was a bit too warm and not refreshed in the room. Instead of the air conditioner there was a fan which i used. The pillow was too thin.

Clean room but a little small with fairly low ceilings, breakfast usual Czech fare of small sausages, salami, cheese, cucumber , bread etc. Nice outside drinking area, comfortable bed.

Small rooms for single guests, stayed twice now, lots of rooms crammed into old brewery, however for the price its ok.
